LOG UPDATE



PUSH + PREP UPDATES



really good push session today last one in the book before deload next week as confirmed by boss man.



Deload will be 70% weight and 1 set of each exercise. These sessions I’ll still be taking seriously and warming up to train @ 100%. Going to use this time to spend more time with my family and friends and really just focus on being present as prep is flying.



This week food changes

100g rice -> 200 spud light

50g coco pops -> 70g Cocopops



A high day will be taken once we drop below 95kg morning weight. Prediction is around Sunday. Cals are at 3200 low and 3800 high. Still no cardio as always (besides off season). Coach believes 3kg and we will be inside out so very excited to chip away at the next 5 weeks.



Test 200 -> 175

Next checkin we will be going from 20mg anavar to 30mg and removing primo @ 100mg.



Currently totalling 835mg will be 735mg next week.

Feeling really good and in a great mindset I’ve Defiantly earnt this back off from training. Deload is working at 70% load and 1 set per exercise. Hunger is still very manageable and just working on really enjoying everyday and all the feelings that come with the process.

5 lows into a high today, we are eating up almost 700g carbs today after we flattened out nicely the last couple days. Boss man thinks we have about 1kg to pull off and we are ready. Weight sitting at 95.15 this am after 5 meals I will be updating coach to see if more food is needed in todays high day. On plan it says high day but I’m prepared to be back to low days as of tomoz I really want to come in diced and that’s what I will do. Another high day may be needed to hold this fullness before we really dig again.

Really tough session today on a high day too which I wasn’t expecting although I had a really good session day prior for posterior. Rest day tomoz and then into my last 3 sessions to really get the most out of everything. Food has been increased on low days so we are getting very close. Clen reduced to 40mcg and slu sitting at 2000mcg still. Gear still at 825mg total. GH @ 3IU. things are changing daily at this point with daily checkins with boss man.

good call sticking to the script five days out, low days and backing off steps will flatten you right up. pump session kept light and controlled is exactly what you want to push blood without adding fatigue. meds and steps are noted, keep the activity low and save energy for the load.

Although we got taken back way too early with a scheduled break in-between classic and bodybuilding, there’s no excuses we all had the same conditionings I just didn’t execute properly. I’ve been pretty down as it felt like the whole prep was swept away in 1.5 hours.

HEALTH PHASE UPDATE



The plan for now is to head into a recovery phase mainly focus on becoming “more normal” and repay those around me for the time I’ve consumed as basically a robot. 2 off plans a week is a must, giving back to those around you is really important in this time.



Currently sitting at 3800 cals baseline 10k steps and 400mg total, will be increasing to 490 with 90mg of NPP when package lands, also looking to run 6-8 IU GH during this phase.



Training is now 2 lower days upper push and pull, training is sitting at 2-3RIR for the next 2-6 weeks depending how long it takes me to get back to a healthy state. I’m currently sitting at 98kg coach wants me to be around 101kg so we need to enjoy ourselves in this period before food ramps up quite a lot. We will be pushing to around 115kg which will be a bit of fun.



Feeling honestly really good changing some things up trianing wise and diet which is very rare for me but I’m loving it the last couple of days. Will keep updating on how things move the next couple days.

Good call easing into a recovery phase and actually living a bit outside robot mode, 2 off plan meals a week will keep balance and the people around you will appreciate it. Baseline at 3800 cals with steps and 400 mg is a nice reset, and once the NPP and GH come in you’ll have plenty of room to grow steady. Training with 2–3 RIR is smart for health focus, and sitting 98 kg pushing toward 101 before climbing to 115 gives you time to fill out without rushing. Sounds like the reset is doing its job already if you’re enjoying food and training again.

Really good session and a good week in the books. Mentally been struggling alot with food and cravings but I’m learning to enjoy foods and not stressing. BW sitting around 101/2 and coach wants me around 104/5 so I’m having a day to eat then back to plan 100% on sunday @ 4200 cals hoping to recover better and feel better after a bit of a food bump and BW increase. Will update SUNDAY on how we feeling.

It's almost scary how specific shit gets as to how you present on stage. Just pumping up too early and having no carbs causing you to spill over a bit for the stage, that's insane how surgical it gets. You're a true dedicated beast bro!

Feeling really good in the gym this week, we are going to push training one more week at 0RIR which I’m super keen for. We have dropped NPP as of today due to getting bloods done soon and want to see a true indication of where we are sitting health wise. I’m still feeling pretty off mentally but it’ll slowly come back, we need another 2-3kg BW coach assumes. Which will sit me around my top weight of last off season, this meaning we have GROWN and are continuing to grow. Cals bumped to 4250 from 4000 as we still aren’t gaining at a fast enough rate. I’ll be having some more off plan meals to try drive up the BW to sustain a better mental state and help recover from training.

Agreed! I'd even do 350g you're massive bro you can use it and your body will. You wanna stay full with the carbs but I love high protein.
