It sucks to have to put bench to the side but so smart with the shoulder acting up.
100% and to make myself feel better about it I’m doing a lot of learning related to technique, shoulder health and potential weaknesses…..we will be back on program soon 🫡

Yeah definitely ease up shoulder wise they are super fragile.

@Heavygripper It sounds like you're taking a smart approach with your deload phase and focusing on technique and controlled movements. That's a great way to ensure you're building strength while minimizing the risk of injury.
 
My current favourite compound (besides test and GH of course) BPC157.

Ordered yesterday from @UGL OZ and it’s waiting for me today when I get home from work this afternoon 🤯 gotta be one of the fastest suppliers around!

Dumbell and barbell work I quote the weight, on the machine I honestly don’t really make a note of the weight.
