I run this and just get the mrs to help me for the back. Shaves is close enough to look like a razor shave but not low enough to encourage ingrowns or pimples when growing back, waterproof too👌👌👌

Pinned 125mg of test and 150mg EQ from @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep and went about destroying my back with a solid session. Still having strength gains 12 weeks in and weight has crept up to 84kg.
In a bit of a sweet spot with doses at the moment after lowering them a little so things are feeling really good. Plus the bpc and tb500 from @Raptor Labs has been a godsend for the elbow.

Wednesday September 3rd

Day one of running the mots-c, ss-31 and slu-pp. Again, just want to quickly give a shout out to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep for giving me the opportunity to log these peptides.

Pinned 3mg of mots, 2mg of ss-31 and 250mcg of slu first thing in the morning.
Nothing obvious to report through the day, other than I felt a touch warmer all day, which was actually really nice given it's still basically Winter and cold.

Took another 250mcg of slu in the afternoon and had an amazing back session. Placebo effect or not, felt like I had some extra energy and endurance as I just wanted to keep training and ended up doing 6 or 7 back exercises instead of the usual 4.

Appetite was also quite high all day and is still well into the night.
Looking forward to the journey and what's to come with these peptides.

Monday September 8th

Pinned 3mg of mots-c and 2mg of ss-31, and 250mcg orally of slu-pp.

Energy has gone to a new level even though it's still early days. I've noticed I haven't been cold once since starting this protocol, I think it's definitely started to speed things up metabolically but maybe too early for any mitochondrial adaptations?
Cognitively I feel a bit sharper too so that's a bonus.
Anyway I'm feeling good and usually by this point in a cycle I'm starting to feel a bit sluggish.

Will be adding in injectable L carnitine soon and will start dieting as we move closer to summer.

Energy has gone to a new level even though it's still early days. I've noticed I haven't been cold once since starting this protocol, I think it's definitely started to speed things up metabolically but maybe too early for any mitochondrial adaptations?
