Got results from bloodwork last week, e2 still high but lower then last tests.
I am now at total 0.039ml 3 pins a week compared to 0.048m over 2 pins on first bloods.
I’m not feeling negative sides from the high e2.
My thought was to run this protocol for the rest of the year and see how i feel then.
Am i risking longhealth running at the higher e2. All options and advice greatly appreciated ( except from BM, i dont wanna see your bloods 😂)

My ast dropped from 49 to 45, still slightly high but going right way.
Only other concern was total bilirubin, increased from 24 to 29. I will need to monitor this, any advice appreciated. ( Currently taking 1200mg nac, 500mg tudaca and liver guard capsule daily).
All other health and wellbeing is feeling good.

For my 2c if your not noticing any sides then I'd keep it as is. And so long as your getting morning wood, no gyno or sensitivity then all good.

My bp is a actually pretty good, i’ve only got a cheap monitor from chemist warehouse so not sure how reliable, but been doing about 5 or 6 times a week, usually in the high 120s/ high 70s

estrogen is still way too high, you really need to do something about it. Start with aromasin EOD. @bullybreed

@bullybreed not bad on the bloods. i've seen way worse. i find it fascinating but not surprising that aussies have much better bloodwork and health then americans

What is your opinion on running my e2 this high on my trt protocol?
i've always said with trt. if your E2 is too high it means your trt dose is too high. you shouldn't need to use an AI on proper trt since estrogen would balance itself at the right dosage

Yes at 300mgs e2 is too high.

132 is not good, 120-125 is good you need to drop it.

your bloodwork isn't bad at all. the truth is this is the business we have chosen @bullybreed if everyone got bloods who used steroids they would see a lot of stuff wrong.

Yeah, so you just move a pin and it allows you to move the pads outwards or inwards depending on what movement you want.
I’m use to them now but when i give them a rest for a program then come back to them it feels like someone has kicked the fook out of your groins and thighs for a day or 2 afterwards.

Kinda just using mirror at moment mate, kinda feel like there’s still a bit of muscle gain under the soft stuff, still have abs visible but i’ve definitely hit the plateau so gotta be soon i think.
Hard to tell from your leg pics, but you do look pretty lean.

Good mate, but i think i didn’t add enough almond milk, they were easy to cook because they are thicker and hold together , turned the heat down and cooked for bit longer. I doubled the recipe so i’ve got them again tommorow.

It only took 58 minutes cause i was just going through the motions mate, just rushing cause i wanted to get outta there, not having fun like i normally do in gym. Definite rest week coming up, i’m feeling battered and working awful night shifts and 10 days on 1 off over the last couple months.
I take glutamine post workout, eaa during work out. I dropped creatine and all other supplements when i started trt and haven’t noticed much difference in performance.
I take multivitamin, vit c, vit b ,magnesium , tudca and nac daily.
Also eat heaps of veg so my vitamins are all good i reckon. Just worn out i think.

At the end of the day im not looking to compete, i dont want to smash any lifting records. All i really want is to fill my shirt out have visible abs and see some muscle separation in my legs when im wearing my footy shorts.

straight here, i think creatine is a huge help no matter you on cycle or not, really helps give that training boost, and its cheap and easy 10 grams mono or get hcl

@bullybreed very solid leg day start to finish and under an hour is tight work. Squat volume looks smooth and the AMRAP backoff set at 80kg was a good way to push that final bit. RDLs loaded well and you’re balancing quad and hamstring volume nicely across machines. The balance imo is key to do both. :D

Calves got proper attention too and good to see you tracking progression already for next week. Even threw in some trunk rotation at the end which always helps keep the midsection, though watch the size! (too many rotations might widen your waist) Keep building off this one, maybe add more cardio.

I’ve heard you say a few times about trunk rotation, i have a small frame so i don’t mind if my mid section ends up thicker.
About the cardio, ive dropped it for this program, i get enough steps and tug a war with the dogs. I’m on 3700 calories and im stuck around 83-84kg so i dont wont to use any more of those calories up on cardio.
