Hey bros, I’ve decided on concluding my mini-blast, I didn’t quite reach my goal, however, the entire point of this year’s exercises was to strengthen tendons and joints above anything else. So, I’m still happy with my overall progress.
Prior to getting into the details, I’d like to give a big thank you to

Pre-Blast PED usage:
110 mg test E total TRT, 500 IU HCG total.
Mini-Blast PED usage:
200 mg test E + HCG (first 4 weeks, blood test)
250mg test E + HCG (next 8 weeks, blood test)
275 mg test E + HCG (final 6 weeks, need to take bloods still)
Total cycle length 18+ weeks.
Ancillaries:
Arom 6.25 mg once a week only (
kept E2 just under the upper range – wanted it higher for joints)
Proponolol 20mg a day (
HR/BP – I take this regardless of cycle or not however increased dosage from 10mg)
Aspirin 82 mg daily (
last 10 weeks of cycle)
Bloods were within range throughout or marginally out with supplements and diet, will take final blood test next week and update results. However, blood pressure and heart rate we’re a little higher than I wanted, this is mainly due to lazy cardio on the last few weeks, but also general life stress.
BPC usage:
4 weeks on, 2 weeks off 250 IU BPC per day (cycled twice) and one cycle of 500 bpc per day split in two doses for 3 weeks.
I decided to add some TB-500 (two separate 2-week cycles of 500 mcg E3D) also from
@UGL OZ.
Tendons/Joint pain:
I have a condition which hasn’t been fully diagnosed yet, limiting how much I can lift, which leads me to focus on volume and form. I am still waiting on a specialist for several months (
seems to be rheumatoid arthritis).
Inflammation has improved substantially overall, use to wake up in pain and go to sleep in pain, hands/fingers for example, where I had to strap my hands/fingers during workouts, to less than 10% pain of my original state, which is barely noticeable.
Stats/Results:
My initial cut weight was 76.5 - 77 kg (168-169 pounds) After the bulk finished, I reached 83 kg (183 pounds). I kept relatively lean, still vascular, however a little stomach fat as I expected, but it seems to mainly be bloating.
Total gain of 6.25 kg (13.77 pounds).
I did a approx. 10% surplus on average throughout as a recap.
Measurements:
No pump for any measurements for prior or after cycle measurements between the last 18 weeks:
Quads – 0.5 inches
Calves – 0.3 inches
Forearms – 0.8 inches
Biceps – 1 inch
Neck – 0.8 inches
Abdomen - 2 inches
Hips – 1.6 inches
Chest – 1.2 inches
Shoulders – 1 inch
Strength also improved considerably despite training for hypertrophy, but most of all, comfortably being able to do the exercises.
Future plans:
I will go back to my TRT dose of 110mg a week by the end of next week, for the next several months (
I won’t log the cut for now, however, I will post results prior to my next bulk cycle or catch the tail end of it)
During this time, I want to improve on life situations, which will lower my blood pressure and heart rate issues, alongside additional cardio training while leaning out overall.
I want my next blast to be very collagen synthesis focused, hopefully I’ll have more information from these 1+ year wait specialists as well.
My plan is to further push the test dosage out of the baby cycle limit which is some people's TRT, so a minimum 300mg+ test with potentially and hopefully (
in stock by next year) some primo at low dose for E2 control, but also for its collagen synthesis benefits, in addition to a replacement/low dose of HGH (
I’m thinking 2 IU a day but happy to be advised). Unfortunately, I can’t touch 19nors so not in consideration at this time, but open to any advice on this.
