That was on 200 test 200 primo 400 mast I believe around 6 weeks ago, masteron will not bring down estrogen levels only mask the side effects of high e if it’s elevated, although primo will effect e levels I’m super sensitive to aromatisation and 300 test is the max I can run without coming across e sides so I’m fine with running 250 and 300 primo
@Bakery112 i can assure you high doses of masteron act as a SERM, too much serms is just as back as too much of an Ai bro
you gotta moderate those doses specifically with masteron imo @AE1079 look please

Really solid session, felt slightly off yesterday thought was coming down with the flu although felt great today running at 0-1RIR giving it everything for 2-3 weeks before last deload before prep.

most probably my best push session in a long time, comparing to last block week 4 we are up in weight for every exercise and reps with same form or better. Feeling really good on cycle and everything is in full blast 1/4 of the way to stage time.

Overall good session, weights all up from last week 1RIR getting ready to go full ball next week for 2-3 weeks before deload. Slight bicep niggle when warming up didn’t effect the session just going to be cautious over the next couple days and keep an eye on it. All gear is going well and is the same from last log.

REST DAY



using my rest days Wednesday + Sunday to basically reset and get lots of rest and set up the next 3 days of eating and training. I like to get all my shopping and cooking done then get the house nice and clean for a good week ahead. Being prepared is your best friend when you’re looking to get the best results inside and outside the gym. Also use this day to get a lot of rest and just relax as my lifestyle is very full on and always moving fast.



Setting up for a big lower day tomorrow, focusing on ticking the boxes everyday and times moving fast as. 10 more weeks to grow, couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity raptor has given me and the products are seriously top notch. Preparing for a big last 10 week push where we are close to maxing our mgs and calories out. 2 more weeks of 0-1RIR trianing till we deload for one more big push.
