They’re strange creatures. I heard they poop little cubes. But they’re pretty big! Like a medium dog, but it’s half head hahahaha.
I wonder if they do lol :P

You're right about the cubes 😂

Here's another strange fact about Australian wildlife: a large percentage of our koala population is infected with chlamydia. The infection rate varies between regions but in some locations it is reported that up to 90% of koalas are affected 🧐

78.8kg

Energy today wasn’t very good. Felt quite tired and demotivated towards the end of the workout. Didn’t have the best sleep last night because it got a bit hectic and usually I would do a ‘Sunday check-in’ with progress pics but unfortunately I was not in the mood to do a full run down tbh.

Cycle reminder:
375mg test
300mg eq
875iu hcg (forgot to mention this because it’s the only thing that hasn’t changed throughout all of my ‘cycles’ 😅)
40mg anavar daily
40mcg clen daily
2.5mg ret weekly
(3iu HGH starts july)

Goal:
Cutting 1kg a week
Ultimate goal is 5% bf
Satisfactory is sub 10% bf
Time left:
Cut ends mid-end August

Posting progress pics when I get home

Good work

bro i have a pit for protection. he is in my signature
He might give a boar the business. I got a buddy who was hunting boar and accidentally shot the dog. He’s the shame of the family😬. Now he just travels and does line work and lives in an ambulance. Rough life

First time during my cut that I’ve started to feel a decline in motivation unfortunately. Recentl, I’ve had some personal news which could act as a double edged sword by temporarily increasing motivation for the next 2 weeks and could also end in the downfall of my cut after those 2 weeks, so we’ll see how life is willing to treat me🤣. Tbh, I doubt I’ll change anything from here on out unless advised to, but it will start to affect me mentally if I run out of spirit. To be fair, I’ve had 2 sluggish days in a row now due to sleep and time constraints so maybe TOMORROW I’ll finally get that spirit back.

Even during a cut like this, you should have more protein and carbs and fats, you're heavy undereating here. @playfields add oatmeal add avocado add steak.

I'm not sure my body is capable of increasing all macronutrients and maintaining 1kg a week weight loss. I either need to keep carbs and protein balanced or go all in on protein. I choose to keep carbs and protein balanced mainly for 2 reasons; 1, is because I feel a lot better with carbs than without; 2, is because I have more variety in food--and to spec all of my calories into protein, would further restrict my diet which reduces convenience and thus sustainability.

Now I could eat more and simply up my energy expenditure, but I am already stretching my time to the limit in order to get everything in, the only other way to increase food intake and energy expenditure dramatically would be to take DNP 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

But maybe you're correct? My thyroid could be cooked, I have been dieting for a total of 3 monthsish and prior to this month, I was using DNP and tren which I know can affect your thyroid depending on dosages and the duration of use. Not only the compounds, but I was losing 1.8kg a week which can also quickly cook the thyroid. Maybe I'll get my thyroid checked if recommended?

Under-eating for the sake of hitting some arbitrary number at the end of each week isn't going to be sustainable long term brother. It's also likely to be the reason why you've been fatigued the last few days too. Eating a balanced diet and getting the right nutrients in is important - as long as you maintain your training schedule and stay in a caloric deficit then your body will lose weight at a healthy rate. Hit up @Gains Man if you have any questions re: your diet bro, but I do agree that it wouldn't hurt to get some bloods drawn to check your thyroid function.

How about you start by eating 1 protein bar and 1 protein cookie per day? extra. @playfields
You should get bloods either way.

And the rant about who etc, that's possible but ignore it, it wont help you grow, just stress. Concentrate on positive things.

@LevButlerov these rants are very much on brand with our boy @playfields. He's kind of like the Aussie community's version of Monstro :P

Just think of them as tics and try to look past them the same way you would for someone with tourettes screaming out random profanities mid conversation 😂

77.9kg

Did a TSH, FT3, FT4 test today. Hopefully we’ll get results tomorrow before the weekend. Curious to see how some of these compounds and current diet have affected thyroid (if affected).

Switched cardio to:
10k+ steps a day
40-50minute stationary bike (enjoying light cardio at the end of the night so I prefer this)

I’ve had a bit of a headache today but felt good energy-wise. I’m not one to really care what the scale says because I understand how weight fluctuations work, but it was definitely a nice surprise to see 77.9kg this morning.

It was also a nice surprise to see a strength increase with the fly machine, I don’t really expect much when it comes to strength increases during dieting, infact, on the contrary—most lifts I’m seeing a slow and steady decline; for example my lateral raises and incline dumbbell presses. I don’t obviously mind it because it means my diet is working and I fully expect to gain everything back and 10x more during a long and drawn out lean bulk.

I say it a lot, but I couldn’t be more happy with how my mental fortitude and appetite have been during this diet. Because I was abusing 10mg of ret/tirz a week while on DNP losing 2kg a week, I was scared 2.5mg wouldn’t hold against the built up hunger, but it turns out, I don’t feel any difference. Obviously I’m not losing that kind of weight anymore and I don’t have insatiable DNP cravings, but still; very impressed.

It was a weird sort of headache… it felt like the right side of my nose and head was very cold.. I think it’s because the effects of the nasal decongestant was running out.

@playfields interesting that you were abusing GLP1 and dnp. i don't see the need to run that much of them or the need to use dnp
dnp is a crappy fat burner

Obviously I’m not losing that kind of weight anymore and I don’t have insatiable DNP cravings, but still; very impressed.
looking forward to seeing your bloodwork results
what are you looking to get out of them?
you think your thyroid could have issues?

Did a TSH, FT3, FT4 test today. Hopefully we’ll get results tomorrow before the weekend. Curious to see how some of these compounds and current diet have affected thyroid (if affected).

@playingfields

i'm glad your diet is going well
when i used dnp and would eat carbs i would break out in a yellow sweat
stuff is NASTY

@playfields interesting that you were abusing GLP1 and dnp. i don't see the need to run that much of them or the need to use dnp
dnp is a crappy fat burner
DNP gives me insatiable carb cravings so I had to crush it with large doses of tirzepitide lol. Definitely don’t need that much anymore, 2.5mg a week is plenty atm.

@playfields
Yeah, just making sure thyroid is okay from the long and harsh deficit. Bloods came back good.

Stuff is only truly tolerable during the winter. If I was Canadian, I think I would take it every day just to stay warm lol. It’s relatively freezing here in Aus and I couldn’t imagine how cold it gets over there in the Northern Hemisphere.

Honestly, other than a few sweets here and there and demotivation earlier in the week—great progress is still being made and I hope to maintain at this pace.

Mood feels better, maybe the EQ is starting to cook.

Your quads look really good, RIPPED and you are getting bigger and leaner at the same time, nicely done @playfields
I would add a protein bar to push protein to 200 if your coach approves.

Thank you man! Very happy with the progress being made, and I'll try to make a personal effort to eat a bit more protein this week 😁

Idk guys. Maybe I keep coping to myself. But I am losing my DRIVEEEE!!!!!!! I no longer enjoy dieting like I use to. I yearn for increasing size.

We have gotten to that point of the diet where it’s becoming a grind!!!! I really like seeing the daily changes and I know you all see the changes week by week too—however I must admit that my ULTIMATE goal in life is to have every vein popping out of my skin. Unfortunately, no matter how much fat I lose around my abs, obliques, chest, legs…. I AM seeing ZERO vascularity… and it saddens me. The thing is as well, is I really want them predominantly in my forearms… but i only get them in my calves, and some in my lower abdomen.. but none in my forearms :(.

I know traditionally that a more sustainable approach to ultra lean (particularly for a first time) sort of requires cutting for a couple of months then maintaining or lean gaining then finishing off with another cut. I’m beginning to think more and more about this approach if I wish to continue without driving myself insane.

I’ll continue to think about it. I also mentioned a couple of logs ago that I had a big life thing in 2 weeks that could change my habits, which could also be a good excuse to enter a stress free state for a couple of months because I would definitely need to lower physical activity a bit and lower calories as well if I wanted to maintain weight loss.

Would love to hear your thoughts :).

Also didn’t get my usual steps in—not because of demotivation; I had to stop because I was busy.

Look at the difference in your body composition in just 14 days brother. Don't switch things up just yet. Keep doing what you're doing and trust the process - it is working :)

Hang in there. It will happen, trust me.

I used to feel the same way and know I can see veins where I never could before. Trust the process and stay consistent and it will come.

Felt great today. Strength felt good on face pulls and dumbbell rows.

Unfortunately like I said, I’ve been slacking on steps because I’ve been a bit busy. Should be able to get back on track on thursdayish—maybe I can get some in tomorrow as well, it’s not too upsetting since weight loss has continued to progress. I do have to make up for it though by eating a little less and doing a bit more cardio at the end of my workouts which I actually prefer tbh then doing a bunch of steps, but I make certain to get the protein in atleast.

Good macro day on protein, but you need more fats, either higher carbs or higher fats, your body wont be efficient living off protein only. @playfields you can add 1 avocado to fix this.

For some reason I can’t upload pictures atm to EVO.. but here’s my log.

Another great day; leg extension PR with a solid pause at the top.. could feel my knee joint giving out before my muscle lol.

Starting to think getting the majority of my steps in and then immediately heading to the gym has been depressing my mood, because I’ve been busy preparing for Thursday (and some shocking weather here in Victoria) I haven’t been bothered getting in my steps, but rather opting to lower calories and get in extra light cardio in after strength training. Seems to be a better alternative at the moment in terms of mood and time management, however I know it’s going to be a bit controversial because the nutrients are low and it doesn’t help that I haven’t been exactly eating the cleanest diet in the last couple of days.. but it’s working great in my favour currently.

Another shout out to @R M , I think I’m gonna be living off of coles pulled beef/pork/chicken for the rest of my life.

Today I made the decision to not take Clenbuterol as I needed to attend a very important meeting that involved not looking like a crack addict! I can honestly say that I am much more lethargic without it, so you will not be the seeing the end of clenfields!!!.. Unless we can swap out the clen for 200mg dnp 🙃??(negotiations still undergoing)

Well well well, what is this?? A PR on the pec dec? I think so! Yes! HOW does he do it? Hmm? Me not a clue. He must have bad form though—correct?? No no. He 1 second pause that bitch.

You guys cut aggressively then your body just becomes super fragile and twitchy? For the last month or so—I make ONE wrong move and my body makes me pay with cramps.. hands, neck, feet.. no mercy..

Shoutout to @AJ ,@Oldmanchops and @🦖 Dinosaur 🦖 for helping out with operation playing the fields; it’s genuinely such a nice thing to do ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@playfields you don't need clen or DNP if you ask me :D I think you're on the right track to get shredded without them.

If you cut too fast without proper electrolytes, that's the issue you are feeling. Add daily Electrolytes and taurine.

you have just created something that tasted TERRIBLE, into something that tastes better, cheaper and same macros as those other protein yoghurt brands (yopro, chobani etc)….

Other then that fantastic PlayField’s Protein Yoghurt (trademark pending) creation… not much else to say… im back in action and nothing will stop me except me!!!!!!!

Can you share the DNP sauce brother?
I cannot in my heart of hearts promote my source :(. I hope you can understand. Although I have a very darwinist approach to life, I do not want to be an accessory to your death.

76.6kg
roughly 30-35 minutes exercise bike

No core workout

How many weeks now gents? Absolutely ridiculous how lean I get daily in my lower abdomen/groin area—already more vascularity appearing there then where you’d expect it; like limbs, though, with that being said, my calves are also pretty decently vascular as well.

Strength on certain lifts are going up like Leg extensions and single leg press—but lifts that involve my hamstrings are weaker than what they use to be. I’m very happy with the improvements though. When I started using steroids, all the gains went to my legs, so I’m not too surprised that when I started cutting and lowering dosages (especially taking out Tren), that my strength in that department would rapidly decline. I’m very surprised at the fact that I’ve been able to push myself on the leg extensions though.

@playfields x @Gains Man are going to have all the doubters and naysayers eating their words! 😤💪

I don’t think anyone said @playfields didn’t go hard hahaha. He definitely does!

There was a huge shock factor when he was uploading his old log from another sight. It felt like watching cars pile up on an icy highway hahaha. I couldn’t stop watching and idk about anyone else but I was thinking I wouldn’t have physically survived all that lol.

I’m not getting anxiety from this log. He’s making progress and he’ll reach his goals. Idk how he eats so little
