It’s been a hot minute since I’ve used the barbell bench press. I was happy with the result brother. It’s a lot less than I use to bench. But it’ll have to do for now. This just showing off![]()
Thank you brother! I’m loving the free weights at the moment. Forgot how satisfying it feels moving free weights vs machines. Definitely a higher skill cap required to lift heavy free weights vs machines. Feels more technical.Killing it as always my brother
Love seeing how heavy you lift, motivates me

Morning fasted weight:
PB’s on all exercises except for calf raises and RDL. Felt like I had a RDL PB in me but the smith machine bar kept rolling away from me into the latches and messed the set up. Calf raises weren’t close, haven’t don’t smith machine calf raises for a little while. The power of @War Born Peptides Test, HGH and Progressive overload doing its thing.

Morning fasted weight: 111.9kg
Still sick at the moment, feeling better but certainly notjust yet. PB’s on all exercises. I’ve definitely stabilised with my weight gain. Weight appears to be sitting steadily around 112kg. However I am still hitting PB’s in the gym and physique appears to be tightening while body weight stays roughly the same. I’ll keep doing what I’m doing until progress stalls, when it does I’ll bump my food up slightly.

The plan is to stay the course for 8 weeks get some bloods done. See how everything is going. I’m still not happy with my skin, acne breakouts etc. I’m hoping it’s an E2 problem. I definitely feel my E2 might be a little high even running the aromasin three times per week. If E2 is good, I’ll just have to own up to the fact that my skin doesn’t respond well to Test. If that’s the case, I’ll look at other options that’ll be a bit more skin friendly.Nice to see the consistency in big sessions brother!
Sticking to Test only or will you bring in a secondary at some point?
Looking completely jacked already
Check bloods is definitely first point of call. The plan is to stay the course for 8 weeks get some bloods done. See how everything is going. I’m still not happy with my skin, acne breakouts etc. I’m hoping it’s an E2 problem. I definitely feel my E2 might be a little high even running the aromasin three times per week. I’m thinking lowering test and adding in either NPP or Primobolan. Probably leaning more towards NPP due to Primo shortage. So something like 105mg Test E, 200-250mg NPP per week and aromasin as required. What are your thoughts??
Legend thanks brother. This is more or less where my mind was at. Lean harder into a secondary and just keep the Test as a base. Because I’m thinking it’s a Test issue. I’ll rule out E2 problems and go from there. Appreciate your thoughtsCheck bloods is definitely first point of call.
In terms of cycle, primo or mast over NPP is probably a more sensible choice for the first time running a secondary (I recall you’ve done test only up until now?). Lower sides and get a feel for how body responds.
If E2 is problematic (high) - would consider primo as it will further assist lowering E2 and allow you to push the test higher
If it’s the test, would consider mast. Run test lower and push a mast dominant ratio and use the M to build over test.
They are my thoughts

Yeah I need to consider playing the tempo game and going lighter with slow controlled reps. Problem is I hate training that way. Don’t enjoy it. I prefer to just rip through the reps and let going to or near failure to let my reps naturally slow down. I’ll have to do something different soon.Bro you strong as fuck. 200 kg lat pulls, 240kg rows

My stomach handles protein just fine at high doses. It’s fibre that I struggle with. When I eat too much fibre it messes my stomach up. But 500g protein no problems. How's the digestion feel at 500g protein brother? I feel like the protein discussion is always one of those things, some people swear by high/higher protein, and there are others preaching a much smaller baseline of protein.
