Approved Log From TRT to First Blast (Test/Primo/HGH/Anavar) Log

Made you look haha. It is low fat beef mince meatball/patty and potato. As I said before I eat same food just a slight variation between how it made/cooked and different spices.
i like looking lol

Average leg day but got the job done. Right knee issues prevent me going harder and that sucks. See if HGH and BCP157 keep improving condition. Well, at least it's not getting worse.

BIG improvements @Supraslx77
Like from a chubby guy to a bodybuilder AMAZING! you look bigger, leaner, wider shoulders, tighter waist, results speak for themselves.
I do think we can do more cardio.

Thanks man, yeah definitely cardio needs to be upped, will work on this part in the second part of the Blast. HGH issues not helping my joints, but I have a plan now how to improve things.

whats your plan?

whats your plan?
Share please :D
As discussed before (previous pages) I am doing 2IU of HGH AM/PM total of 4IU with some minor improvements, likely will try 4IU in the morning next week (couple of Aussie blokes recommended this as they had similar issues). If nothing helps - I will reduce dose to 3IU and reassess.

We want to see abs.
That should be your next goal going forward.

you won't go wrong with increased fasted cardio.

That will help turbocharge more fat loss.

Growth hormones sometimes doesn't do what people expect. Your joint issues could be from overtraining.

Add some hot yoga to your routine once or twice a week. It will definitely make a big difference.

Nice job, man. This is all part of a process. We're still early in this log.

You're going to continue to improve.

Bro, I like you and your first picture, nothing wrong with [email protected] now you better shape.

Getting healthier important.

Yeah for sure. There are some good stories and there are no so. HGH did not help me with sleep (actually my sleep was pretty good before HGH anyway) and definitely affecting my joints not in a good way. Live and learn, it is my first time blasting and doing HGH anyway so plenty to take on board and watch how my body reacts

Yes just checked, I remember. @Supraslx77 reduce to 3 IUs to start.

Slowly getting there. Circled area is new haven't seen it since I was 20 yo.
Week 6 now. 8 more to go.
@Supraslx77 that means you're shredding and lean, perfect body lean. Keep staying lean and getting shredded. EVO family support. :D

I am doing bloods next week, so I stay at 4IU to see what it does to my body and then reduce to 3IU and compare results later
I understand, will be waiting for bloods :D

Doing great

Sorry I was MIA. We had huge Cyclone smashing us in Queensland, Australia.
Cat 2 cyclone with 100+ mph winds.
A lot of damage everywhere, floods, etc. No power and internet since last Friday, just got it back on Monday. Gym is closed so trained only 1 time last week, diet was average.

Very impressive youre dedicated :D

That tornado in the water. Looks really scary.

Hope isn't it make it to shore?

Can you imagine being out on a boat and seeing that coming at you? I would be freaking out.

I had no idea that tropical systems hit Northeast Australia.

I guess we learned things on here that we didn't know.

That's a scary looking storm. And I see that it created some water spouts.

The climate is so crazy around the world and it's only gonna get more crazy.

Hopefully, you didn't have any damage at your place.

Good thing. It was only a category two, but still 100 mile an hour. Winds are gonna cause a lot of issues, especially near the coast.

Hopefully you can get your power back, 100%, and you don't have any other issues with your internet.

That's tough. Not having it for a week.

Had pretty good Push day today. Thinking about increasing some weights for some exercises.

Need advice please! Considering that i have not the best joints and plenty of injuries, what should I do? Add extra weight to existing Working Sets or keep same weight and add Extra Working Set?

And cardio is how much?

Diet look clean but eat portion needs 2 walnuts inside for omega 3 fats. @Supraslx77

you should drop down to 2 IUs of HGH, you really dont need more. You look great and we can more more progress, have to really dial in the diet and prep.

Got plenty of BPC157 but it helps only so much. I am taking 3 teaspoons of Carlsons Fish oil ed. A lot of Omega 3 there.

Cardio is lacking. At this stage it is either I lift weights 3 times a week and do occasional Cardio or push myself during Cardio session and don't go to the gym next week becsuse I am in pain and can't move, and need Osteopath, Massage to get me back.

You should do cardio besides weights, weights not considered cardio.

Ok can try 2IU till the end of the Blast and compare Blood test result later. 4IU vs 2

I know and I love cardio, but I am in serious pain most of the time after Cardio sessions due to all my injuries. My hips and knees are so painfull and swollen that I physically can't move for couple of days, can't go to the gym and lift weights. It affects my work and life too. So for me Cardio not worth the pain.

2 Ius i better anyways.

how bad are the injuries you're talking about?

how bad are the injuries you're talking about?
Years of soccer and martial arts:

•Right knee: Complete ACL rupture, arthritis, repaired meniscus tear, patellar maltracking.
•Left knee: knee reconstruction 5 years ago, issue with hamstring as they used tendon for ACL replacement from there.
•Some issues with hips due to knee issues, but never got scans done.

Car accident 2019. Whiplash and related injuries:

•Neck issues - see the attached report. This causing fair few serious issues, locking, spasms, nerve irritation, etc. I see Osteopath and massage therapist on regular basis.
•Left shoulder tears - see the attached report.
•Left wrist issues, not bad now.
•Right shoulder is average but no scans done.

So yeah BPC157 not going to help here haha. Need new body

In your case HGH with bpc157 and tb500 can help for sure, it wont resolve all issues but its a start.
would you be against doing bpc/tb addition for this cycle? @Supraslx77

i agree with @RoidRage69 adding igf1 would help
and adding full joint support stack would help what you using for joints as supps?
Try some IGF-1 LR3 for a month and see if it heals everything. Stacked with hgh its pretty powerful.

Training is good but bloods off, alt and progesterone are way off. The liver values shouldn't get that high, you need to get organ liver support asap in this cycle @Supraslx77

Good news is on the growth hormone at least, you know, it's legit. That's a good sign that you're getting those sides

That's good man. Fish oil can be very beneficial.

Let us know what kind of changes you notice.

Gotta boost your cardio man, cardio is crucial. Got to build a strong heart.

Nice updates on this buddy, good workout from today.

Blood tests, look pretty normal for a steroid user.

Just make sure they normalize when you come off.

The guys are correct. Get on an organ protector too like N2Guard
100% he needs n2guard or a strong organ cycle support.

Don't panic mate. I think it is pretty good. I expected much worse. I recovered from Non alcoholic fatty liver 6-7 years ago where my ALT was 800. A bit more Fish oil, Berberine and Selenium should help.

I definitely don't need N2Guard, I take same ingredients anyway, why do I want to double up and pay stupid money for something I don't need. I had much worse blood test results before I started steroids, so actually pretty happy with the current results.

@Supraslx77 800? thats insane, very strange you have numbers like this. You might have a latent liver tumor.

No tumor, just Non Alcoholic Fatty liver.
Yeah was pretty shocking and got my GP worried big time. All good now for the last 5 - 6 years. Fatty liver is not fatty anymore but it is sensitive since, so that reading slightly above reference is nothing.

Was not feeling well since Monday, a bit of Hayfeaver, first trainind day this week was today. Managed to increase weights for some exercises where I feel confident. Good to see some progress. e.g. Incline press was 20kg in December, now 30 kg. Huge for me considering existing tear in the left shoulder and instability issues.
