Ok, been reading, learning and making a few contacts. This is my plan for now. Probably will be a few months before i start. I would like to have everything on hand before. May increase cycle up to 12 weeks not sure yet.


W 1-10 Test e 250mg e3.5d
W 1-10 Aromasin 12.5 eod adj as needed
W 1-10 N2gaurd 4caps/day
W 9-10 HCGenerate ES 5caps/day (maybe delay/sooner depending on nuts)

Rest period after last pin -
W 11-12 N2gaurd 4caps/day
W 11-12 HCGenerate ES 5caps/day
W 11-12 Aromasin 12.5 eod adj as needed

PCT 15 days min after last pin
W 13-16 Clomid 50/50/25/25 ED
W 13-17 Nolvadex 40/20/20/10/10 ED
W 13-15 Aromasin 12.5/12.5/7.5 eod adj as needed
W 13-16 N2gaurd 4caps/day
W 13-16 HCGenerate ES 5caps/day

My biggest fear is gyno. Just want to have everything covered and after pct not have any rebound.

Looks pretty solid, I'd definitely run 12 weeks though. If you run legit aromasin from day 1 any estro related sides should be completely in check. Dspark can be used nearly anywhere if you choose to, I'm gonna run a low dose in my PCT personally but on cycle it's great too

Looks solid. If you are really afraid of gyno you can run aromasin just as long as the nolva to prevent rebound. And I like that you are running the nolva for 5 weeks instead of 4 like most. I run aromasin for a week longer than nolva for the same reason.

I may do that now that I have decided to do test for 12 weeks instead of 10

cool, i kept changing things around for a month or more. So now that everything looks good to everyone, i will finish getting everything.

What do you recommend? And you mean extend the total pct to 8 weeks or add 8 weeks onto current plan?

Looks good but I'd add 2 more weeks to your cycle. Gainz don't start till about week 4 on average and won't peak for another 2 weeks. By stopping too early, you are short changing yourself some gainz

Yeah, i swapped to 12 weeks of test instead. What about a kick start with 2 or 3 weeks of a dif test.

That is something I've never done. I've only tried frontloading. In terms of kick starting, I'd refer to the vets. Sorry I don't have any info on the matter

This is the same cycle that I was thinking of running for my first. I am just beginning to get everything. Thinking about starting in Mid June and running for 12 weeks.

Have you though about a jump start? It takes awhile for the test e to kick-in.
