That's why i didn't tested for gh since is time dependent and not really accurate, for igf-1 it build over time and remains stable hence accurate.
Like measuring test the day after injecting not really gonna change much if your being constant.
yeah that is one way to do it

at the end of the day like you said the number is beyond what you would ever produce at your age so we know it is doing its job

I walk 1hr and something at a park sometimes in the morning and after dinner and the rest of the steps are from work, yes I'm a chef
1 hour in park you should add that to training set. :D

I like pull ups but I don't want to put weights on a belt and me weighting differently every day are not good for a progression setting in my opinion.
I think the more pull ups you do the better, don't have to be with weights. :D

Cycle UPDATE

Stopped Deca so now im at 600mg of testosterone and 4iu of GH with aromasin to control estrogen.
I liked how I looked on Deca but my pulse would stay more elevated throughout the day and still elevated at night(around 90/95bpm) it might be a contributing factor the Cabergoline that i need to control prolactin as well, I've noticed a worse mood as well and more anxiety on it and more water retention.

I don't check myself in the mirror any more like I was doing in the previous gym, this new one is crowded but will do it in a less crowded space where there's mirrors 👍🏼, actually yesterday was the only session where I didn't had go up but it's because I changed the length of the handles but bedside that I go up everytime on everything's.

Personally I don't think i need right now since im still growing but it's also true that im gaining more fat now, upping it now when I'm gaining a little more fat and I'm still fairly lean will prevent ulterior fat gain or at least slowed it down a notch while promoting more lean gains.
I previously asked him if I should've upped the dose (2 weeks ago bit was innthe middle of switching from deca to test), so if now he says I should up it I'll just follow his lead.

Not gonna lie I had some up and down last year due to travel and work, but nonetheless still some improvement at least shape wise.

Hi guys, last week I've opened a new restaurant with my boss and had to crazy hours, will back yesterday so just took 1 week off from Training.
Feeling better than ever, lost water retention BP got lower and my heartbeats are starting to go back to the levels i had months ago, sleeping much much better also.
