Approved Log Fattys first log - Skin tightening and leg growing

First poop since surgery. Fucking nightmare but we got it out. Thought you would all like to stay informed. Only spent 2 days on opioids luckily else the constipation would have killed me.

Home now and walking around actually feeling not too bad really, just alittle Panadol every 8 hours and afew doobs and I am sweet.

Hopefully I can start careful seated unilateral calves, tibs, forearms in 7 days already starting to get itchy to start lifting again so might need to take up gaming or something so I don’t go insane
thinking of you bro, gaming sounds the go.
 
Log is about to get alittle dull for afew weeks once but I am back on my feet I am going to really dial in to make up for lost time.

36 hours post surgery I can walk and have started alittle hgh. BPC, tb500 and ghkcu will be added in next week as well as a small amount of anavar to assist with healing. Test/mast dropped to 175/175

Because my bowel was moved it feels like I’ve been cut in half so anything bending or twisting is hard and when you are used to throwing yourself around in bed sleeping is a nightmare thank God for benzos. 50mg tramadol twice a day as I don’t want to eat the oxy they gave me else I won’t be able to shit and that’s a fate worth than death.

Mental health is being tied to lifting has been a struggle but I am filling the days as best I can, I think in 3 days I’ll return to the gym and just start attacking(gently) forearms, calves and tibs and hopefully shortly after I can start doing to some isolated arm workouts.

Got in my first “Lower body” session in today since surgery and took it very gently. No core engagement at all and ensuring I am exhaling during the concentric.

Single leg glute bridges: 20x3 with a long hold at 10 and 20
Single leg laying kick backs: 20x3
Single leg hamstring curls: 15kg 15x3
Laying hamstring curl: drop set 20,7,5,5
Single leg extensions back and forth no rest until failure.
Body weight lunges

Feeling good and feel like I am back but I still have weeks until I am really even supposed to be doing any lifting so I’ll keep taking lightly.

Skin tightening.

One of the biggest things I was hoping to accomplish this year with @Core Pharma was tightening my loose skin from massive weight loss many years ago. Time has improved it abit but I still had quite a pouch on my lower abs and chest.

HGH made the most difference very quickly, I’ve been on for over a year now varying doses from 3-7.5iu daily. I suspect my years and years of partying and abusing my body + the loose skin had left me looking extra haggard and within a month of starting hgh my skin was noticeably tighter and thicker (especially my face) and areas where I would hold stubborn fat even when lean cleared up.

GHKCU certainly has helped and reduced my stretchmarks, restored my hairline (wasn’t bald but I had lost a inch or so) and flattened my big acne scars, as for loose skin it’s hard to tell but it certainly doesn’t hurt.

Anavar seems to have a solid effect also which each anavar cycle leaving my alittle tighter than last time and during the time I am on I notice especially my midsection tightens right up temporarily.

Fasting and getting extra lean, once I really started pushing my fasts deep and got myself below 10% areas that I thought were just loose skin tightened up due to the small amount of fat that was still there, dropping those last few points of BF made my chest and abs way tighter though as soon as I get above 11-12% they come back.

I’ve recently started @Core Pharma glow blend, 10mg anavar and will be ramping my hgh to 10iu plus adding in a bunch of dietary collagen to really see how much more I can correct it without surgery, clearly some areas are just too stretched out and will never fully bounce back but I am in a way way better spot than I was 12 months ago.

@FattyAU you’ve used the downtime well and sounds like you’re in a solid spot to start the blast. Keeping protein high and fasting window tight was a smart approach during recovery and clearly paid off with the drop in body fat. Sitting around 11 percent is a great place to launch from. Very few guys walking around real 10-11% these days. :D

Chex and whey spaced through the day keeps it simple and consistent. Meals are clean with enough variety to stay on track without burnout. I like that recipe you posted too.
Good to hear BP and BG are in check too and LL37 doing its job. You post ll37 pics?

Food.

During recovery from surgery I’ve used it as a excuse to trim up alittle bit so I am in a good spot to start my blast this week.

Each day has been 18/6 fasting with the only macro being tracked Protien where I aim for 180 a day, I tend to avoid large amounts of fats but not strict with it.

Typically I’ll do:
Chex and whey at about midday 90minish post workout

Chicken thighs, eggs, potatoes and rice (changes regularly)

Chex and whey

Steak and potatoes or a rice cooker beef thing (recipe below)

Got to disagree at least for me high mast low test is totally side effect free, my bulks always stay lean without all the extra fluff and I keep all of it when I cruise plus I can run it year round just altering the mast dose. Full head of hair and bloods are good, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it I guess.

My goals with this are never to step on stage or be a mass monster, another 2-3kg on my legs and I’ll be done growing and I can just stay lean and athletic year round.

Nice little off day today while I wrangle the locals for work.

Sleep has improved finally and I’ve noticed if I take my hgh at 3pm I am out cold at 11-12pm which is perfect, just prior to bed keeps me wired for some reason. So I’ll be splitting my dose 5iu am pre fasted cardio and 5iu after I wake up from my afternoon nap. Definitely noticing some increased water retention but not particularly worried as it’s winter here still.

Missus is back home visiting family so I thought this month while she’s away I might dabble in alittle tren just to see if I can handle it now while I can’t do anything to stupid and even 10mg a day ruined my sleep inside a week so I dropped it. Like a coward.

I only did 10mg a day lol and it fucked me by day 4. When I was a kid I would run 500mg and just go insane but I’d still sleep.

Even with Valium my sleep was totally nuked, nothing is worth distrusting my sleep

Alittle active rest day today, I may need to scale the leg training back abit as I am not recovering as fast as I’d like so will likely remove some heavy pressing over the next week or so.
This @Core Pharma hgh has me taking a 2 hour nap in the middle of the day which has actually been pretty great as my sleep hasn’t been the best for awhile but I feel like I can just close my eyes and get a Power Nap in.

Pork shoulder slow cooking today for meal preps over the next week
