Got it, @Ulter Now being in a Rebound phase i lowered the dose by 40% and plus I've added HGH and insulin so I can lowering it even more for sure.
Will see if I'll ramp it up during the Off-season.

Coach said i look sharpen than what he was expecting, he upped the macros on low days from 210C to 270C and on Medium day from 27F to 47F.

I would start lowering this to 200-300 grams to moderate your body and get it more insulin sensitive.
