Pinned 3mg of mots-c and 2mg of ss-31, and 250mcg orally of slu-pp.
Energy has gone to a new level even though it's still early days. I've noticed I haven't been cold once since starting this protocol, I think it's definitely started to speed things up metabolically but maybe too early for any mitochondrial adaptations?
Cognitively I feel a bit sharper too so that's a bonus.
Anyway I'm feeling good and usually by this point in a cycle I'm starting to feel a bit sluggish.
Will be adding in injectable L carnitine soon and will start dieting as we move closer to summer.
Powered through a back and shoulders session and didn't want to leave the gym.
