Morning fasted weight: 111.9kg

Still sick at the moment, feeling better but certainly not 💯 just yet. PB’s on all exercises. I’ve definitely stabilised with my weight gain. Weight appears to be sitting steadily around 112kg. However I am still hitting PB’s in the gym and physique appears to be tightening while body weight stays roughly the same. I’ll keep doing what I’m doing until progress stalls, when it does I’ll bump my food up slightly.

The plan is to stay the course for 8 weeks get some bloods done. See how everything is going. I’m still not happy with my skin, acne breakouts etc. I’m hoping it’s an E2 problem. I definitely feel my E2 might be a little high even running the aromasin three times per week. If E2 is good, I’ll just have to own up to the fact that my skin doesn’t respond well to Test. If that’s the case, I’ll look at other options that’ll be a bit more skin friendly.

I’m thinking lowering test and adding in either NPP or Primobolan. Probably leaning more towards NPP due to Primo shortage. So something like 105mg Test E, 200-250mg NPP per week and aromasin as required. What are your thoughts??

I definitely feel my E2 might be a little high even running the aromasin three times per week. If E2 is good, I’ll just have to own up to the fact that my skin doesn’t respond well to Test. If that’s the case, I’ll look at other options that’ll be a bit more skin friendly.

I’m thinking lowering test and adding in either NPP or Primobolan. Probably leaning more towards NPP due to Primo shortage. So something like 105mg Test E, 200-250mg NPP per week and aromasin as required. What are your thoughts??

Yeah I need to consider playing the tempo game and going lighter with slow controlled reps. Problem is I hate training that way. Don’t enjoy it. I prefer to just rip through the reps and let going to or near failure to let my reps naturally slow down. I’ll have to do something different soon.

How's the digestion feel at 500g protein brother? I feel like the protein discussion is always one of those things, some people swear by high/higher protein, and there are others preaching a much smaller baseline of protein.
My stomach handles protein just fine at high doses. It’s fibre that I struggle with. When I eat too much fibre it messes my stomach up. But 500g protein no problems.

Morning fasted weight: 115.2kg
PB on all exercises except for shoulder press. Power of Warborn support and progressive overload still doing its thing. Thanks for the support @War Born Peptides. Diet tidy up doing its thing. Two days in and already feeler lighter, fitter and healthier. I’ll keep tidying up until I’m happy with how the mid section looks and then I’ll increase my carbs again and look for some more growth. Officially in the 20 inch arm club, no pump.
