Liquid gold is my go to supplier now, the customer service is simply unmatched. I’ve done numerous orders through liquid gold and the process has always been super easy, and he was more than happy to answer any questions I had. One of the orders there was a slight fuck up on the Aus post side of things, and liquid gold was quick to put me on to his courier team to get to the bottom of it. Bros just a good bloke. Super professional.

Can't blame him for that brother 🤣

This one time, at the lab, we where brewing up multiple batches at a time and the induction fan was malfunctioning, it was the middle of summer just after launch and boy was it hot.

Being hard workers though, Stacy and i where not about to throw in the towel and call it quits - because at the lab, we finish what we start.

Unfortunately we rely on ventilation provided by our fan systems and as there are no windows to open in the lab, the only way Stacey could cool down was to take off ALL her PPE, which I advised her not to do - but she's a very willful woman at times who knows what she wants, and I couldn't stop her 🤦‍♂️ plus it was very hot too and she was getting quite flustered.

When that lab coat came off, it was like watching heavens gates open 😍

She is an absolute smoke show, can confirm - she could easily be a Victoria secret underwear model if she wasn't working with us as a lab assistant.

Maybe one day we can get Stacy to show us a pic of what's under the lab coat 🥵

Only if both @Liquid Gold Labs Rep and @Eddie Haskell is okay with it though, we have to be mindful to comply with what EVO terms of use and guidelines stipulate 🙏

When the lab coat came off, we had all the batches filtered and sitting at the bottom of the borosilicate catchment receptacles, which where sealed and not open to the elements.

I know you would never do anything during any of the processes, that could result in the contamination of a product ❤️

Sometimes communication can get difficult between team members due to the sheer volume and messages.

If for any reason, a customer does not received a parcel - we will reship until they do.

If we miss an order and it doesn't go out on time for any reason, we will either add $100 worth of products to the order or $100 store credit, or a refund with $100 on top of the original amount paid if you choose not to deal with us again.

We have done $50 store credit on occasions but moving forward it will be $100.

We want to continue to offer the highest level of service we possibly can, because this community means the world to us and the team.

We would be lieing if we said this business was not to turn over a profit, but we will always value the community and peoples experiences with us, over money every time.

Great attitude there. Anyone who gives a side ways look at someone making a profit, has no idea how a business works. I hope my suppliers are making a profit, cause I want the good ones to be around long into the future.

I placed an order with them on Monday and haven’t heard back yet through Threema, which is unusual for them. This is my second order, and everything went smoothly last time, so I’m not worried — just hoping everything is okay on their end.

I made order around then too brother, no need to hear back from them brother you’ll get your order @Liquid Gold Labs are solid, the team have lives outside of doing this . Give atleast 7-10 working days to receive order .

Bloods taken exactly 72 hours after my last pin.

Running Test E @ 225mg/week (split M/W/F), my total T has climbed from low-normal to a solid 45 nmol/L, and free T has more than quadrupled - 353 to 1593 pmol/L.

Compared to my natural baseline, shown 6 months ago, the difference is night and day.

No PIP. No issues. Just clean, potent oil doing exactly what it should.

Liquid Gold Labs truly living up to the name.

I have also been waiting for an order that was made on the 23rd. I received no communication till the other day when I was contacted by Liquid after previous messages were ignored and told it will be fixed. Since then I have had no confirmation or communication about if my order has been sent or anything.
 
Same for me unfortunately with an order from the 24th which I think was before LG took a break. I'm sure its just somewhere in a backlog but hoping to get an update soon.
