Mirror checks are a must for a good pump feelI don't check myself in the mirror any more like I was doing in the previous gym, this new one is crowded but will do it in a less crowded space where there's mirrors, actually yesterday was the only session where I didn't had go up but it's because I changed the length of the handles but bedside that I go up everytime on everything's.

I'll be going from 600mg to 750mg of testosterone enanthate per week from today as per coach direction.

10mg Aromasin EOD but will probably switch to 10 ED as soon as I feel some high e2 sides

Personally I don't think i need right now since im still growing but it's also true that im gaining more fat now, upping it now when I'm gaining a little more fat and I'm still fairly lean will prevent ulterior fat gain or at least slowed it down a notch while promoting more lean gains.upping test, you feel you need it? @electus

I previously asked him if I should've upped the dose (2 weeks ago bit was innthe middle of switching from deca to test), so if now he says I should up it I'll just follow his lead.
