Posting last few workouts. Was overseas again for a bit and forgot to post a couple of workouts before I left. Also didn’t go gym while away.

Most sets in these workouts include 3 - 4 sec eccentrics to increase the challenge while I’m decreasing the weight (injury management). Also many sets incorporate pauses. Can’t be bothered transcribing all the tempos and pauses here (already missed adding them to some excercises I’ve posted here before - all my workouts are recorded on paper old school, so it’s a pain in the arse to then type them up here from paper)

Homemade teriyaki scotch fillet with leftover tempura vegetables and rice

If you want the teriyaki recipe 1/3 sake, 1/3 soy, 1/3 mirin. Some honey. Thicken in pan on low, steak on bbq at same time. After steak done, let it rest, slice, then drop in pan with sauce, work it. Job done.
