I’m not really sure how to start all of this, first time I’ve ever done anything like this. I’m wrapping up a cutting cycle here in the next few days. I was disgustingly over weight. I’m sure everyone in here has had some sort of life issue that dam near drags you into a dark spot where you want to end everything. (Dont worry I’m far passed any depression). Got myself back in the gym in February and started cutting. Been lifting on and off for 16 ish years.

When I started cutting I was 330 pounds 40% bf.
12 weeks later in 265 sitting roughly at 12% bf. Used some test E Anavar and DNP to cut down. I know how people look at DNP how dangerous it can be. I was very careful. Anyways let’s move along. Now that I’ve leaned right down, ( waiting for dnp water weight to come off before I post photos) it’s time to jump onto a bulk.

I would stop the DNP now it can be deadly. You're 265 at 12% bodyfat, I think DNP not needed.
You're better off with retatrutide imo.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

Hey sorry I’ll get the photos uploaded in the morning. I’d much rather you all see what I look like in a fasted state.

Training is Monday-Friday
M- chest incline smith press
T- back
W- shoulders
T- full arms
F- full legs

Meals
Meal one shake
160 gram oats, 15 grams peanut butter powder, 2 scoops 56 grams of revolution protein.

Meal 2- 16 oz chicken breast( air fried) 160 grams jasmine rice typically mixed with some kind of sauce. I do cook my rice in chicken broth most of the time.

Meal 3- 16 oz ground beef, 160 gram jasmine rice. Again typically mixed with bbq or some kind of sauce.

Meal 4 - same as meal 3 post work out meal

Meal 5- same as meal 1/ some times I may change it up to ice cream or something that fancies my taste buds.

All in all I’m looking to hit 400+ protein, 6-700 grams of carbs roughly 100-120 grams of fat. Lower the fat the better.

As you can see I just stopped Dnp yesterday and there is still some good water weight being held. I’ll upload new photos in about 5-7 days to show what everything looks like after the Dnp clears my system.

Incline smith- 230 4 sets of 12( past I have benched 405) slowly working my muscles back to this weight.

Bent of cable flys- 100lbs each cable- 4 sets to minimum 10 but to failure.
Straight stand cables foe lower chest 80 pounds 4- 12/ failure

Incline machine press- 230- 3 sets to failure 4th set rest pause.

30 minutes cardio to end it all.


Was a great lift looking forward to the weights going up over the next few weeks and watching this body transform. If any of you have any tips or supplements I should be adding into this please let me know!

Protein oatmeal? Can you explain that a bit? Is it some kinda of home made thing or a store bought product? I eat oatmeal every morning so I'd be interested. @Bigswaz

@Bigswaz bro you must eat a lot of oatmeal. 100g of oatmeal only contains 12g of protein. I'd need a feedbag to get 100g of protein from my oats lol.

I thought there was some kinda cool protein infused oatmeal out there. I'd be down for some of that every morning. I throw my oats into greek yogurt with blueberries and then toss on some whey.

That does sound amazing. Kind of like a chocolate milkshake in a way. I guess the healthiness of the oats balances out the chocolate syrup. More oats than syrup I'm sure, so let's call it a health food lol

Protein oatmeal is legit, but basic oatmeal with 2 scoops of protein is already a win @Bigswaz

@BeMe left arm is slightly bigger, all because of a ac joint injury back in highschool. Completely fucked my right arm up. I should have gotten surgery but all the drs said this is common and would heal just fine. I lost 75% of eberything in my right arm because of it. I can skip left arm for months and the right arm never catches up

Oh wow that's crazy. I thought it was just a weird photo. You might have something else going on there causing your right arm not to grow. You should speak to a doctor. On the plus side your right arm is really big tho

Side note- I’ve started having chicken shakes. Blending 16 oz chicken mixing a bit of Nutella and drinking it. You ever tried it?
@Bigswaz no I've never tried that. I'm not a big fan of Nutella so it definitely would be for me tho. Sounds like a pretty high cal/protein shake tho. You're packing it on! No wonder you're arms are so huge

You have a big cycle and your food intake is NOT clear besides the few updates we've seen. If you are taking in big food daily, you can use insulin post workout in theory. But why 10 IUs? seems an arbitrary number you picked. With insulin, it's all about small doses. Start with 2 IUs post workout for 3-4 weeks and we can help you dial it up as you tell us your feedback from it.

200 grams jasmine rice. = 180 grams carbs ( I blend my chicken with chocolate mix) another 56 grams carbs

Meal 3 same as meal 2

Meal 4 -60 gram protein shake with 320 grams oats = 216 grams carbs chocolate mix - 56 gram carbs.

Meal 516 ground beef 96 grams protein 200 gram jasmine rice 180 gram carbs

Meal 6- 60 gram protein shake with 320 grams oats = 216 grams carbs chocolate mix - 56 gram carbs.

i've used insuin before myself. didn't get much out of it. BUT when you are using that much HGH its a smart add on if you want growth and help with blood sugar spikes

my view on insulin is 2:1 ratio with hgh. so 7iu hgh means 3.5iu insulin

I would say with the insulin that less is better, you don't need to use very much unless you're competing at a high level.

when it comes to insulin no size fits all. you really will need to adjust things on the fly and trial and error. too much insulin can make you gain fat fast

I’m thinking of adding insulin 10 units a day POST workout. Want peoples opinions on this and I spoke with my dr about it as well. I’d like some real personal opinions on this. I want to maximize this bulk to its fullest potential. I feel amazing and want to maximize the benefits to the best of my ability.

Look at how much gear you already are running, do you think adding in insulin right now would be the best approach brother ? Not trying to be negative here you are putting your body under so much stress and inflammation already with tren at 600mg, i wouldnt advise insulin.

I love eating. If I learned anything from just losing all my fat this winter was eat clean! Everyone always says chicken shakes are so gross but honestly barely even taste it.
Enjoying every minute of this. The cooking the eating the intense volume in the gym. Can’t wait to see where this all takes me cone August September.

Hey everyone, here’s some updates photos of a full week on on the bulk. Finally got a back photo for you guys too!!!!

Ok so it’s been a very long time, honestly kinda forgot I even had one of these running. Then when I do remember day to day life gets to.

So I finished my bulk back in August 4th.

I started my bulk at 265, I finished my bulk at 340.
I ended my cycle with these compounds

Test E- 750 week
Tren e- gram a weekc
Mast e- 750 week
NPP- 650 a week.
HGH- 8 units daily
Now that I’m cutting my current weight is 282 as of last Sunday I weigh in tomorrow morning. (Will update then)

Current compounds for my cut.

Test E- 250 a week
Mast E - 250 week
Slu-pp-32- 500 mcg 4 times a day
Mots-c- 1 mg daily (still waiting for my product to land)
Hgh- 8 units daily
Retatrutide- 5mg week 2.5mg twice a week.

First 2 pictures are the final result of my cut, last photo was taken last Sunday on weigh in. Will take a new one tomorrow

Lots of heavy breathing, surprisingly blood work wasn’t all fucked up like I thought it was going to be. But here’s the update this morning.

Scaled in at 269.3 from 282 last week. I love Reta!!
@LevButlerov I guess growth guys Reta does work hey? I’m showing you results.
