Approved Log Testosterone Trenbolone Cycle Log - Let the gains begin🤘

5:00am leg day. Today was the first time I didn't barbell squat in a long time but I will be squatting Saturday. Today was also the first time I did deadlifts in a long time. Deadlifts 4 sets 315/15 reps and 4 sets hack squats 5 plates each side/10-12 reps

It's crazy you mentioned that. My skin was an absolute mess. I always had bad acne, even as a kid. Then when I jumped on it got even crazier. THE ONLY thing that worked is accutane. I'm running a low dose at 40mg a day and I'm still running it but I dropped to 20mg a day and will stop at 5 months. There is nothing that stops hormonal acne other then accutane

Friday which was yesterday was an awesome chest day. Alot of Incline. 4 sets Incline 120lb dumbells 12-15 allow reps. 4 sets Incline barbell 245lbs 10-12 reps. 5 sets Incline hammer strength 3 plates each side 12-15 reps. I'm gonna get back on my log better. I just have alot going on.

Body Weight just at 200lbs. I hit some decent numbers with squats today. 500/1 465/3. Can't stop won't stop. Just about 54 days in my cycle

I have about two weeks left kn this cycle and I could be more happier how this one went. I'll be 39 in July so when this is done it's back cruising around 120mg a week and I will finally start a slow cut. This was my best cycle to date as far as strength, physique, mind frame and sleep. I'm a UGFREAK slut and that's it.

Yesterday's Chest day I threw the 140s around for a few sets of 8. Flat bench a few sets of 315/4 and 335/2.
