Quick update here guys! Mini-cut complete. 111.3kg (left) -> 102.9kg (right) over 2x weeks.

Cals at 2, 700 the entire time, steps around 10k. Cycle as outlined in the weekly comprehensive log update.

Some measurements took a small hit, but waist is right down (you can see) and detail is well up.

Ready to push again. 110kg starting point for prep around December would be a good place to land.

**Physique pics/ measurements from final check in at the end of the recent mini cut**
** New nutrition and pharma updates implemented on the 21st/ Thursday**

Awesome couple of weeks in the mini cut and I'm excited to get back to pushing again on the big boy cals. Nutritional adherence has been flawless, and weight is steadily climbing again (104.8kg this morning from 102.9kg on Wednesday/ final day of cut). Back up to around 4, 700 cals and immediately my training quality/ strength/ measurables have improved dramatically. Will include more detail in the mid-week training update.

Reflected below you'll see we've made a change to pharma in raising the test and lowering the Primo a smidge to be 1:1, which historically for me is a much more favorable DHT: Test ratio.

Massive sale event at work saw a record breaking amount of sales on Wednesday, but it was also a 14 hour day - decided to swap my rest day around, which would normally be on a Thursday.

A rough week with regard to work/ life balance and routine. Going to go back to training during my lunch break for a while.

91.6kg is my weight cap as an amateur
 
I don't get the mini-cut / mini bulk thing I see too many doing. 4 weeks is rarely enough to make it stick
Yeah I've never seen a mini-bulk. Makes no sense to me. Mini-cut can be beneficial if you've been pushing the food for a while to quickly reset digestion, improve BG, insulin sensitivity, get the mid-secrion back in check and drop and little bit of extra fluff in the process.

Timed well when you notice rate of BF increase accelerating.

**Physique pics/ measurements from final check in at the end of the recent mini cut**
** New nutrition and pharma updates implemented on the 21st/ Thursday**

Awesome couple of weeks in the mini cut and I'm excited to get back to pushing again on the big boy cals. Nutritional adherence has been flawless, and weight is steadily climbing again (104.8kg this morning from 102.9kg on Wednesday/ final day of cut). Back up to around 4, 700 cals and immediately my training quality/ strength/ measurables have improved dramatically. Will include more detail in the mid-week training update.

Reflected below you'll see we've made a change to pharma in raising the test and lowering the Primo a smidge to be 1:1, which historically for me is a much more favorable DHT: Test ratio.

Quick update here guys! Mini-cut complete. 111.3kg (left) -> 102.9kg (right) over 2x weeks.

Cals at 2, 700 the entire time, steps around 10k. Cycle as outlined in the weekly comprehensive log update.

Some measurements took a small hit, but waist is right down (you can see) and detail is well up.

Ready to push again. 110kg starting point for prep around December would be a good place to land.

Hey brother! Yeah I will chop and change between 3am and 1pm - 3am is ideal as it frees me up throughout the day; means I don't miss out on any family time and get to spend some more time on the business, too. Only problem is I don't finish work until 7:00pm so those days are LONG and the fatigue can catch up pretty quickly.

23/08/2025 - FINAL MINI CUT PICS/ NUTRITION UPDATE/ TIME TO PUSH AGAIN

**Physique pics/ measurements from final check in at the end of the recent mini cut**
** New nutrition and pharma updates implemented on the 21st/ Thursday**

Awesome couple of weeks in the mini cut and I'm excited to get back to pushing again on the big boy cals. Nutritional adherence has been flawless, and weight is steadily climbing again (104.8kg this morning from 102.9kg on Wednesday/ final day of cut). Back up to around 4, 700 cals and immediately my training quality/ strength/ measurables have improved dramatically. Will include more detail in the mid-week training update.

Reflected below you'll see we've made a change to pharma in raising the test and lowering the Primo a smidge to be 1:1, which historically for me is a much more favorable DHT: Test ratio.

Massive sale event at work saw a record breaking amount of sales on Wednesday, but it was also a 14 hour day - decided to swap my rest day around, which would normally be on a Thursday.

A rough week with regard to work/ life balance and routine. Going to go back to training during my lunch break for a while.

MIDWEEK TRAINING UPDATE - GH PUMPS

Massive improvement recently in pump quality with the reintroduction of IM GH around an hour before training, and Novorapid 30 mins. Split is still the same as you guys have seen before but strength in the gym is skyrocketing.

Keen attention to a complete range of motion, stretch and squeeze and. Have improved mind-muscle connection with my chest the past few weeks and it's made a noticeable difference to my progress.

Always aiming to improve both intensity and methodology. Train harder AND smarter.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

A super productive week for bodybuilding and business. Weight is up, measurements up, back fat is down. I've also picked up a half dozen or so fresh clients through EVO/ UGL which has taken my total client count to around 15 and inquiries keep flying through.

Another win: won a 2% ownership of a gym that's launching soon as a reward for referring an investor. Waiting on an offer from the landlord and then it's full steam ahead. Between this and coaching a massive door could open soon for more time for bodybuilding.

No change to nutrition this week but tapering up the GH again in light of side effects diminishing/ disappearing.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

A super productive week for bodybuilding and business. Weight is up, measurements up, back fat is down. I've also picked up a half dozen or so fresh clients through EVO/ UGL which has taken my total client count to around 15 and inquiries keep flying through.

Another win: won a 2% ownership of a gym that's launching soon as a reward for referring an investor. Waiting on an offer from the landlord and then it's full steam ahead. Between this and coaching a massive door could open soon for more time for bodybuilding.

No change to nutrition this week but tapering up the GH again in light of side effects diminishing/ disappearing.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

A super productive week for bodybuilding and business. Weight is up, measurements up, back fat is down. I've also picked up a half dozen or so fresh clients through EVO/ UGL which has taken my total client count to around 15 and inquiries keep flying through.

Another win: won a 2% ownership of a gym that's launching soon as a reward for referring an investor. Waiting on an offer from the landlord and then it's full steam ahead. Between this and coaching a massive door could open soon for more time for bodybuilding.

No change to nutrition this week but tapering up the GH again in light of side effects diminishing/ disappearing.

Body weight: 109.0kg (+1.3kg from last check in)
Calves: 42.0cm (no change from last check in)
Quads: 71.5cm (+0.5cm from last check in)

Had one of my clients compete over the weekend. NBA Wellness competitor. Peak went flawlessly. Bronze under 25's and another for Overall. Awesome. Gonna dig deep on conditioning before nationals in 4 weeks and fill her up a little harder.
