50 lbs of lean muscle in 12 weeks? Serious? I had no clue that was even possible. I would guess I need to up the calories to get there or will 3000 a day be okay to still add a bunch while losing fat? I thought this was like a pie in the sky goal. 😂

By the way… I had to slam through this workout I. 20 minutes so I was basically doing all these sets back to back with very little rest while fasted. Who needs cardio?

I’m going to go higher volume moving forward. Seems like decent weight with more reps is the way to go most of the time yeah?

you do need cardio even if you do high volume and no rest bro :)
 
Rather you than me re training fasted. That said I train on just a bowl of cereal (after breakfast)

That was my first time fasting for a full 24 hours. I was about 18 hours into my fast when I pounded out my quick workout yesterday. Didn’t like it but made it through.

Going with ugfreak and para pharma is an absolute big W 💪 u will love it
I’ve ordered with them a couple times now and all my test c for my trt dose is from them. 👍🏻
 
So I’m still unsure if you guys are recommending I keep doing my trt dose of 200mg per week in addition to this stack or if I should drop the trt when I start my long stack. Would love your thoughts.

Was really not wanting to combine things into one syringe as I’ve never done it but happy to figure it out if that’s what you guys suggest.
 
Personally I'd pick proviron to add into a cycle before caber
I wouldn’t have even thought to add proviron in with this stack since they are both dht derivs.

Thank you brother. I sure hope I can do you guys proud! Trying to grind right now on my diet to make sure my bf comes down as much as possible. This was my last transformation (completely natty at the time).

Yesterday was 125g protein for breakfast and today I had 143g. And yes, that’s one meal in one sitting. I attached a breakfast pic and breakdown in the picture from MyFitnessPal for this morning so you can see.

The cyst is okay. It’s not terrible. I had it drained back in Dec and it came back. They want me to go have it removed surgically but the hand doc is 1.5 hours drive each way and I have to go twice to get it done so not sure when I’ll be able to do it. It doesn’t really hurt, just when I do certain exercises it’s a little funky.

Cardio is really just walking. I ensure 10k steps a day and usually try to get a mile or two in before or after my workouts. Anything else you recommend?

Some say very little is absorbed at a time, others say around 100g and still others say your body will time it correctly so just eat away. Getting 300g a day is fine for me but I really only eat 3 meals per day which means I have to get around 100g in per meal. I pick and choose my battles so, while I totally get it, on most days, spreading it out more is tough.

For the ACV, are you talking internally or putting it on the cyst itself?

@steadfastsavage i think factually speaking, i would say up to 50 grams from my experience with clients over the years, including using blood sugar monitors.

You're talking to a guy who pushes high protein on all lol ;) but just not in 1 meal. You gotta space it out a bit.

ON the ACV right on the site next time and drink internally as well.

I’ve never done neck curls before this last week so I’m good changing that up or going a bit lighter to stay injury free.

I’m so excited to be over 500 on leg press. I had more in me so I’ll up it next time.

This next week, I’m going to do more cardio as I’m testing for a law enforcement job on Friday and need to be fresh. Hope they don’t lie detector me about steroids. 😝

I stopped training high volume once I got into my 40s my body couldn't take it
 
gotta make sure no matter what we use proper form
 
very crucial to make sure we get our good fats and our diet as well
 
Morning meals today and picture of my oatmeal. Been forgetting to take pictures and had some meals that were impossible to track (still healthy and well within macros) the last couple days. Back at it in the gym tomorrow with training.

N2 Guard arrived and my gear looks to be landing on Monday next week. Starting my cycle Monday as long as it gets here.

Anyone have any information on how to combine more than one compound in a single injection? Never done that before and sounds like you guys want me to maintain my trt dose of test c while starting this cycle so need to put it all together in one injection.

Morning meals today and picture of my oatmeal. Been forgetting to take pictures and had some meals that were impossible to track (still healthy and well within macros) the last couple days. Back at it in the gym tomorrow with training.

N2 Guard arrived and my gear looks to be landing on Monday next week. Starting my cycle Monday as long as it gets here.

Anyone have any information on how to combine more than one compound in a single injection? Never done that before and sounds like you guys want me to maintain my trt dose of test c while starting this cycle so need to put it all together in one injection.

I know you can combine them. No idea HOW to do it so there isn’t a bunch of air in the syringe 💉. I usually suck air up to the mark I’m going to inject on the syringe, insert into the sealed container of test c, blow the air out, then suck up what is needed and remove, then I pull back to get anything everything out of the needle, change the needle out to my injection needle, blow out any air at the top until it’s just juicing out the needle and then do my injection. How does this change with more than one compound in the syringe?

then draw out the tren and so on
but DO NOT inject more than 3ml in glutes
and shoulders dont do more than 1 ml
stick to glutes (your butt) and shoulders for pinning

and how much gear you pinning?

Week 1-4 = 200mg (.8ml) of para pharma test c and 1ml para pharma long stack (100mg test e, 100mg tren e, and 100mg mast) weekly split into 2 pins week (mon and Thurs) with 0.9ml total injection liquid each.

Week 5-8 = 200mg (.8ml) of para pharma test c and 2ml para pharma long stack (200mg test e, 200mg tren e, and 200mg mast) weekly split into 2 pins week (mom and thurs) with 1.4ml total injection liquid each.

Week 9-12 = 200mg (.8ml) of para pharma test c and 3ml para pharma long stack (100mg test e, 100mg tren e, and 100mg mast) weekly split into 3 pins week (mon, wed, fri) with 1.4ml total injection liquid each.

@steadfastsavage yea you can pin 0.9ml into glutes or shoulders, I suggest a big muscle like glutes because 'stack' formulas usually more painful. The first time around with this mix go with right glute so you can turn to your right and do it easy.

I usually do ventro glute in my hip area. Is that good or is there another spot you like better?
 
Workout log for today below. I’m going to try to get a couple more sets in on the reverse crunches but has one of my abs cramp up when I bent over to grab my water after the first set. Super weird and never had that happen before so I didn’t want to push it. Worked out fasted this morning so not sure if that may have had something to do with it. Slamming a banana and some protein when I get home.

I’m going to do it soon with my bfr bands. Going to hit the bi’s, tri’s, and delts with low weight and massive volume and see how I feel.

I’m just going to do it at home with 10 or 15 pound DB. 3x100 curls, 3x100 db skullcrushers, and 3x100 db delt raises. 😈

you have to inject like 5 cc's of air to even come close to causing any issues
the whole are in this syringe thing is just Bro Science
 
I've worked in the medical field I can tell you that if it was that easy to kill yourself from injecting are then every person would be doing that method for suicide

Seems like you're severely under training. You're doing an upper body workout and not one muscle group is being hit hard enough. I just read this entire log from the beginning. You need to be doing about 8-12 working sets for just back alone.

You're going to be using Tren and Masteron. Those drugs can give incredible strength gains. Take advantage of it.
