Approved Log First cycle – Second iteration - Testosterone Masteron Winstrol Anavar -vascularity for the summer Log

You got some amazing results from a really low dose cycle. You could be a hyper responder based on your results and the level of aromatization you experienced. That's great news because it means you can get more from less.

I took the same cautious approach as you for the same reasons. I had the opposite reaction, where my dosing was definitely too low and I could've handled a lot more. But we live and learn and try to do it without doing any serious long term damage.

I have some guardrails in place with my Tren cycle and I'm running Ace so if things get hectic I can back off pretty quick. My wife knows if I change at all to let me know. I trust her so if something does go wrong with me mentally she'll see it and set me straight. Going to start low around 150mg a week and titrate up to 300mg if tolerable.

That's the smart approach. I see too many young men that are far from their natural potential going way too aggressive on the first few iterations. Dosages that can really mess up the hormones on the long run. I always thought that if you don't know how to eat and train natural to build muscle and lose fat, the gear will only make it worse. Especially at the beginning, gains are very easy to achieve. I wish I had made a proper bulk in my first two years instead of maintaining most of the time to get the most out of it. But we live and learn 🤓

Same thoughts exactly. Starting with a good natural base is important. Bulking is a bit tricky, especially as you get older. Like you said it would've been nice to bulk when I was younger but oh well. Atleast with the gear you can make steady lean gains and in a few years you'll have the physique you always wanted without going through the troubles of yo-yo dieting.

Been a while folks. Thanks to @LevButlerov and @BeMe for the tags on the recent Fusion Canada change while I was away.

Indeed, I went back to work to stack up as much bills as I could before the slow season. So, I didn't go as deep in the cut as I wanted to but I'm happy with the progress I've made in this log with regards to using a second compound.

To me, this is the most important as I always preached. It was my second cycle and the first one with a second compound. I did learn a lot by doing monthly blood work and had I not gone the prudent route I would have caused lots of damage due to my estrogen conversion. Next time I know not to be afraid of using an AI even if I only push 200mg of test a week or else, I need to keep the dose unnecessarily low.

As for masteron, I got really bad acne at 300mg a week. That was to be expected and I'll see what I can do next time.

Anybody saying that it's easier on gear is probably doing it blindly. It is not easier. That's in fact the opposite to me. We are adding so much more variables to the mix, yes it helps building muscles but if the rest is shit (eat, sleep, training, education, blood work) it does nothing but damage.

So, since my last update there has been no change to the physique really. I ended up maintaining 176 pounds. I stopped the gear 4 weeks ago and am now back to my normal prescribe TRT. I will get blood work in 6 weeks to see how the profiles landed to and take it slow this fall in order to create another goal for the winter. I really want to get the estrogen in control before going back in. I also need to get back on a clean diet. Eating camp food for weeks really does not help.

Looking back, I gained a solid 10-12 pounds since my first cycle in February. Even though I lost a bit of size compared to when my estrogen was through the roof, most of the gains are muscles despite having accumulated a bit more fat in the lower belly. I notice that my gut is bigger than when I was natural.

Now that I will be working less, the plan is to continue lifting through Fall 🍂. I just want to enjoy my time, no real goal but to keep what I gained on the frame. I don't want to burnout before the next iteration. And mostly enjoy the rest of the mountain biking season.

When winter comes, I'll be focusing on a real lean bulk. I want to get a nice set of legs. Until then, I will have to study the best compounds to achieve so. Test, Dbol, deca ?? Who knows 😁 I have not structured anything yet but I'll be reading and studying the possibilities.

Looking forward to the future and thanks to the EVO fam for the support as always 🙏🏻
@haldencapital Good update, we truly missed you in the EVO family :D Happy you're back.

You did the right thing keeping bloods in check and learning from it. Estrogen control is always the difference between moving forward or just spinning wheels. Acne from masteron is pretty common so now you know what to expect and adjust next run. Holding 176 off cycle on TRT is solid progress and shows the gains stuck. You are right gear adds more variables so the basics always need to be dialed first. Taking fall to maintain and reset is smart so you go into winter fresh. When you lean bulk just keep it structured and you’ll be able to build those legs the way you want.

I want to see you get back into it and slam hard with the EVO family again!

@haldencapital i think gear can make some things harder for sure. a lot of people just focus on the good. but the more you use them you also have to start focusing in on the bad too

@ROIDDERS we cannot agree more on that. Risk vs reward and longevity

@ceo lol for sure, i was not necessarily thinking of thinking both at the same time. I'm still doing a list of the coumponds to see what combination would be optimal. I will try and limit it to test + two others. I'll have time until winter to do my research. The EVO forum is also very helpful.

Glad to see your back Bru

It's been 2 weeks since the last update. 6 weeks since i'm off gear. Back to 80 mg of test cyp per week as per my old TRT basis.

  • After six weeks off, i assume that masteron E is completely out of my system. I also assume that my test levels are slowly going back to base. My last full dose for both compounds was July 21. I have a blood work scheduled in 4 weeks which will give me a good reading about where i'm at.
  • Even after six weeks, i can tell that hormones are working overtime : the acne is not getting any better. The 300 mg of masteron really got me bad with the acne. I have a tele-health consult this afternoon to see if i can get some mild orals to counter it. I really thought it would go away as the coumpounds are flushed out but nope.
  • I did a deload in the last 10 days. Really turned everything off. I ate pretty much whatever I wanted at my maintenance calorie. Enjoyed a few beers with my dad etc... A great mental health reset and also for the body after this long cycle. So far, i maintain most of my strength and am back to looking like i don't lift when i don't have a pump. :poop: The puffy jacked look only lasted while on cycle. To be expected.
  • I maintain 176 lbs, but body composition is visually changed. More fat on the abs and inner thighs, where i store my fats. Nothing to be worried about.
  • This week is my first week where i'm back to my training routine. There is a few weeks left of mountain biking before we get snow so I will enjoy that as much as i can. Then, get back to the grind at the end of fall.

A few pics, of the acne :( And also, the shoulders and chest with a pump. That is a cheat as i said, without it i'm back to my natty self. :( Do you even lift bro? :ROFLMAO:

Bro ur crazy lol. A pump makes a pretty decent difference but there's no way you look as bad as you say when you're walking around relaxed. Classic dysmorphia bro. You look incredible still

The bacne looks pretty similar to what I had goin. All the EVO fam said it wasn't that bad. I had no clue cuz I was never really an acne guy.

I did 10,000iu of vitamin A per day
Soaked my back in a salt bath
Tanned my back

Helped stop the spread and it reduced it a bit too.

Thanks. For real, the pump is 50% of it when you are half-natty. Look, straight from the front. Bad lighting, minimal flexing with a belly full of pastas. This is how my fat @ss looks 😂 😂

Before meeting the doc, I am going to buy a back scrubber, not sure if that is the name of the thing (this is where my French Canadian lacks vocabulary). In other words, the sort of stick with a sponge at the end to wash my back with mild salicylic acid soap. 😆 Being sweaty on the mountain bike and not being able to shower right away doesn't help very much for now either.

Salt bath is a great idea too, I have a bunch of Epsom salt that would do wonder. 👍🏻

welcome back to the EVO family, we missed you our Canadian brother :D @haldencapital
You look really good in the pics, ripped and big love the neck chest size!

Masteron is out for sure, but for acne @BeMe has the right routine up, Vitamin A with salt baths and tanning :D

Since you back this week let's get training updated.

I think you ready for a new cycel! IMO

Thanks @LevButlerov

Yes I will update my training split later this weekend. I think I have found a nice gym nearby to train legs this winter. Semi private, leg focus equipped gym. 🎉🙃

As for the next cycle, there is no point in starting before November, honestly, as I am mountain biking 3 times a week. There would be no purpose until winter comes.

Like I said bro dysmorphia.

Yea the sweaty shirts are pretty shitty. I have the same prob.

Oh ya I forgot to mention my back scrubber. You got it right my Franco bro. I used the cerave face wash on my back. That's an everyday routine now so I forgot about it.

@BeMe I never had back acne and after a workout with the back full of blood it looks very intense but I might by over exaggerating it. I'll get the supplies at Walmart tomorrow and wait to see what the doc thinks of it. I still think that it will reverse when my hormones will fully stabilize. Acne or not, this vitamin A, soap and scrubbing routine is certainly beneficial.

Ya I found the main thing was stopping it from getting any worse so you don't even up with scars. Mine is clearing up nicely now that I've been off cycle for a while and no permanent damage thankfully. Yours looks just like mine did so I wouldn't stress too much.

God does it feel great to have an insane back workout! Really enjoyed it today! The pump was massive!! Slipknot real loud in the speakers and moving weights. Got to love the combo.

  • Rack pulls 315 lbs x 5 x 3
  • Hammer curls 35 lbs superset with french press triceps 90 lbs - 2 RiR
  • Barbell shrugs - 2 RIR
  • Weighted pull ups BW + 45 lbs - until failure
  • Concentration curls 25 lbs superset with tricep focused dips - 2 RiR
  • Landmine V-bar row with 105 lbs - 2 RiR. I bought myself the Rogue LM-1P Parallel Landmine fat grip handle. This thing is awesome.
  • Meadows rows until failure with 50 lbs
I also went to Walmart and bought the @BeMe acne stack. Hopefully this will help. Meeting with the doc tomorrow morning as well.

@BeMe great suggestions. I always tend to neglect skin care so it's going to be beneficial. Scrub scrub scrub 🧽🚿

Thanks, the "look" is all smoke and mirrors 🙃 A good pose, the right angle, some citrulline malate for the pump and I double in size. 🎈 That aspect of never being satisfied is great on the surface but it costs me terribly over the last 3 years in the most important sphere of my life. :(

you will know masteron is out of your system when the muscle hardening is done @haldencapital good updates on the deload experience. what kind of beer you like?

@Ulter I usually have whatever my dad has got on hand 👌🏻 but personal preference for strong beers: double IPA or stouts. But I also love a great Gueuze or a sour.

@haldencapital sorry for the bad news on acne. but atleast you know the hormones are changing in your body. keep pushing yourself

@ROIDDERS thanks, the acne is the signal from the body asking for me to take care of it. I'm going to listen 🙂

@Ulter I usually have whatever my dad has got on hand 👌🏻 but personal preference for strong beers: double IPA or stouts. But I also love a great Gueuze or a sour.
this looks like a good one!

Naw not smoke and mirrors. That pump and stuff helps but 99% of that is all you. I think the same way as you do all the time. I think most of us do. We never see ourselves the way others do. But it keeps us pushing! The main thing is not hating on yourself. Doubt is good, fuel for the fire, hating on yourself...bad. Try to not be so hard on yourself cuz speaking for the people who see you, you look amazing, truly! Even that pic where you slouched and tried to make yourself look bad you still looked great lol. Nice try tho!

🙏🏻 Thank you, @BeMe . Enjoy the weekend!

You still look great man even when you’re not. Don’t down play yourself.

:ROFLMAO:
Still looking really good 💪

The leaves are slowing changing colors here. Fall is upon us and I enjoy the last few warm days of the year on my mountain bike. I log in my computer once a week. It is a great reset and off season from bodybuilding. Biking and bodybuilding don't go along very well so i deflate quite a bit but it's a good off season. I lost about 2-3 pounds over the last two weeks but i'm happy with it. If i can get tight before the winter, i will have a stronger base to begin with for the next cycle... Funny enough, despite being almost ten pounds lighter than my 186 lbs juicy peak, my brain still thinks i am fully enhanced and juiced : i can still squat the same damn weights. My cardio is better due to the biking i do. The only lift where i lost capacity is on the incline bench where I'm down 1 rep with same weight. Goes to say that a lot of it comes from the mind.

I don't put a lot of emphasis of having a very detailed structure for training. Mostly do chest/shoulders/traps/triceps on day 1, legs on day 2 and back/biceps on day 3. One day off and repeat.

Today was chest. I can see that it is overpowering my shoulders right now. Traps and shoulders is were i deflate the most when doing aerobic activities. But also, to my knowledge this is where we have the most androgen receptors so it's probably the first area to get impacted off gear.

The back acne is almost gone. It got directed to my delts and biceps but it has stopped from bursting out badly. The vitamin A and salycilyc acid soap every day did the trick so far.

You definitely look like you left bro LOL. Can't believe you said that before.

Yeah it's hard balancing mountain biking and training. I did less riding this year than I've ever done since I started mountain biking again. Oh well, for me it was worth it. It was too damn hot this summer anyway LOL.

I'm glad the acne is starting to clean up and everything is working out good there. It didn't look too horrible and shouldn't have any lasting scarring or anything like that so you're good to go

@BeMe
Yeah, i somewhat lift :/ I should look back at my pictures of when I was road cycling like a maniac at 6 foot tall, 131 lbs haha! That will remind me of the path I walked to get here.

Indeed, the heat wave never really ended. It's a good thing i was mostly working while it happened so that I can enjoy a bit more the cooler temperature of september and october during my down time.

I see a lot of people getting scammed purchasing gear. Sad world we live in. :/

Ya that steroid hub company is making a lot of money scamming people. Bastards.

Ya the weather is perfect right now. Best time of year. I gotta get out on the trail more.

Sounds like the biking is giving you a good reset, even if the scale drops a bit your strength holding on squats shows the base is solid. Chest session looked strong, and it makes sense shoulders and traps flatten quicker with the extra cardio. Acne clearing up is a bonus, shows the adjustments are working. Staying tight into winter will set you up well for the next push. :D @haldencapital
I see the pics you look good really PUMPED!

@haldencapital It definitely take advantage of the great weather. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. I love how it starts getting Breezy and things start changing.

wow incredible work on this @haldencapital I agree with you, the biking definitely makes a difference and it's low impact cardio in a lot of ways.

Hey what happened with that hammer strength leg extension you went to checkout?

Had I bought this machine it would have cost a pretty penny to re-do the entire padding and leathering. Price was too firm to account for that. And I saw several others nearby on marketplace. They seem somewhat popular in the rural gym community so i'll keep my eye open. There was one at the same price with brand new pads and leather so it's worth waiting. And I also saw the same machine but for seated leg curls!

Damn that's lucky. I live in Toronto and searching hammer strength on marketplace gets me like 4 good results and a few that are an hour and a half away. You live in a home gym sweet spot lol

Tons of rich boomers in the area. They bought stuff during COVID because why not, and now are selling. I don't have the space but one dude is selling for 35k of commercial equipment easily worth 55k. But honestly, some villages here don't have public gyms so people rely on home equipment and some are more wealthy than others to afford commercial level equipment.

Damn that's a gold rush for you. Gym equipment is tough to sell. If I were you I'd just aggressively low ball people politely and wait and see what happens

That's usually what I do. I try getting a price so low that I can do a fire sale and still breakeven if I need to sell later. I bought my ivanko iron pro style dumbbells like that. 0.50$ a pound, they are like new. Only needed some brushing to remove surface rust on the handles. I'll probably sell them around that price if I ever need to or if I move out and dont have the space anymore. It's essentially a 50-75% write-off when buying new equipment so I try buying used as much as possible.

Oh wow nice. Ivanko stuff is top notch. I gotta come live by you and give you some competition lol

Yes that a whole gym. 😅 I can't see his stuff on marketplace anymore, he must have sold it recently.

And yeah, I saw @BeMe gym. That's a wonderful setup for gains 💪🏻

My buddy got a prime leg extension and preacher curl from some rich guy on marketplace for like half price. My buddy was looking in the background of all the pics and trying to grab other stuff too but the guy had already sold some of it lol. The guy apparently had a full prime gym....can you imagine the money omg. The seller was getting divorced and had to sell the equipment and his house...

I always get bummed out when summer ends not a fan of the colder months

The leaves are slowing changing colors here. Fall is upon us and I enjoy the last few warm days of the year on my mountain bike. I log in my computer once a week. Weekly update.

Acne is now mostly under control. No more new burst. Simply trying to control/elimination of existing acne before it scars.

I can tell the compounds i was using are now officially out of my body after 8 weeks off. I do not notice very important strength drop but the effort to hold onto it is massive. For now, I lift the same as when i was fully saturated but i cannot do the same amount of rep. 1 rep shy on incline bench and a struggle on the last rep is the most noticeable. The back get very tired after two exercises etc....

I ride my mountain bike in the trails almost everyday now that the tourists are gone for the season. Empty trails during the day. As a result I'm still in a deficit. Morning weight is around 171ish. 174 at night.

I'm losing a bit of size. The back is a lot less full. But overall i feel great. I'm only a few days at maintenance away from fullness. I can do any sport i want without having to carry unnecessary weight around.

The usual kitchen pics and a picture of this wonderful Rogue landime fat grip attachment i bought. This makes v-bar row a back destroyer. You just load the plates and don't have to worry about stability of the attachment. Plus the fat grips really forces you to contract your back. Amazing spending :)

good to hear the acne calmed down, that’s half the battle right there. :D was thinking how you are with it now. @haldencapital
strength holding with only a rep or two drop off after 8 weeks off is actually solid, just shows you built a base not all water. daily riding on empty trails sounds perfect, and sitting 171 mornings then 174 nights keeps you lean but still fueled. fullness will come back quick once you bump to maintenance, nothing lost. that rogue landmine with the fat grip is a great buy, those rows will light your back up way better than a regular handle.
I like your pics wide back, good abs! tight size right now. :D

Not much going on in here you could say!

I've got a lot of conflicts going on as of late. First of all, i ride my bike so much that i need a full 72 hours to recover the legs and am tired as hell in the process of doing so. But that is not the important part.

Family health situation turned out to be another priority i did not plan. So, bodybuilding really took the back burner over the last 10 days. I could be on a three days training streak and be 4 days off. I just can't deal with the stress about what is going on.

Feels like the last 2 years have been exactly like that. All or nothing.... One extreme or the other. Divorce, best shape of my life, enjoying my workouts, then, family health issue, stress and not training so much. Roller coaster. Just trying to hold it together as of now.

You’re handling a lot and still showing up when you can, that matters more than any streak right now. Training can wait while you deal with family and life stress, the muscle memory and structure will come back fast once things calm down. Though you can do home sessions right? like push ups squats at home? @haldencapital

Use this stretch to focus on rest, clean meals, and short bike rides for headspace instead of full sessions. Once things settle, start back with 3x per week full-body sessions just to rebuild rhythm before pushing hard again.

I am the same. When I focus on something I need to be all in.
Unfortunately it can’t always be like that. I think with age comes more patience. I’ve leaned a lot about myself as I’ve gotten older. Sometimes a step back is what we need to move forward.

Ah shit bro sorry to hear that. You know you got friends here you can talk to anytime. Lots of love to you and the family during this tough time bro.

Life is kinda funny like that. I remember when I was younger I did a homemade tattoo with a knife on my hand in an infinity symbol cuz I thought the same. You go out to the good times but inevitably it comes back to the shit in the middle. The main thing is it will be good again! And there's way more good than bad in life. The tough times just make us stronger.

Only help I can offer right away is....GET AND EMTB!! I only ride my EMTB now. Can't remember the last time I rode my regular MTB. You'll cover more miles much faster, have more fun, and not be as beat up after the ride..trust me bro. Try one, you won't regret it. Come to the electric side haha

you will pull through. at the end of the day when you spend our lives stressing out over things we can't control we end up dead with nothing to show for it. so keep up the good work @haldencapital

Like everthing in life, everything starts from the mind. Even if it feels like years of turmoil I have to endure, every time i can make sense of my thoughts, I tend to appreciate the good time I used to take for granted. In the short run, it's a day by day fight. Trying to praise small daily victories from things i can control. The Universe will make sure that what i cannot control is in good hands.

@LevButlerov Thank you. Yes, the body will adapt when the time comes. Everything happens for a reason i guess, but sometimes we feel so deprived and powerless with regards to a situation. Just goes to say that life has it's own agenda. I am blessed with owning enough gym equipment that i can workout at home and not miss anything. When my mind is right, i'm only a few steps away from the weights.

@BeMe thanks bro. A handmade tattoo with a knife is pretty intense stuff! My god :O For now, i make sure to recognize the daily victories I can conquer. Things will get better i'm sure. The most draining thing is going one step forward and two steps back. going through a divorce with kids is one of the worst things you could do. @haldencapital it's like a death with no body. Trust me. I went through it and my wife took me for everything. I literally was living out of my truck after it was over

You're strong bro. You can't build a physique like that without mental fortitude. I'm sorry that you're going through it again.

I'm not a religious guy but there's a saying I like, god never gives us more than we can bare. I think that's a good way to see life. No matter how bad it gets, remember you're strong enough to get through it.

That’s the right way to frame it. Growth always starts from the mind and those small daily wins build the long game. The discipline to keep showing up through chaos becomes the foundation that steadies everything else.

That’s the perfect mindset to keep. Having the setup at home means there’s never a full stop, only adjustments until balance returns. The body follows the mind every time, so keep using training as that anchor when things feel out of reach. :D

we would love for you to start updating us more @haldencapital

Nice to see you doing ok work all this

My last week was marked by the frequent travels to the hospital... I cope by sleeping a lot when my demons want to take over.... I was able to train each muscles group at least once last week. My mind is not there as much as I would like. Priorities. I will try to prevent turning fat as much as i can. :D

I got my blood test back. My PCT was successful and everything is back to normal. Lipids are in a great zone. E2 is at the low of the range (15.3) which is very surprising given that it was over the range by a good margin while on cycle (69). Maybe Nolvadex had an impact? You can see the time line in the comments below.

When the time comes and that the dust settles, i'll get back to the grind and think about my next cycle. Was thinking about test and EQ. But was also, reading about Ostarine and Cardarine. I don't know if SARMS are really worth it, it always seemed to me like it was not worth it in the sense that if you are going to go the enhanced route and having side effects, you might as well use the real thing :)

Thanks to the Evo family for the kind words. I might not have answered to each of you individually but i have read your comments. I am not as active as I was on the forums, my time is simply shared on getting everyone around me healthy again. Stay blessed.

E2 is at the low of the range (15.3) which is very surprising given that it was over the range by a good margin while on cycle (69). Maybe Nolvadex had an impact?

Good that you’re keeping training in the mix while managing heavier stuff outside the gym. Getting bloodwork back in range shows your PCT worked and e2 at 15.3 confirms recovery is real to a degree, likely helped by the Nolvadex. However, you're not really recovered, 81 on free test is nothing, like a man at 60 years old at best, and your total test is super low, 447 is LOW for a guy your size. You are not recovered imo @haldencapital
I don't know why you need to do PCT when you can be on TRT here?

Stay focused on health while things settle and skip the SARMs talk, they’re not worth it when you’ve already cycled properly before. The only "sarm" we should talk about is cardarine gw and mk677 nutrobal.
When you’re ready, a simple test and EQ run will keep results steady without unnecessary sides. We can start that soon.

My last week was marked by the frequent travels to the hospital... I cope by sleeping a lot when my demons want to take over.... I was able to train each muscles group at least once last week. My mind is not there as much as I would like. Priorities. I will try to prevent turning fat as much as i can. :D

Sorry to hear about the hospital visits bro. I know it's tough but try to not let yourself get to down. Accepting and acknowledging you're feelings is important, but it's also important to not sit in them either.

Don't forget your personal health in all this bro. Make some time for that and it will help you through everything. Make time for the gym, get out for a ride. You need things that require focus to give your mind a break from all you're dealing with.

Love and support to you bro!

@haldencapital glad to see that your PCT worked out well. That's always a good sign. It reads that your reproductive system is still humming.
