For anyone interested, here is the report for the Ultrasound last week. Deidentified and summerised by chatgpt.

Haven't seen my GP, but have booked the physio for rehab consult on Monday after work.

I've had some leftover HGH, have started 2IU an evening combined with @Sydneycitysupplements BPC157 & TB500 att the appropriate dosage.

Will have a short write up after this heals and again, @Sydneycitysupplements thanks for the gift, I'll be in touch soon to place an order again.

Recovering from an 8mm Partial Thickness Tear in My Left Elbow (Common Extensor Tendon)
Minor Bursitis in Right Shoulder

1742464333716.webp

I’m currently dealing with an 8mm partial thickness tear in the pronator tendon of my elbow. The pain is a constant, dull ache running down/up my forearm, and anything beyond around 30% load brings on sharp pain. My physio has me on strict, controlled rehab: slow, no-weight wrist and hand raises, three sets a day, five reps each, holding for 20 seconds. It’s tedious, but I know it’s necessary for proper healing.

To support recovery, I’ve put together a structured protocol using HGH, TB500, and BPC-157 — and I’m now considering adding Anavar to the mix.
My Current Protocol:

Still on TRT+ just a bit lower range, it's almost TRT. Below are weekly figures unless stated.

@ez2plz has hooked me up with his rang of products from BiopoweRNA
  • 150mg Test Depot BioPoweRNA (Test E 250mg)
  • 150mg Primoron BioPoweRNA (Primo 200mg)
  • 5mg Daily Acirca BiopoweRNA (Tadalafil) 20mg Tabs

@Sydneycitysupplements has hooked me up with his rang of products from BiopoweRNA
  • TBD Daily Pharmatides Aust. Anavar 50mg Tabs
  • 2mg Daily Pharmatides Aust. BPC157 & TB500 split AM/PM - Currently on day 7, plan to run this for at least 4–6 weeks to support tendon healing and reduce inflammation 2mg total daily (1mg AM, 1mg PM), 50/50 blend.
A huge shoutout to @Sydneycitysupplements, I had purchased some TB500 & BPC157 on 5mg, now knowing what I know this is not enough! SCS hooked me up, with some TB500 & BPC157, pre filled and sealed in a pen! Packaging was as per their protocol and I can confirm that the peptides were not denatured. Wait for the right up on that! Again, thanks SCS, you're the man!

@ an external source has hooked me up with 10 x 10IU HGH blacktop - Generic but was available on short notice and priced ok.
  • 5 days on, 2 days off
  • 4 IU daily, split between morning and early afternoon - Focused on tissue repair, recovery support, and mild fat loss while I’m restricted to cardio and light activity

Considering Anavar:

I have Anavar on hand and am considering incorporating it. I know it has a reputation for aiding collagen synthesis, supporting tendon recovery, and preserving lean mass — all of which are beneficial in my current situation.

I’m thinking of running 20–30mg daily for 6–8 weeks but want to proceed carefully. My biggest concern is lipids and not letting the improved strength and recovery feeling trick me into pushing load on the injury too soon.

If you’ve used Anavar during tendon or soft tissue recovery, I’d really appreciate your input — what worked for you, what didn’t, and what you’d do differently. @Npcclassicphysique champ?

What I’ve Noticed So Far:

Constant ache down my forearm remains, with sharp pain above 30% effort. No noticeable side effects from HGH or peptides so far. Hoping to see measurable progress between the next two and three weeks.

Why I’m Approaching It This Way:

Gradually increased HGH to avoid side effects and promote steady recovery.
Running TB500 and BPC-157 consistently for sustained connective tissue support.
Following physio guidance to the letter and avoiding any temptation to load the elbow early.
Weighing up the addition of Anavar carefully for its recovery benefits, but with discipline and caution.

I’ll continue to share updates as I progress. Feedback from others in similar situations is always welcome.

Also I used Chat GPT again for this, to make it readable and for formatting.

@juddy i havent really used oxandrolone as a "recovery" tool per se bro and didnt have any clients do that
mainly concentrated on hgh/igf back in the day and ostarine and bpc157/tb500 these days
i would think you could use oxandrolone to help recovery but you should start slow 20mgs ed split dose with organ liver support
i do think primobolan would help you a lot and a base of testosterone

I'd like to see you back in the gym more bro
Yeah I'm going a little crazy. But the Gym here is just too expensive at $35 per week. Tight, maybe...

This weekend were moving the mats into the spare room, and all the equipment. Have now got a set of free-standing racks.

$35 per week? us dollars or what is this? thats actually expensive lol

AUD! It's the remote tax for living in WA. Everything's $$$
I dont understand, are you saying a regular gym in Austrlia is 140$ dollars? @juddy
@Pigsy your gyms are the same?

@Pigsy your gyms are the same?

Yes, Brother!

@Pigsy and I are on the same side of the country, but likely at opposite ends of the coastline. (Total guess here @Pigsy)

Casual entry: $25
Weekly pass: $35
Weekly pass on a 6-month contract: $30 per week
Annual membership: $1,400 paid in advance

Everything costs more here, as I live in a seasonal tourist town. High rents and freight costs are unavoidable and ultimately passed on to the consumer.

I pay $10.50 a week. The 24/7 gym. I only go once or twice a week. As mainly train at home. Most gym under $15 a week. In the metro area

It's hard to justify. They offer alot of classes with that, but the equipment is not always working (totally understand) and wait.times for them to get stuff fixed it months.
But they are the only gym.

@juddy I like the homegym looks good, BUT I LOVE the dog so cute just laying there
Thats Zoe, she's a cross between a German Shorthair Pointer (GPS, popular in Canada I and great bird dogs) Australian Cattle Dog.

The Bigger one is Zak, he is a GSP. Same age, we rescued Zoe a few months back. She beautiful, loving and has prey drive like a fat kid chasing cup cakes.

Following a period of consistently elevated blood pressure, my GP has recommended adding Spironolactone 25mg to my current Ramipril regimen.

Recent blood tests were within normal range — hematocrit levels were fine, and hydration is good.

I’m planning to do my own research, but I’m also interested in hearing from anyone with personal experience using this medication. Any insights or feedback would be appreciated.

Thank you. I agree too, although I'm literally the lightest I've been since I was 27 years old,

There was a reason for the elevated blood pressure, I was preparing this week's injections and noticed I had about 5ml more Primo than expected on hand.

It turns out I had made an error when measuring the doses of Primo and Test. I removed the label from a Test vial with the intention of mixing Test E with Primo in a 50:50 ratio, but I didn't have enough Primo. Well when my next injection was due I forgot.

Lesson learned, label lable lable.

Got bloods back and damn!

you were injecting too much primo or too much test bro?

and we all get heavy but key is to drop bodyfat when you have control @juddy

Test E, I'd measured 1000mg (4ml) but never added the Primo and kept dosing is as 222mg/ml.

It's a stupid mistake!

Yeah getting my BF down, and am now on a Trt dosage of test, with primo at a 1:1 ratio.
Your main goal should be cardio and low carbs and if you have trouble with appetite, use retatrutide.

Thanks, yep using Sema as I've got heaps on hand.

Guess I'll have to fat shame myself with photos soon... yay.

Put photos up, EVO is a no judgement zone.

It looks like that your stomach is flattening out beautifully.

You're definitely gonna have big progress.

Curiosity here. If your jeans still fits you

because you look like you've leaned out,

Let's keep this going, man.

You don't look as bad as you say. I think you look pretty good.

you've shed your dad bod for sure.

Now, you have to work on your muscle conditioning.

The hours you spend in the gym over the next year or two is going to make the big difference.

Good base

Update:

Had another physio appointment—more 1kg wrist curls and similar exercises.

The baseline pain (when the wrist isn’t in use) has eased, and there’s been a noticeable reduction in pain during use as well. Full range of motion remains intact. Grip strength hasn’t improved yet, but the overall decrease in pain and increased functionality are promising signs.

I’ve finished the course of BPC-157 and TB-500. They definitely seemed to help, but since I’ve thrown everything at this, it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what made the difference.

I'm admittedly being lazy atm, it's school holidays and I've got my Boy home.

But yeah I'm still struggling picking up 2kg and moving it away from my body, so sure working in that.

Which body parts can you use?

Been a good week — not a lot of activity exercise-wise, but this is what's been happening daily. Dropped to TRT at 140mg with the same Primo.
Diet is back on track, but weights aren't getting much use. I just cannot pick up things with the arm. Will try to get another ultrasound — I’m not sure it’s healing. That said, I know it's hurting less and I'm getting stronger, but it's damn slow.

@juddy hoping to see some results on the peptides!

@juddy good food and gear update. I hope we can dial in your nutrition to get sodium down. How much cardio can you do?
Can do 15 to 20 minutes steady, most days im sweating my ass off here due to the heat. So probably could do more indoors, in AC.

Where is the sodium? Ive cut out salt from so much would be good to know what I've missed.

Not sure where your sodium is to be real with you. @juddy because this is 1 day of an update, please do them for a few weeks and it will be more clear. Smoked salmon is one of course.

Yeah, true, but that that is working great for my cholesterol. Will look at tuna a guesss, and check the salt in both.

I'll do daily updates for a short while, I struggle with consistent logging, but can put a bit of effort into it.

I suggest you use an app, it would be easier to record macros. @juddy

Tuna, salmon, if you do eat them, get the fresh cuts no sodium.

@juddy Wow, what an amazing workout.

You're showing how it's done when it comes to rehabilitating and injury.

Quick update:
I was moving things around in the spare room/gym today and noticed I can lift 15kg – just can't curl it yet.

Ended up doing a bit of chest and back work, mostly feeling things out. Pain was only noticeable at certain angles, which is a good sign.

In addition to sticking with the rehab protocol three times a day, I also got in a 30-minute walk.

Stats this morning:
  • BP: 123/59, 73 bpm
  • Weight: 84.2kg (first thing)
  • Height: 175cm
Really happy with the blood pressure – it was a big concern recently when it was sitting around 160/80 with a heart rate over 100 bpm most of the day! The improvement is thanks to an increased dose of ramipril (ACE inhibitor).

Good blood pressure and I really like your meals, very clean @juddy

Quick update:
Not much has changed overall, but there’s been a noticeable reduction in pain and fewer random sensations in the area throughout the day. Diet has remained on point—mostly. I haven’t increased or changed any of the rehab work yet; it’s just not ready for that.

I’m planning to get bloods done on Monday and will restart my blood tracking Excel sheet. I’ve got four more RoidSafe tests left but may look into an alternative, as I’d like to run a slightly more comprehensive panel. iMedical seems to be the only real option for us Aussies not going via our doctors.

Bloods still pending, it's busy work wise. Have set time in my diary for Monday morning.

83kg this morning after bathroom visit.

On a positive note, many customers that haven't seen me for a few months have commented on my weight loss, feels good to know it's not just numbers.

Friday Morning Date with my wife, ususal place and a meal you've seen before. I couldn't finish it all but damn that was nice. Spicy Scrambled Eggs.

Honestly, I don't track my macros, but I’ve considered getting an app for it.

Really appreciate your comment—thanks!

Today, I got my bloods and urine checked (specifically for protein in urine), completed a rehab session, and still managed to smash out half a day of work.

Finished lastnight off with a classic comfort meal—bangers and mash with peas. Keeping it simple and light

Believe it or not this was a frozen meal.
