Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Yeah man. I am into philosophy. I feel like my mind is something most people do not understand.
@zucchini not a lot of guys here read philosophy lol :P mostly muscle heads we are. You're the first I've met.
I read Beyond Good and Evil a while back and honestly, it left a strong impression on me. Nietzsche doesn’t hold your hand or try to make things comfortable, he just throws his thoughts at you raw and expects you to keep up. What I liked most was how he challenges the foundations of morality, like he's not afraid to question everything we usually take for granted. Some parts felt scattered, almost like he was ranting, but there’s a sharp mind behind all of it and you can tell he believed every word. I don’t agree with everything he says, but I respect how brutally honest and fearless he was in expressing it. The book isn’t exactly easy to read! lol I had to slow down and let it sink in, it hits hard. Nietzsche as a person seems complicated, maybe even unstable at times, but genius often looks like that. Overall I think the book is more about provoking that's about it, the power is in that.

But if you knew me personally you'd know my mind is always at war and i ramble alot inside of myself... so i guess thats one similarity i have with a crazy man who died cause he was beyond crazy, but I'd like to say he was raw and unfiltered.

On the point of morality: i think morality lies with the one who is doing the deed. A thief might consider it moral to steal from wealthy (atleast in his eyes wealthy) to buy medicine for his mother or food for hia kids. The wealthy might find the theif extremely immoral for stealing.

Why is conscience and what is it? Is it moral? If it is, then why do we see what we see? But then at the same time, it could be moral, because it gave everyone the right to choose. But then again what is that right when so much day, it doesn't even depend on your decision?

And yeah, the book definitely has that weird echo effect, like you read something confusing and a few pages later it suddenly clicks, or sort of does. Sitting with people who could talk like him would be wild but also probably exhausting in the best way. You’d leave the room with your brain fried and soul stirred. Appreciate the reply, it actually fit the vibe perfectly.

Its not just the book. I guess its the mind. If you have a mind for you (which i can see you do), you'll want to be in involved in conversations like these but at the same time will feel lost.

It most definitely is, not denying it. Just hate the fact that for most people thats ALL there is. They see the lambo but not the man and his struggle to buy it.
They see the steroids and not the struggle and hardwork behind the body, the sleepless nights, the millions of thoughts, the daily suffering and the lonely days... they dont see that nor do they acknowledge it.

I have semaglutide. But i haven't used it yet

Wide Cable pulldowns: 2x10 165lbs 1x8 1x7 187lbs (i failed to lift after the 7th rep on last set)
Seated narrow machine rows: 3x10 187lbs

The usual no BS back workout. Always gives me a super pump and feels good. I know i said i am hitting a plateau here (on the weight) but atleast i am able to get more pull-ups than last time so thats good.

Decline barbell press 3x8 185lbs
Seated Chest press: 1x10 135lbs 1x10 1x7 (failed/partial on the 8th) 180lbs (so the chest press machine at this gym feel extremely smooth as compared to the one in the gym before - could just have more pullies but i am making sure i get a good stretch and a good squeeze)
Cable flyes 3x10 35lbs each side (man this was tough today)
Pec dec 3x10 160lbs

Treadmill 3 speed 3 incline 15 mins

cardio is important our muscle is a heart too. when you stress it has the opposite effect on the heart. makes it weaker

inject EOD not every 5th day, you would need a clean needle, you can buy those, they look like the replaceable kind. @zucchini

The cardio I love is kickboxing and jujitsu, combat sports basically. I actually did go today to try out a gym and loved it. but gotta try out a few more.

Dumbbell alt Hammer Curls: 3x24 45lbs dumbbells (will try 50s next week)
Incline dumbbell curls: 3x12 30lbs dumbbells
Ez bar Preacher curls: 1x10 2x9 70lbs

So higher reps and maybe even lower weights for arms? Sounds good. I'll do that.

Food has been okay mostly. But i finally got some groceries and will fast all day tomorrow as it is a rest day anyway. And I'll eat the day after. I'll cook some beef on friday after the shoulder dsy

Sounds good. I'll get on that.

For FOOD. we might have to cut it shorter right now. Company steak or a brisket dinner tonight. so it's only a 24 hour fast. But I NEED to go on a 48 hour one to reset myself. but I guess a fatty steak tonight won't hurt. probably some veggies with it.

Pullups: 3x12 (i thought I'd fail on the 3rd set and would only get 10, but i got 12 so that was good.)
Bent over barbell rows: 3x10 155lbs
Dumbbell rows: 3x10 75lb dumbbells
Wide Cable pulldowns: 2x10 165lbs 1x8 1x7 187lbs (i failed to lift after the 7th rep on last set)
Seated narrow machine rows: 3x10 187lbs

Treadmill 20 mins 3 speed 0 incline.

The usual no BS back workout. Always gives me a super pump and feels good. I know i said i am hitting a plateau here (on the weight) but atleast i am able to get more pull-ups than last time so thats good.

Lets get home and airfry some stuff.

I would love to add squats but since my injuries, i just haven't been able to. I tried back in 2024 but my back and knee hurt so I stopped and went back to hack squats. I will give it a shot this week with only 45s and see how I feel.
