Brother come on man 😂 i sneeze when i see cardio equipment but i still do 60 minutes of boring walking 4 days a week, it is much needed for the heart and cardiovascular system.
 
Definitely can see you dropping into the 90s. I think that would be good for your health, more importantly.
 
Nice to see that you're having fun with your workouts.

That's the most important thing.
 
Maybe go play in a soccer league or something. Something that's fun where you won't even notice. You're doing cardio, that makes sense.
 
Light leg day would be this brother light weight on leg extension and lying leg curls x3 sets minimum. Leg press is my new favourite atm for legs.
Leg press favorite for many guys :D great quad builder.

I suggest you do some tamoxifen 20mgs ed to see if you have gyno improvements.

Friday was a awesome chest session was feeling good. I went to do some cardio with some friends and family later on at the park playing rugby. I accidently pulled my calf muscle. So i think ill stick to the stair machine from now on lol im trying to be positive and keep my head up as soon as my calf heals enough im getting back into the gym for my mental health. Thank you brother it's getting better day by day i can limp on my calf with minimal weight. Im confident its not torn , just a pull or small tear in the calf.

Yeah the swelling from the calf rolled down to my ankle it looks bad but leg feels much better i think the bruises is a good sign that its healing. I must have torn the calf. But yeah definitely walking better than before brother
