Morning fasted weight: 115.2kg
PB on all exercises except for shoulder press. Power of Warborn support and progressive overload still doing its thing. Thanks for the support @War Born Peptides. Diet tidy up doing its thing. Two days in and already feeler lighter, fitter and healthier. I’ll keep tidying up until I’m happy with how the mid section looks and then I’ll increase my carbs again and look for some more growth. Officially in the 20 inch arm club, no pump.

Morning fasted weight: 114.8kg
Weight coming down nicely during this diet tidy up. A local friend of mine was kind enough to supply me with some SLUPP332 and Primobolan. So as of today they have both been brought into the cycle. I’ll be taking the Aromasin out and adding the Primo in to help manage E2. I’ll be running the primo at 70% of Test for now as I aromatise heavily with Test. I’ll also be slightly reducing weekly Test dose (315mg to 280mg per week Test). Primo will be 196mg peek. Total weekly androgen load will be 476mg. I’m also going to change my training approach, I’ll be using slow tempo for everything moving forward to try and protect my tendons and joints. Bicep tendons are causing me some grief from the heavy rows. So my weights will be lower than normal as I establish a new baseline. Tempo for all lifts will be 4-1-1-1 focusing on slow eccentrics and pauses at the stretched and contracted position.

Good stuff identifying the need to adjust training, I had to do the same thing last year, squats were battering my knees so I cut the weight in half and just focused on the tempo and training the muscle not the movement etc.

Yeah 💯 brother! Reached a point that wasn’t going to be sustainable moving forward without some serious injury concerns. So I’ve been humbled by the tempo game. 😂🤣 My legs are killing me after this mornings session.
