50 lbs of lean muscle in 12 weeks? Serious? I had no clue that was even possible. I would guess I need to up the calories to get there or will 3000 a day be okay to still add a bunch while losing fat? I thought this was like a pie in the sky goal.@steadfastsavage volume is the real deal brotruth there dips with 25? how about 30-40
