100% and to make myself feel better about it I’m doing a lot of learning related to technique, shoulder health and potential weaknesses…..we will be back on program soonIt sucks to have to put bench to the side but so smart with the shoulder acting up.

Cable shrug 4x15 (full stack) slow and controlled, mindful contraction at top of movement - love these.

Dumbell and barbell work I quote the weight, on the machine I honestly don’t really make a note of the weight.
