Alittle active rest day today, I may need to scale the leg training back abit as I am not recovering as fast as I’d like so will likely remove some heavy pressing over the next week or so.
This @Core Pharma hgh has me taking a 2 hour nap in the middle of the day which has actually been pretty great as my sleep hasn’t been the best for awhile but I feel like I can just close my eyes and get a Power Nap in.

Cycles I treat the same way, I am not looking to do anything with this besides run away from once being a fat guy. I don’t want to run away blast I am suffering through at all even if it means leaving gains on the table.

What's the thinking behind 3 days a week legs?
Lagging behind hard after a back injury. Only one of those days has any heavy pressing work like hack squats so I am able to recover from each session correctly. I prefer the extra volume over larger single sessions because my spine just feels better this way rather than totally nuking myself once or twice a week.

Hitting 102 kg and feeling sluggish is normal, especially if the bulk has been running hard for a while. Calling it in October and easing into a slower cut will help you breathe easier and move better while holding the size you built. Dropping hgh to 5 iu makes sense if you’re feeling heavy, and adding anavar in November will give you that tighter, leaner look going into the holidays without overhauling the cycle.

good finish to the bulk, 8kg up to 102.6 is a solid gain and leaning into a slower cut will help hold onto more of it. smart taper on the test and mast while you stretch the supply, and 5iu gh is still plenty for recovery and leaning out. enjoy the change of pace with fasting and some sun, you’ll harden up quick with the extra time on your side. :D really good look for you in the pics!

Weighted pull ups at 20kg for sets of 11-12 is already strong, if you keep pushing that up then 30 bodyweight reps by year end is realistic. The curls and rows after are good accessories to keep arms and upper back strong enough to support that goal.

Cycle setup is solid for a cut, test and mast balanced well with 5iu GH daily will hold muscle while you lean down. Adding SLU back in should give you a bit more drive too. :D

Coming off a bulk always feels rough, the shift in look and energy hits harder than expected. Retatrutide will make the transition easier as the water and inflammation settle down. Calve tendonitis sucks but once it calms you’ll rebuild fast, and your legs still look strong even if the proportions mess with your head.

You look good in the pics with deep separation coming through the legs. Keep single leg press as your main builder at 4 sets of 8-12 and hold hack squat at 110 kg for 2 sets of 10 to stay locked on form. :D
