I would like to test where I go with full pct, which natural level of test will I jump to, which strenght will I mantain
This also because I'm usually on holiday abroad in summer and winter, and I prefer to be jacked at home.
Let's see where I will be in january, and If I will be able to lift almost the same

Nope, its a two weeks ago news.
Overload, lack of mobility, overtraining, muscle growt and tendons are not following
In january I could do 30 truster with 60 kg, now I can do 50, hence strenght is here, tendons fatigue :)
@Simoneme do some hot yoga twice a week. it will boost mobility and flexibility and help avoid injuries

the fact is that I do crossfit, hence many weightlift movement.
It's a sport, it's more dynamic than gym in general so I'm always on the risk of injuring.
I do my best to survive :)

hcgenerate you should use 4 weeks minimum
aromasin ONLY use 2 weeks
clomid start from week 1 to week 4
nolvadex start from week 1-week 6
cardarien is good
n2guard start from day 1

based on your pics i am not seeing your concerns with gyno. looks fine to me. the surgeon is being honest with you and trying to save you money. in USA they would have scared you into surgery to make money off of you

Since Im on sustanon, I have been advised that long esters need time to clean up and then nolva is redundant in the first 2 weeks

That workout was strenght focused, no cardio at all

it is, definitely. The point is that I don't have bitch tits, I just have buttons under nipples which at the moment aren't causing a problem to me. Surgeon said that's a little "pain in the @ss" procedure, which in my case isn't worth for the moment. Operation means stop training, stop sea, and also there is probability that nipple would be inverted / flattened after the operation. As long as I don't have phisical issues, she racomanded to stay like this...

you can always get it cut out in the future. no need to do a surgery that isn't needed right now. just watch your estrogen, never let it get high

Yesterday morning big training session, nothing wrong with weights and performance

WOD:
Team of 3 athletes, Split the reps between athletes as you wish
4 rounds
90 burpees
60 bar muscle ups
30 clean and jerk 80 kg
Time Cap 45 - finished in 42

I had to reduce muscle ups because i'm not so strong at the bar.
The total amount was 80 per athlete, I did 45... I will never be an elite athlete ;)

Keep it for nex cycle in winter, in case of soreness due to overtraining

Why do you suggest plank? I do a lot of core gymnastic, toes to bar, muscle up, and tons of powerlifting and olympic as well, I guess my core is well developed 😉

bro I don't know how old are you, but I guarantee that I'm training with people over 50's and they are actually stronger and faster than the majority of people in our box. It's all about conditioning and of course your background. Many of them used to be football player for example

I had to reduce muscle ups because i'm not so strong at the bar.
The total amount was 80 per athlete, I did 45... I will never be an elite athlete ;)
4 rounds. burpees. and musclups. this is good crossfit style training. A great cardio workout as well.

@Simoneme This is some juicy looking gear. I love it. 60 bar muscle ups and clean and jerk. You don't see that too often. Some old school training right here.

@Simoneme Bro, that a true prison style workout right there. We used to do a lot of clean N jerks in prison. We would tie milk jugs on each side of the mop.

It sounds like some boot camp training combined with some CrossFit training. This is really good for endurance and also good for building up some core strength. Looking really good.

@Simoneme you are something amazing for sure. excellent job on this training and lots of hard work. Conditioning is going to really be fantastic if you keep this up.

Keep it for nex cycle in winter, in case of soreness due to overtraining

Why do you suggest plank? I do a lot of core gymnastic, toes to bar, muscle up, and tons of powerlifting and olympic as well, I guess my core is well developed 😉
Planks will further help develop your grow and make you stronger. :D
 
Got blood results, below all the schedule since the beginning of the journey

I pulled blood in november after on cycle of LGD, then off till january; in March I was already 2 month into Sustanon, So I have to say that in january I should have recovered a bit into FSH / LH;
It looks like I'm back to the value of November, with Higher Test value now (it will drop again I know, let's see in november / december what will be the final result) ; I have to keep on with PCT and wait till next year for next bomb.

hi bro, I'm on the first week of clomid and nolva.
I did two weeks of stop pinning then started with clomid and nolva, following the PCT guide.
You still have Testosterone in your system in that case.
 
Yesterday workout and overall impressions I'm having

Team x 2 athletes
1 round each
(20 double unders - 3 hang power clean kg 70)x8
(15 double unders - 3 hang power clean kg 80)x8
(10 double unders - 3 hang power clean kg 90)x8
CAP 36'

No one in the gym, even the big boys have completed.

For me, it was all OK till 90 kg; I switched to single unders at 80 kg since ok conditioning, but I didn't really want to go under a heavy bar with such a high hearth rate...

At 90 kg, I did the first round, them some squat clean for the second block since my knees started singing.

Overall impression, the cycle gave me a huge grip strenght, and much more leg strenght which I needed.
Also oxygenation is impressive, I have the ability to recover faster in between sets.

In my discipline, if you have great grip strenght, good leg drive and core stability, you do 70% of the game.
Grip strenght allows you to manage heavy bar effortless and to hang yourself at the pull up bar easily, even during weightlifing sets.

The barbell feels smooth now, engaging legs quickly, and also pushing session with jerks now are way easier than before.

Since I don't hit PRs that much during my sessions, my main goal is to handle RX weight as easy as I can
I was already able to move above weights, but not in this intensity, my goal is to mantain this kind of new "power".

I will keep this posted for the next weeks, in order to spot any decrease during PCT

At the moment I don't notice any strenght / performance loss.

I had some moodiness during the weekend, but it's part of the game, and yesterday I was as happy as before.

Player 1 --> 12 american swing (kettlebell 32 kg)
Player 2 -->9 handstand pushups
Player 1 --> 6 devil press (1 dummbell 22.5 kg)
Player 2 --> MAX REP THRUSTER 60 KG unbroken.
AND SWITCH
Goal was 150 or more rep... we sat at 100; 60 kg is a lot for me, I could do 6 to 8 reps per round, some guys did even 15 or 20 in a round :S
Anyhow, no fatigue, no doms, no problems, just bad joints as usual.
