Definitely a good setup right here with the back training. also yes superdrol is a helluva steroid. But it's also very toxic so don't use it too long. @Eveflorence

Good leg day. The pre fatigue from extensions and curls set up the hacks and presses perfectly, and stacking the drop sets on leg press you're hardcore, must be crazy leg pump!
Keep alternating 2 mg SS-31 and 2 mg MOTS-C ED, and keep Superdrol capped at 10 mg pre workout only until recovery feels normal.

You won't go wrong with a strong leg day. and yes superdrol is the shizzle for sure. the stuff is super strong and potent ! @Eveflorence
 
Remind is what SS-31 is and does
SS-31 is a mitochondrial peptide that helps repair and protect your cells energy systems. From what I read, it binds to cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane to reduce oxidative stress and improve ATP output.

In simple terms, SS-31 helps your cells make energy more efficiently. It seems to be on the mots-c level but I'm still researching these newer peptides. @Mobster

I did a 4 week run of it a few months ago and definitely noticed increased energy and endurance, a much greater delay in fatigue onset and just a lot clearer of mind as well

Been off all compounds for a month now except test at 125mg week. This was due in part to getting really sick so decided to drop the EQ and Mast and come down to a trt dose of test.

Of course, as soon as I felt better and could train again, the dark side called me and I threw in @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep injectable superdrol which I've been pinning 10mg an hour preworkout.
This stuff is amazing and has allowed me to keep strength, increase endurance, vascularity and hardness. I had a massage the other day and my usual therapist kept saying she couldn't believe how hard my muscles were they were like rocks.

Update on @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep peptide regime. Absolutely loving ss-31 and mots-c. I'm running 2mg of the ss-31 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, whilst 2mg of the mots-c is taken on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
I've noticed big improvements in endurance, namely cardiovascular but also muscular endurance and delayed time to fatigue. Managing to get more reps out on just about every exercise and don't want to leave the gym.
I feel like I've got more energy to just get up and do shit, to the point where sitting down gets a bit boring.
Also noticed a clearer sense of mind and motivation, particularly after pinning in the morning blbut also seems to have a lasting effect throughout the day.
Resting heart rate has also come down which I value highly at my age.

I'm loving them brother I truly believe now they have such an important role in our health and in what we do.

I'm the same as you mate during covid I fell in love with running and was doing 10km a day. Then a few stress fractures later and I had to ease up.
Low 50's during the day and overnight it was like 46-47

Yeah man it can be run longer than 4 no doubt, I just had in my head since starting it that I would run it 4 weeks, get bloods then reassess. It's less toxic than oral as it skips first pass through the liver but still puts strain on the liver nonetheless.
Get onto @Raptor Labs or @Raptor Rep and give it a crack you won't be disappointed

Good move on accessing at 4 weeks always a smart move to gauge where your at especially if its a new compound to the body.
I think im sold on trying the injectable,iv just dropped the anadrol atm and will have a break but superdrol is next for sure💪

You also don’t let your age scare you away from running different gear while keeping your health monitored and in check. I love this. Love the use of peptides too I’m big on those. I think they’re a hack for us older guys!

-Can you tell me more about superdrol? Dosage and how long did you run it? Never ran this due to liver toxicity but I’m not beyond doing a 2-week burst of it just to see LOL
