PUSH + PREP UPDATES
really good push session today last one in the book before deload next week as confirmed by boss man.
Deload will be 70% weight and 1 set of each exercise. These sessions I’ll still be taking seriously and warming up to train @ 100%. Going to use this time to spend more time with my family and friends and really just focus on being present as prep is flying.
This week food changes
100g rice -> 200 spud light
50g coco pops -> 70g Cocopops
A high day will be taken once we drop below 95kg morning weight. Prediction is around Sunday. Cals are at 3200 low and 3800 high. Still no cardio as always (besides off season). Coach believes 3kg and we will be inside out so very excited to chip away at the next 5 weeks.
Test 200 -> 175
Next checkin we will be going from 20mg anavar to 30mg and removing primo @ 100mg.
Currently totalling 835mg will be 735mg next week.
LOG UPDATE
DELOAD WEEK
we are rolling into deload week with weight sitting pretty standard at around 96kg. Food lowered slightly again this week and clen up to 100mcg. Feeling really good and in a great mindset I’ve Defiantly earnt this back off from training. Deload is working at 70% load and 1 set per exercise. I will still take my warm ups very seriously but more using this time to spend it with family and really soak in a week of prep. Hunger is still very manageable and just working on really enjoying everyday and all the feelings that come with the process.
