Approved Log My testosterone tbol cycle log

Alright so I overslept yesterday so I didn’t make it to gym. Had a busy day ahead of me with a job interview. I am moving on to the next step with that!

Decided I will move workouts by a day so that means today was back and biceps. All weights are pounds.

Barbell row: 135x15 155x12 175x10 195x4
Lat pulldown wide grip: 120x15 135x10 150x10 150x4
Cable seated row: 120x12 135x12 150x10 165x6
Straight arm pulldown: 90x15 90x15 90x15 90x15
Cable bicep curl: 70x15 70x15 70x15 70x15
Cable hammer curl: 50x15 60x15 70x15 80x15
Cable bicep curl: 50x25
Close grip lat pulldown: 75x15 90x15 135x15

A couple of notes. Today I hit 175 pounds for 10 reps on the barbell row. First time I did that so I will be increasing the weight next week(first set will be 155 pounds instead 135). I have never done close grip pulldowns before and I hadn’t really planned to. Decided to do them because I still had plenty left in the tank. Started with 75 pounds then 90 but those were way to light then eventually bumped to 135 pounds. I didn’t really log these so I was just going strictly off memory here and most just trying them out and they felt good so I will include them from here on out.

Also cable hammer curls. I see a lot of the big guys in the gym doing them and I like them but not to sure they are better than dumbbell hammer curls. Cable bicep curls are better than the ex bar for me, I find it easier to isolate the biceps with these as opposed to the ez bar.

I did 15 minutes cardio to start and 15 minutes at the end. I felt great. A lot more energy throughout the workout than normal so everything is going well. Will keep you all updated on the next career steps!

Definitely. Started noticing the voice thing yesterday. Today it’s more pronounced. Loving it!

As for increasing the weights I try to do that every week. It’s definitely getting easier to.
 
Got a question. Sometimes my urine comes out almost like a neon/yellow color. I believe this could be from the N2Guard with all the B vitamins from what I have read. Anybody experience this? Doesn’t hurt or anything like that. I drink a ton of water as well.

thats normal I get urine yellow too on n2guard thats b12, keep drinking water and electrolytes and you good bro

Yeah I went ahead and took today off. I am starting to feel much much better. Thinking I will probably be good to go by tomorrow. If so planning to do gym Saturday and Sunday.

I will add in some elderberry. Still doing my daily tbol 40mg and 7 caps N2Guard. Diet is still good. Going crazy 2 days in a row without gym. I love having a routine I stick to daily.

Yes injection not infection! Yeah I just took the whole weekend off. It’s just driving me crazy because I am absolutely loving going to the gym.
 
Alright so feeling much better now stil got a slight cough but other than that I feel 100%!

Planning to get back to my routine starting my tomorrow and I plan to hit it hard. I will say mentally I feel better than I have in forever. I am happier, calmer, more focused and just more confident. It feels great!

Tomorrow is chest/triceps.

Well this cough is back with a vengeance. Had to get out of bed. Is there a possibility that this could be related to the test or tbol? I have heard of tren cough. I don’t have asthma and I have no history of it. Never had bronchitis before either. I did not cough this much when I had Covid. It’s uncontrollable coughing when it starts.

Then I finished off with 135 pounds for 10 reps which is the most I reps I have done with 135. Wow I was stunned. Left shoulder felt stable throughout. Assuming this is the test and tbol really kicking in hard now. This morning was my 5th injection.

Also I got some 27G 1 inch needles to pin myself. I was using the 23G 1.5in and I think that was why it was so painful the day after. Still drawing with the 23G.

now on the inj, i prefer 25g to 27G

Today was back and biceps. Had a great workout! Cardio is severely limited at the moment due to this cough but today was the first day that I didn’t wake up coughing so think the Allegra is helping.

Barbell row: 155x12 175x10 195x6 135x15
Lat pulldown wide grip: 135x12 135x12 135x12
Cable row: 135x12 150x12 165x9 180x6
Lat pulldown narrow grip: 120x12 120x12
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 100x15 100x13 100x10
Cable bicep curl: 60x15 70x15 80x15 90x8 80x8 70x9 60x10 40x10

For the cable curls I did something I have never done before. The first few sets as long as I hit 15 reps I increased the weight with minimal rest between sets. After the 4th set I worked my way back down in weight but took no rest time. As soon as I felt like I wasn’t going to get anymore quality reps I just decreased the weight and started again. Felt great!

Yeah I am watching that shoulder close. Just being super careful on the barbell bench. I only increased weight Monday and finished with 10 reps of 135 pounds because my shoulder was feeling strong and stable.

What are your thoughts(any anyone else who would like to chime in) on deca? I have read deca can do wonders for keeping joints healthy. I know it’s probably a little late to add it in to this cycle but just a consideration.

I am also thinking of buying more test and extending the cycle to 12-14 weeks instead of the 10 that’s currently planned. Would an extra 2-4 weeks even be worthwhile?

That’s definitely something to consider. 23G isn’t too bad it just took some practice time getting used to drawing with it. 27G for injecting and there is virtually no soreness but with 23G, the soreness was rough and lasted for days.

@BrightFuture deca can help but you would need to low dose it. 100-150mgs/week with 25mgs proviron at max.

14 weeks is a good cycle lets do it I support it.

25g 1in perfect especially for the glutes

The personal record was on the shoulder press. First time I tried 90 and I hit it for 6 reps. I can’t believe how much stronger I have gotten in such a short time period. Also with those you start in the negative position and it’s so much easier now to get them started. Even with 90 pounds. I am absolutely loving this. I am also keeping a close eye on that shoulder and I don’t know why but these don’t bother me at all. Dumbbell/barbell overheads do which is why I don’t do them at all.

Also, what are your thoughts on upright rows? I used to do them with a cable machine and they always felt great.

On a side note, do you guys notice that you sweat less on cycle than you normally would? I have noticed the last few days I am sweating less and it’s making it much easier to push harder. So far, I have seen so many massive benefits from this cycle I am in disbelief. I am loving this. I feel mentally good, focused and I don’t know just great. Wife noticed a positive change in me mentally as well.

Felt great. Worked my way up to a 364 pounds on the hammer strength squat and that was a first! All in all a great day! Also did my 6th injection this morning. Planning to order some more test so I run the cycle to 14 weeks instead of 10. Also deca at 150mg/week.

So far this has been incredibly successful and no side effects as of yet. Already thinking about a good bulking cycle for 3 months after this ends with test/deca/anadrol. That may change because that’s still a long way out. I am just big on planning things out lol.

14 weeks is a good cycle lets do it I support it.
Just ordered more test E, deca and the proviron. Will run cycle to 14 weeks with 400mg test, 150mg deca and the proviron.

Today was arms day. Definitely experiencing the DOMS now. Wasn’t really before but I attribute that to the increased weight and overall volume throughout the week. So I didn’t bench press today and just focused on arms. Not sure I should really be benching twice a week?

So last night went in a date with my wife. Had a bit of a cheat meal with eating sushi. I suppose there are probably far worse things to get for a cheat meal. Also my domestic-supply order processed and shipped yesterday! That was incredibly fast! Will post picture when I have them.

you can definitely train the chest hard once a week with good results
 
another option is do one day heavy chest one day light chest and mix it up

That's how I used to do my training for every body part years ago, I can become very taxing though.
 
certain muscles you want to stick to once a week but other muscles you can train often like the ABS

Today was chest day. Unfortunately my left shoulder was not cooperating on bench press so I think moving forward I will just roll with the dumbbell bench and the hammer strength. Seems like this is what most of the guys in my gym do anyway. Left shoulder didn’t hurt but it felt odd.

Also today was my 7th test E injection and my first deca. So far not a single negative side effect. Blood pressure is perfect, no gyno or ball issues either.

Gym was hot this morning. For some reason they didn’t turn the ceiling fans on. For the straight arm pull downs and the curls, I did these further away and it made the resistance more challenging. Good workout overall. Had some oatmeal, protein shake and 4 scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Today was back/biceps. Good workout overall with good volume.

Barbell row: 155x12 165x10 175x8 185x6 195x4
Cable wide grip lat pulldown: 135x15 150x12 165x8
Cable seated row: 135x15 150x12 165x8 165x6
Cable V Bar pulldown: 135x8 150x6 (slippery so had trouble holding on)
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 100x15 100x15 100x10

Today was chest day. Unfortunately my left shoulder was not cooperating on bench press so I think moving forward I will just roll with the dumbbell bench and the hammer strength. Seems like this is what most of the guys in my gym do anyway. Left shoulder didn’t hurt but it felt odd.

Barbell bench: 135x5 145x5 155x2 135x5
Hammer incline strength chest press: 45x15 70x12 80x10
Machine fly: 85x15 100x15 115x12 115x12

Did some light tricep pump work at end. Super frustrated with my ability to consistently barbell bench. I went light on volume today just to be safe but shoulder feels completely fine. So as mentioned before, no more barbell bench and I will just focus on the dumbbell bench and hammer strength variations.

Also today was my 7th test E injection and my first deca. So far not a single negative side effect. Blood pressure is perfect, no gyno or ball issues either.

definitely looking bigger you're putting on some muscle
 
make sure you bring down your body fat then you'll look perfect
