Strong bench single at 180 kg and solid back-off volume after it. Keep the top single once a week and add a paused rep at 140 kg for tighter control before your 100 kg burnout to build stability if you can. :D

At completion of the block I will be happy with anything over 200kg, the aim of this block is to consolidate the work I’ve done and 205-210kg would be a great result….especially considering I train solo so unrack myself.

Also aiming to bring the squat up, but this will take some time.

Feeling good on cruise, body feels quite nice and not beat up for some strange reason at the moment 😆
Big start to the new bench block, that 185 kg single sets strong. The 140 kg paused sets are perfect volume for week 1 and will drive stability toward that 205–210 kg goal.

Lower work looks clean with 180 kg squats and 140 kg RDLs both moving smooth. Clean power coming! :D

I’ve been able to add overhead pressing back in as the shoulder is feeling better, still being cautious though.

Knees are a little cranky but nothing to bad.

It’s just part and parcel of our age and the life we are lucky enough to live - I’m sure you can relate 😁

Getting itchy to blast again very shortly, perhaps 2-3 weeks away.
Blast will be -

300 EQ
200 deca
3.3-5iu GH
Anadrol 50mg on heavy bench day.

Aim of the blast will be to put 5-10kg on my bench or a double at 200kg and to bring my squat to a minimum 240kg.
