I am glad to join this community hope to meet and learn new stuff about competing and bodybuilding.

So let me introduce my self who i am and what my journey been like in my life. As many will see a have a scarr on my stomach its because i had a big liver cancer surgery so i will let you know and post some pics from my cancer journey to so you know my whole story.

My name is Aziz karnabi i am 39 years old i been training for last 15 years. 5 years ago i was diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma and had to remove 70% of the liver before it spreads to the other organs and that would be the end for me. The doctor told me i will never be able to be strong and compete again but the stubborn person and the love i have for bodybuilding i would not take no for a answer the day after surgery i only had 1 goal to step back on the stage again. so here is some pictures of me before cancer and after cancer.

Thats how my worst nightmare started took me 2 years to go from 1 apple a day back to 6 meals again had to push the food really hard to go up to 6 meals a day.

pre cancer: 86kg
Post cancer: 72kg

You dont how strong you are until being strong is your only choice"

Now to the comeback and the stage photos.

1 week out from the show and here are some stage photos to.
I messed up my peak tottaly my legs washed out and my waist became double. sad because i worked so hard to get there but could not show my best package.

got 4th place classic bodybuilding.

yes i will write down my diet on training day and off days macros, what food and quanity meal by meal i will write it down and post daily training photos and more... will share everyday of this prep 🤝

This is great that you started a log. I’m def in for the ride!! Congrats on your cancer struggle. I can’t even imagine the mental and physical toll it must have taken.

My training split is 1 muscle a day old school bro split i tried the push and pull they dont work on me to longtime in the gym i feel i dont get full benefit so i stick what works for my body this way i go in 40-45 min kill that muscle and go home eat.

here is some shots from todays workout

4set each exercise 4 exercises 8-10 reps

now i can enjoy my cereal and 30g whey iso 😍

What's your plan for this as you get closer? I'd like to see you switch the esters to propionate the last 5 weeks and drop everything 2-1.5weeks out.

I am dropping enanthate for prop this week and adding trenbolone ace 150mg a week. winstrol and anavar 6 weeks out was the plan and finish with halo last 14.

Perfect. Are you dropping all before the show or are you planning to run it right through? You will def tighten up if you drop the injectables a week or so out.

and for sure better than almonds better omega 3:6 mix

Primo you can bring to 2 weeks out and it will be clear by show.

Orals are fine to run right to the show. None of them will add water.

If you can get that fiber in the husk form it's best. Start at 15g/day and work up to 30g/day or so. You'll know when your taking too much.

My coach gets mad at me if I'm not at 90g of fat or higher lol, I used to cut on 64-70g I like his adjustments because I feel better overall making the switch with higher healthy fats.
 
Today i did shoulders. I always start with focus on the rear delt thats something i see many people neglect i use to do the same misstake and i did not have good rear delts until i change my training to focusing on the rear more and that made my delts pop more.

pre workout meal 350g sweet potato - 1 scoop whey isolate - 2g pink salt


1. lying Machine fly with my head to the bench 4 x 10-12 reps (rear delt)

2. sitting dumbel raises one armed (rear delt)
4 x 10-12 reps

3. standing dumbel raises to the side (side head)

4. Sitting machine press for the (front head)

pre workout thats a good meal but you should drink a shake intra workout about 1/2 way in, 20 grams of whey

your size is impressive, arms are huge, chest huge, THICK shoulders WOW! well done

Some changes to the cardio and cycle

Test e lowered from 500-250mg
Tren a added 70mg eod
Waiting for prop then will drop test e and do 100mg test eod
adding fatburner eca

do i need to add T3 with tren?

Fiber husk added to my breakfast 15g
Cardio increase from 40min to 55 min split in morning 30min post workout 25 min time to get much tighter. Food will stay high and increase cardio instead of the opposite way i use to diet.

some pics take pre bed hunger is very high even with 300g carbs/day my metabolism is very fast.

In a previous post you mentioned you were ripping through food i believe? If that's the case I wouldn't use the T3.
You'd be better served with clen if your comfortable using it.
Clen, yohimbine HCL and L-Carnitine works great as a fat burning stack.

Yes was thinking maybe now because i add tren with the hgh it will lower my T3 so i need to add small dose T3 but maybe dont need.

If you’re just using a small dose for hormone support that would prob be fine. At your leanness a higher dose might be detrimental to your muscle tissue.

started with triceps pushdown with the straight one 4 sex 10-12 reps

Rope pushdown 4 x 10-12 reps

Lying dumbell one arm curl on the bench

finish with one arm dips in the machine

morning empty stomach cardio 30min done
Cardio post workout 25min done

before the workout i was lying in bed no energy or motivation today but i push my self out from bed and said lets fucking do it.
Prep fatigue is kicking

I dont know why my stomach always feel bloated during the workout could i be drinking to much water?

intake before the gym 2.5 liter and during workout 750ml. anyone have same problem?

I dont know why my stomach always feel bloated during the workout could i be drinking to much water?

intake before the gym 2.5 liter and during workout 750ml. anyone have same problem?

Today i did shoulders. I always start with focus on the rear delt thats something i see many people neglect i use to do the same misstake and i did not have good rear delts until i change my training to focusing on the rear more and that made my delts pop more.

pre workout meal 350g sweet potato - 1 scoop whey isolate - 2g pink salt


1. lying Machine fly with my head to the bench 4 x 10-12 reps (rear delt)

2. sitting dumbel raises one armed (rear delt)
4 x 10-12 reps

3. standing dumbel raises to the side (side head)

4. Sitting machine press for the (front head)

Guys is it normal to have lots of water around legs and ankles on hgh my upperbody very dry but lower part is watery and swolllen especially my ankles and feets. only using 2iu x 2 everyday so 4iu
I think it's normal. I'm taking 2 iu and don't notice anything. When I was taking 3
IU during my bulk I had swollen ankles. You should get compression socks.

I’m sure it’s prob nothing but adema can be a sign of more serious issues. I would get some bloods pulled to be safe. 0 reason to risk long term health more than we already do.

@Gimli_10 not "normal" but hgh can make you retain water specifically legs
hows your sodium intake and electrolytes?
also you doing organ kidney liver support?

i see you doing a lot of peanut butter I had clients do that too but can you swap for walnut butter or almond butter? better omega 3 mix
