Rough day for me but the grind continues. One of our cats died today. She was a neighborhood cat that had run away and been lost. The owners moved away and she had been out in the wild with a few feral cats. We adopted her and nursed her back to health. She was 15 years old, so very much on the senior side. I'm glad we were able to have her for a a few years. We will miss her.

On the work out front. It is time I think to cut loose and throw everything and the kitchen sink towards my efforts. I don't want more clen or T3.
I am planning on upping the Reta dose. I had been doing 2mg twice a week. I am also doing 2mg of MOTS-C three times a week.

Texas is HOT!!! I slept very well the night before. I feel like this is the MOTS-C. I take it in the morning pre gym around 4AM. I don't know that I feel anything at the gym. Later that evening I definitely notice a deeper almost anabolic sleep cycle. I still have my issues waking up every 2 hours or so to pee. On the MOTS-C, I don't feel it at the gym. I feel it during my sleep. I know it is the effect since it was the only addition after a few weeks of Reta.
I am fasted for the first few hours in the AM when using. I should mention I have been using clen, T3, cardarine, and SLU-PP332 at the same time when I started Reta. I am only doing one T3 pill 3 times a week. The SLU-PP332, started with 250mcg ED, then went to 500mcg ED. I'm not sure its doing much for me.

On the Reta, twice a week Sun/Wed. Was doing 2mg on Sun, and 2mg on Wed. Going to up to 3mg.

I won't have the new peptides till later in the week, so they will come into play next week. I am thinking M-F daily dosing with weekends off.

Yes, very much still using the waist trainer during my idle time at home.

I've read mixed reviews on the two new peptides, some say it works, others does nothing. We shall see.

nice scouting report on that MOTS. its something i have not tried yet and a lot of guys/gals on here don't know much about. It seems like a very therapeutic peptide. That would be great for someone who's 50 +.

A little shocked as all of sudden I gained 3 lbs in 1 day. I don't feel like I over ate yesterday. Maybe less gastric emptying, water retention, or some inflammation. I don't know. It is HOT, walked outside in 98 degree temperatures this morning. Ouchhhhh!

Gym work out was good. I do feel flamed out. I do believe this is the heat. Just energy levels drop off a cliff.

I bumped my Reta dose to 3mg now on Wed and Sun. Eager to see if this helps suppress some increased food noise I am feeling. I have the new peptides arriving tomorrow. The acetyl solution arriving on Friday. So, will likely implement on Friday on Monday. I have been thinking much on Reta. I may just stay on it indefinitely. Of course not dosing for weight loss post competition. Just for food control and glucose control. As a South Asian whose family is predominantly diabetic I think it is something that keep me healthy. Also post competition is usually binge time for me. Sometimes even dangerous with edema. This year is markedly different as I am thinking of my show, but no so much the post show meals.

I would say my back is coming in nice. I need to figure out out get my front obliques and belly tighter. I just hope all my efforts tighten it up.
I do need to work on posing harder. I have 4 weeks. I will concentrate on more posing.

Today, I ended up not doing the work out I wanted, but got a decent work out. The fatigue of prep has set in, I need to do whatever I can to keep motivation and freshness high. It does not help being in HOT Texas, but it is what it is.

I definitely feel like the Reta is still working but not as effective as it was initially. I am feeling a little food noise in the evening. It's healthy food, but it feels like I am depleted and just need it as opposed to a craving. I did start the AOD and Amino4Q. Let's see what those do for me.

I definitely feel like the Reta is still working but not as effective as it was initially. I am feeling a little food noise in the evening. It's healthy food, but it feels like I am depleted and just need it as opposed to a craving. I did start the AOD and Amino4Q. Let's see what those do for me.
I do feel like I am at the point of stubborn fat. I see leanness everywhere else, but just belly, glutes and handles are still thick.

@PrinceDaddy you actually look bigger than last show already, I'm thinking you put on some mass in between shows maybe 1/2 lbs of muscle there. I think if you keep at this rate you'll come in fine.

I am going to continue Test and Masteron. Basically 200mg Test Cyp and 600mg Mast weekly till the show.

Lightening my work out load is helping. I'm dragging but less. Some intensity has returned. Still very hot in in Texas.

On the peptides, at present I am doing

Cagrilinitide 1mg Tues
Mots-C 2mg M/W/F
AOD-9604 335mcg Sun-Fri
5-Amino1Q 670mcg Sun-Fri

The 5-Amino has a sting to it. I do feel like I get welts from it. Not sure why. The other peptides go in smooth. You can see 2 welts on my lower belly.

Here's today's look. Weight is holding steady. Was hoping to start dropping towards under 170.

Thought some more and decided I am done with Tren Ace for this prep. I have not had any issue other than the occasional Tren cough, but I don't think I need it to finish out. I am going to continue Test and Masteron. Basically 200mg Test Cyp and 600mg Mast weekly till the show.

Lightening my work out load is helping. I'm dragging but less. Some intensity has returned. Still very hot in in Texas.

On the peptides, at present I am doing
Reta 3mg Sun/Thu
Cagrilinitide 1mg Tues
Mots-C 2mg M/W/F
AOD-9604 335mcg Sun-Fri
5-Amino1Q 670mcg Sun-Fri

The 5-Amino has a sting to it. I do feel like I get welts from it. Not sure why. The other peptides go in smooth. You can see 2 welts on my lower belly.

Here's today's look. Weight is holding steady. Was hoping to start dropping towards under 170.

First IM shot today without Tren. So no more Tren. I had been using up EQ. 300mg vial. Just been using 150mg each week to finish the vial.
So today was just 150mg EQ & 200mg Masteron. 7 IM injections till show time.

On the peptides. The 5-Amino-1MQ is definitely causing welts. It has a real sting to it. I will pull it well before the show since it is causing noticeable welts.

I feel tired but good. Working on posing. My workouts are now less intense. I like where I am heading. I really just need to keep posing and find my best poses. I do feel like my midsection is just naturally distended, but tighter than the previous show. I hit some poses very well. For my front poses, I need to find a way to make my chest flare out. I realize my delt/arm combo is undersized. It will hurt relative to other competitors, but hopefully my conditioning is better. My legs look awesome, just the belly still has fat to lose. Hoping for weight to continue to drop. I do see some striations on my glutes, but they are soft. I want them to just be cut like diamonds. We shall see.

I'm posing, but I need to pose harder. At this point the workouts are just maintenance, the posing should be the workout.

I don't know if upping fiber is always going to help. it can backfire too and cause constipation. @PrinceDaddy i know with me i gotta be more careful what i eat on it

Another hot day in Texas. Lost 6 lbs today. Lot of water weight. My friend who I walk with is away, so I'm a solo act listening to podcasts. Sun is out and concrete pathways are hot. Have some shade, but limited. Hate days like this. I just have to grind thru it. Feel like the weight is coming down again. I would like to wake up close to 165 as I do want to weigh in as a welterweight ( < 165.25 lb) Drying out I should have no problem getting there.

Eating last serving of 93/7 ground beef as I now switch over to ground turkey 99/1 the rest of the way.

On the peptides, question for my peeps, when injecting into sub q. Do you inject into the belly fat or the skin fold between the tissue and skin.
As I mentioned the 5-Amino1q stings, also seems in inflame the fat when injected into fat. However, it stings when into the skin fold, but no welt or inflammation. I hope it is helping. Hard to tell, you see the pictures. I'm doing everything I can to lean into this show.
