Approved Log Post IFBB show Rebound and Health Phase - Test Deca HGH Log

Hi guys, it's been already a week since my show and I'm currently in a Rebound phase wich should last 4/6 weeks, after that I'll do bloodworks and should go into a health phase for 4 weeks (I guess It will depends on the bloods results) and then into the proper Off-season.

Macros are:
Rest Days 240P 210C 60F
Medium Days 250P 400C 28F
High Days 190P 775C 0F (currently 2 times a week)

Proteins are being counted only from animal sources, fats are being counted only from added fats.
I try to vary my food and currently eating
(The foods are in order as to how much I'm eating them)

As protein sources:
Chicken breast, Low fat lactose free milk, eggs, whey powder

Carbs:
White Rice, Dates, Spinach, Kale, Mixed Berries, Oranges, Apples, Prunes,Cocoa powder, White sugar, Dexstrose

Fats:
Eggs, Almond butter, EVO

I'm still being sponsored by @R&Dpharma and the current stack is 43mg Test E and 43mg Deca subq ED for a total 300+300, Aromasin 10mg EOD, Insulin Novorapid 3/6 IU only on High Days
Will start using HGH at 4iu per day before bed (still waiting for bac water hopefully I'll receive it today 🫠) currently provided by @Anabolic Advancements.

I will be keeping Fridays off from Training since I will be busy from 8 am to 10pm for work.
Since the last couple of weeks I've had a training partner and so I've switched from MYO REPS to Forced reps since he can spot me.
Currently focusing on refining my executions even more and more tensions on the muscles, and less ego than before.
All sets are to failure and beyond with the help of my spotter.
I am still giving more PRIORITY to the back.

Hi guys, it's been already a week since my show and I'm currently in a Rebound phase wich should last 4/6 weeks, after that I'll do bloodworks and should go into a health phase for 4 weeks (I guess It will depends on the bloods results) and then into the proper Off-season.

Macros are:
Rest Days 240P 210C 60F
Medium Days 250P 400C 28F
High Days 190P 775C 0F (currently 2 times a week)

Proteins are being counted only from animal sources, fats are being counted only from added fats.
I try to vary my food and currently eating
(The foods are in order as to how much I'm eating them)

As protein sources:
Chicken breast, Low fat lactose free milk, eggs, whey powder

Carbs:
White Rice, Dates, Spinach, Kale, Mixed Berries, Oranges, Apples, Prunes,Cocoa powder, White sugar, Dexstrose

Fats:
Eggs, Almond butter, EVO

I'm still being sponsored by @R&Dpharma and the current stack is 43mg Test E and 43mg Deca subq ED for a total 300+300, Aromasin 10mg EOD, Insulin Novorapid 3/6 IU only on High Days
Will start using HGH at 4iu per day before bed (still waiting for bac water hopefully I'll receive it today 🫠) currently provided by @Anabolic Advancements.

I will be keeping Fridays off from Training since I will be busy from 8 am to 10pm for work.
Since the last couple of weeks I've had a training partner and so I've switched from MYO REPS to Forced reps since he can spot me.
Currently focusing on refining my executions even more and more tensions on the muscles, and less ego than before.
All sets are to failure and beyond with the help of my spotter.
I am still giving more PRIORITY to the back.

I'm not sure about high but im tighter for sure, I think i already saw the insulin working despite the fact that I've used it only two times on my 2 high days, first at 3iu and then 4iu post workout, definitely saw a tighter and denser look the days after that.

Will see if I'll ramp it up during the Off-season.

Coach said i look sharpen than what he was expecting, he upped the macros on low days from 210C to 270C and on Medium day from 27F to 47F.

I dont think you need 760 carbs post show imo @electus
I would start lowering this to 200-300 grams to moderate your body and get it more insulin sensitive.
 
My coach like the carb cycling approach, today for example I will have 400C.
You can carb cycle, just go 200 to 400, not 400 to 700. no need.

Notes
Nipples swelling due to prolactin, upped P5P to 300mg ED and will implement Cabergoline 0.25 mg/day until puffiness goes away and then 0.25 mg 3x week for a period of time.
I've done very few steps this week due to weather and didn't wanna do the treadmill at home, good weather this week so will up the steps.

Thanks, honestly I haven't worked on posing since the show and it's a shame, I need more posing practice and will force myself to do it this all off season.

This year goal is 95/100 kg before the end of the year without being fat, seeing other guys and pros i need to get to that weight not fat to have enough size to fill up my weight cap and shoot for the Pro Card.
I know were I need to work on and will put the muscles in the right places, appreciate all of you guys feedback and critiques as they make me better 😄.
As of today I'm at a steady 81kg.

Used 8iu of Novorapid with the post workout meal @R&Dpharma , went back to sleep from 13 to 14 after I walked for 1 hours and a half, needing more rest ans sleep lately.
