Last workout of the week fellas, treated myself by going to an actual gym as well, so few new exercises in the mix with a lot better weight on them, I realise how bad my home machines bearings an cables are, I've easily been living an extra 10kg on all lifts from the sheer mechanical strain, anyways here it is;

I have yesterdays and todays workout in this log, going well, back on the BPC as mentioned, experimenting by pinning it directly between my shoulder and pec where I'm having some grief, usually I just do it in belly fat.

Other than that all's good, I'm 17 weeks into this mini cycle, last time I did my bloods was week 11, should I save my test for the end (week 20) to see how all my markers held up? Thanks all

Hey bros, I’ve decided on concluding my mini-blast, I didn’t quite reach my goal, however, the entire point of this year’s exercises was to strengthen tendons and joints above anything else. So, I’m still happy with my overall progress.

Prior to getting into the details, I’d like to give a big thank you to @UGL OZ for proving me with their top tier test and BPC, as I return to my cruise dose, I’m definitely going to stick with @UGL OZ for my test and peptide needs, thanks once again for the overall support as well to the fantastic team!

Another big thanks to @LevButlerov for providing advice and questioning the details of what I was doing throughout, to ensure I stayed on course with sound advice, thanks heaps Lev, I appreciate your time bro!

And of course thanks to all the Evo brothers who have been supportive, encouraging and mostly enjoying the food pics haha. @ceo @ROIDDERS @RoySimpson @ballin2504 @25homes @Mobster @Ulter @BodyMonster34 @2Thick @Freki @stevesmi @Noah Wixx @Npcclassicphysique champ and anyone else I may have missed!

Pre-Blast PED usage:

110 mg test E total TRT, 500 IU HCG total.

Mini-Blast PED usage:

200 mg test E + HCG (first 4 weeks, blood test)

250mg test E + HCG (next 8 weeks, blood test)

275 mg test E + HCG (final 6 weeks, need to take bloods still)

Total cycle length 18+ weeks.

Ancillaries:

Arom 6.25 mg once a week only (kept E2 just under the upper range – wanted it higher for joints)
Proponolol 20mg a day (HR/BP – I take this regardless of cycle or not however increased dosage from 10mg)
Aspirin 82 mg daily (last 10 weeks of cycle)

Bloods were within range throughout or marginally out with supplements and diet, will take final blood test next week and update results. However, blood pressure and heart rate we’re a little higher than I wanted, this is mainly due to lazy cardio on the last few weeks, but also general life stress.

BPC usage:

4 weeks on, 2 weeks off 250 IU BPC per day (cycled twice) and one cycle of 500 bpc per day split in two doses for 3 weeks.

I decided to add some TB-500 (two separate 2-week cycles of 500 mcg E3D) also from @UGL OZ.

Tendons/Joint pain:

I have a condition which hasn’t been fully diagnosed yet, limiting how much I can lift, which leads me to focus on volume and form. I am still waiting on a specialist for several months (seems to be rheumatoid arthritis).

Inflammation has improved substantially overall, use to wake up in pain and go to sleep in pain, hands/fingers for example, where I had to strap my hands/fingers during workouts, to less than 10% pain of my original state, which is barely noticeable.

Stats/Results:

My initial cut weight was 76.5 - 77 kg (168-169 pounds) After the bulk finished, I reached 83 kg (183 pounds). I kept relatively lean, still vascular, however a little stomach fat as I expected, but it seems to mainly be bloating. Total gain of 6.25 kg (13.77 pounds).

I did a approx. 10% surplus on average throughout as a recap.

Measurements:

No pump for any measurements for prior or after cycle measurements between the last 18 weeks:

Quads – 0.5 inches

Calves – 0.3 inches

Forearms – 0.8 inches

Biceps – 1 inch

Neck – 0.8 inches

Abdomen - 2 inches

Hips – 1.6 inches

Chest – 1.2 inches

Shoulders – 1 inch

Strength also improved considerably despite training for hypertrophy, but most of all, comfortably being able to do the exercises.

Future plans:

I will go back to my TRT dose of 110mg a week by the end of next week, for the next several months (I won’t log the cut for now, however, I will post results prior to my next bulk cycle or catch the tail end of it)

During this time, I want to improve on life situations, which will lower my blood pressure and heart rate issues, alongside additional cardio training while leaning out overall.

I want my next blast to be very collagen synthesis focused, hopefully I’ll have more information from these 1+ year wait specialists as well.

My plan is to further push the test dosage out of the baby cycle limit which is some people's TRT, so a minimum 300mg+ test with potentially and hopefully (in stock by next year) some primo at low dose for E2 control, but also for its collagen synthesis benefits, in addition to a replacement/low dose of HGH (I’m thinking 2 IU a day but happy to be advised). Unfortunately, I can’t touch 19nors so not in consideration at this time, but open to any advice on this.

During this time, I want to improve on life situations, which will lower my blood pressure and heart rate issues, alongside additional cardio training while leaning out overall.

I want my next blast to be very collagen synthesis focused, hopefully I’ll have more information from these 1+ year wait specialists as well.

My plan is to further push the test dosage out of the baby cycle limit which is some people's TRT, so a minimum 300mg+ test with potentially and hopefully (in stock by next year) some primo at low dose for E2 control, but also for its collagen synthesis benefits, in addition to a replacement/low dose of HGH (I’m thinking 2 IU a day but happy to be advised). Unfortunately, I can’t touch 19nors so not in consideration at this time, but open to any advice on this.

Pre-Blast PED usage:

110 mg test E total TRT, 500 IU HCG total.

Mini-Blast PED usage:

200 mg test E + HCG (first 4 weeks, blood test)

250mg test E + HCG (next 8 weeks, blood test)

Bloods were within range throughout or marginally out with supplements and diet, will take final blood test next week and update results. 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off 250 IU BPC per day (cycled twice) and one cycle of 500 bpc per day split in two doses for 3 weeks.

I decided to add some TB-500 (two separate 2-week cycles of 500 mcg E3D) also from @UGL OZ.

Tendons/Joint pain:

I have a condition which hasn’t been fully diagnosed yet, limiting how much I can lift, which leads me to focus on volume and form. I am still waiting on a specialist for several months (seems to be rheumatoid arthritis).

Inflammation has improved substantially overall, use to wake up in pain and go to sleep in pain, hands/fingers for example, where I had to strap my hands/fingers during workouts, to less than 10% pain of my original state, which is barely noticeable.

solid wrap up to the blast, you kept it structured and bloods in check while actually gaining size and strength without blowing out conditioning. 6kg gained with a leaner look, plus big improvements in arms, shoulders, and chest show the surplus and training worked. the tendon and joint relief from bpc and tb500 is huge, especially with the condition you’re managing, being able to train without strapping up hands is a massive win. food approach and ancillaries clearly helped keep things stable too. :D
moving back to 110mg trt will let your body reset while you work on bp, cardio, and stress before the next push. aiming for 300mg test with some primo and a touch of gh is a smart plan for joint health and lean gains, that setup will serve you better long term. photos should show the work paid off, and it’s clear you’re thinking ahead with more structure. good job running this first log all the way through, plenty of guys fall off but you stayed accountable. i really think you should restart your log with a TRT log can you do it? :D @ForeverBulk01

Pre-Blast PED usage:

110 mg test E total TRT, 500 IU HCG total.

Mini-Blast PED usage:

200 mg test E + HCG (first 4 weeks, blood test)

Inflammation has improved substantially overall, use to wake up in pain and go to sleep in pain, hands/fingers for example, where I had to strap my hands/fingers during workouts, to less than 10% pain of my original state, which is barely noticeable.

Stats/Results:

My initial cut weight was 76.5 - 77 kg (168-169 pounds) After the bulk finished, I reached 83 kg (183 pounds). I kept relatively lean, still vascular, however a little stomach fat as I expected, but it seems to mainly be bloating. Total gain of 6.25 kg (13.77 pounds).

I did a approx. 10% surplus on average throughout as a recap.

Hips – 1.6 inches

Chest – 1.2 inches

Strength also improved considerably despite training for hypertrophy, but most of all, comfortably being able to do the exercises.

Future plans:

I will go back to my TRT dose of 110mg a week by the end of next week, for the next several months (I won’t log the cut for now, however, I will post results prior to my next bulk cycle or catch the tail end of it)

During this time, I want to improve on life situations, which will lower my blood pressure and heart rate issues, alongside additional cardio training while leaning out overall.

I want my next blast to be very collagen synthesis focused, hopefully I’ll have more information from these 1+ year wait specialists as well.

My plan is to further push the test dosage out of the baby cycle limit which is some people's TRT, so a minimum 300mg+ test with potentially and hopefully (in stock by next year) some primo at low dose for E2 control, but also for its collagen synthesis benefits, in addition to a replacement/low dose of HGH (I’m thinking 2 IU a day but happy to be advised). Unfortunately, I can’t touch 19nors so not in consideration at this time, but open to any advice on this.

Unfortunately 19nors aren't really for me Ulter, I did a low dose 50mg a week with my TRT for 16 weeks, I got mental sides even from that which was unfortunate, hopefully I get just as much from a primo/gh combo
 
solid wrap up to the blast, you kept it structured and bloods in check while actually gaining size and strength without blowing out conditioning. 6kg gained with a leaner look, plus big improvements in arms, shoulders, and chest show the surplus and training worked. the tendon and joint relief from bpc and tb500 is huge, especially with the condition you’re managing, being able to train without strapping up hands is a massive win. food approach and ancillaries clearly helped keep things stable too. :D
moving back to 110mg trt will let your body reset while you work on bp, cardio, and stress before the next push. aiming for 300mg test with some primo and a touch of gh is a smart plan for joint health and lean gains, that setup will serve you better long term. photos should show the work paid off, and it’s clear you’re thinking ahead with more structure. good job running this first log all the way through, plenty of guys fall off but you stayed accountable. i really think you should restart your log with a TRT log can you do it? :D @ForeverBulk01
