Just about to finish up a little blast and thought I’d share this with those interested.

To start i just like to thank the team @Core Pharma for the fantastic support they have been absolutely amazing. I have been training for 10 years now but the last 6 have been serious using PED’s.

Current Cycle:

Currently finishing up cycle running @Core Pharma 800mg test E, 650mg EQ, 60 anavar and 6iu HGH. I have been running this now for 14 weeks and I will be looking at blood work is due next week but before that I will be donating blood as I do get concerns about higher hematocrite levels.

Although the gains on this cycle were not as significant as other cycles I’ve done using more aggressive anabolics, im still satisfied with the results and being around the corner of my 53rd birthday im happy just to be able to maintain my current shape.

Just training on bro split I will be going into a cruse in the coming week running @Core Pharma 500 test E, 40 anavar, 4iu HGH and i will sprinkle some premo also. Again I am grateful to @Core Pharma for the fantastic support they provide to me.

@Tamas yeah bloating food is def an issue. i have found that certain people bloat on different foods but usual suspects like processed junk and oily food is going to be the worst. just try and do your best to limit the bad food

@Tamas You are looking fantastic on this. The testosterone, the equipoise, and the VAR are all really good. Growth hormone is also a good addition, that's a pretty strong dose looking forward to seeing what kind of results you get on this. It's going to be epic.

@Tamas 800mgs test E and 650mgs of EQ is a solid stack with the var and EQ. going big to get big results i like it. I'm looking forward to seeing your blood work results but don't be too concerned. I'm sure a lot of things will be off.

@Tamas This is a really good start to this log. I'm glad that you didn't go to aggressive on this cycle but you were still satisfied with the results. 53 years old. You look fantastic man. You should be proud of yourself.

@2Thick My diet is reasonably clean mate say about 95% but we only have RO drinking water on site at work and this is what I suspect is the culprit. The bloat literally disappears within a day after arriving home.

So I have now come off the EQ and dropped my @Core Pharma Test E to 500mg. Some may debate that this is not a cruse but it’s worked out for me for several years now so I will be doing blood work next week and will see if it needs to be reassessed. I will also be giving some blood because I do feel hematocrit level is high which isn’t uncommon from EQ. My weight got up to 118kg during the cycle but it is back to 115kg now although I wasn’t eating anything near a bulking diet.

On a positive note as always after arriving home my bloat has all but gone almost as soon as I arrived home. As I had mentioned in previous post I struggle with bloat when at work because I work away in mining camps and I believe that the RO water is the culprit. Few guys have chipped in commenting on similar issues of course the other problem is where I work we have little control over the menu in the evening so it’s a juggle between what they cook up or tuna and rice in my room.

Being a maintenance phase I try to look at keeping the diet around 4200cal/350p/500c/50f. It seems to work for me BUT working out in the desert meal timing can be hit or miss regardless I always try to eat every 2-3hrs.

Training wise I’m old school I always do a bro split

chest/back/legs/shoulders/arms

Currently daily vitamins -

NAC
L-arginine
Nattokinase
Tudca
Shilajit
Glutamine
Fish oil

@Tamas this is a damn good supplement stack. you won't go wrong with it. 4200 cals is a strong amount!

So bloodwork has come back and not to my surprise it was a little thick which I was expecting after running EQ for 14 weeks although my HDL/LDL levels were better than last time which was a good thing.

Currently running 500 Test e & 4 iu HGH thanks again to the great team @Core Pharma for the fantastic support in providing the best quality products. Weight is hanging in around 115kg fasted.

Training wise just arrived back out at work for 2 weeks now so a bro split 3 on 1 off.

Just about to finish up a little blast and thought I’d share this with those interested.

To start i just like to thank the team @Core Pharma for the fantastic support they have been absolutely amazing. I have been training for 10 years now but the last 6 have been serious using PED’s.

Personal Info/Log Introduction

Age: 52

Height: 188cm

Current Weight: 115kg

Current Cycle:

Currently finishing up cycle running @Core Pharma 800mg test E, 650mg EQ, 60 anavar and 6iu HGH. I have been running this now for 14 weeks and I will be looking at blood work is due next week but before that I will be donating blood as I do get concerns about higher hematocrite levels.

Although the gains on this cycle were not as significant as other cycles I’ve done using more aggressive anabolics, im still satisfied with the results and being around the corner of my 53rd birthday im happy just to be able to maintain my current shape.

Just training on bro split I will be going into a cruse in the coming week running @Core Pharma 500 test E, 40 anavar, 4iu HGH and i will sprinkle some premo also. Again I am grateful to @Core Pharma for the fantastic support they provide to me.

Attached pics are while at work I feel bloating does affect me as I work away in fifo camp and have limited control over the food supply however as soon as I arrive home for my time off things tighten up as will see in future pics.

“Reverse Osmosis (RO) ia a water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate water molecules from other substances.”

The water lacks minerals and I believe it has something to do with causing the bloating. We are restricted on the amount of luggage we carry on the flight otherwise yes I would definitely consider bringing in my own.

Training wise still a bro split but have increased to 5 on 1 off. On my off day im actually hitting Abs only so some may say it’s not a day off but this is only for the 2 week duration away at work and then when home I actually do have true rest days.

Unfortunately due to not being back in the country for a long enough period after my last trip away I was not able to give blood last time I was at home so I’m hoping to be able to get it done next week to help with the slightly higher hematocrit level and then will see how things look after that.

No it is a big dose normally have 1500mg however I just want to see if it helps as they won’t let me give any blood donations until mid August.

The guys here that work away if it's long enough get prepped meals delivered
yes mate a few guys will bring frozen meals but my role requires me to travel between camps sometimes several times a trip so although I do bring some food mainly tuna and rice it’s hard to manage anything that may need refrigeration especially in summer as I can be out in the desert for majority of the day.

Meals are pretty limited by choice when working at camp so we have to just make do with what we’ve got. He’s a snapshot of what my diet consists of currently still trying to keep the macros consistent but there has been a lot experimenting over the last 7 years that I have been doing this type of work.

When I train I like to do some feel set as Jay Cutler says. I try to aim for my top 2 sets to be between 8-12 reps for failure and these days more than ever im focused more on form concentrating on the eccentric. I still like to lift as heavy as possible on arm and chest days but especially my back having had many injuries I do use a little more caution. I can add in some numbers for future updates.

Just about to finish up a little blast and thought I’d share this with those interested.

To start i just like to thank the team @Core Pharma for the fantastic support they have been absolutely amazing. I have been training for 10 years now but the last 6 have been serious using PED’s.

Personal Info/Log Introduction

Age: 52

Height: 188cm

Current Weight: 115kg

Current Cycle:

Currently finishing up cycle running @Core Pharma 800mg test E, 650mg EQ, 60 anavar and 6iu HGH. I have been running this now for 14 weeks and I will be looking at blood work is due next week but before that I will be donating blood as I do get concerns about higher hematocrite levels.

Although the gains on this cycle were not as significant as other cycles I’ve done using more aggressive anabolics, im still satisfied with the results and being around the corner of my 53rd birthday im happy just to be able to maintain my current shape.

Just training on bro split I will be going into a cruse in the coming week running @Core Pharma 500 test E, 40 anavar, 4iu HGH and i will sprinkle some premo also. Again I am grateful to @Core Pharma for the fantastic support they provide to me.

Attached pics are while at work I feel bloating does affect me as I work away in fifo camp and have limited control over the food supply however as soon as I arrive home for my time off things tighten up as will see in future pics.

Jay cutler had good training but he did a lot of drops too.

@Vglav Age is mostly in mind bro....have seen people 30's struggling with normal physical exercises and people in 50's doing intense work like a piece of cake....its all about the lifestyle and how you train your body and mind......
