Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Lazy Chest Tuesday:

Seated machine chest press: 3x12 200lbs
Iso lateral chest presses: 3x10 180lbs on the machine.
Flat dumbbell presses: 2x8 80lbs dumbbells 1x7 80lbs dumbbells (i think i could've gotten 1 more here and go 3x8 but i just failed to even try, disgusted!!)
Pec dec: 2x12 170lbs 1x12 190lbs
Cable flyes (from the bottom): 3x12 35lbs each side.

Post cardio: 30 mins treadmill 3 speed 3 incline

Even thou I was lazy and mentally drained from lack of sleep, I felt good and powerful on the machine presses, seated and iso both. Pec dec felt amazing too.

Food after workout was beef and potatoes:

I was disgusted by the food too later on, but finished it. 300 grams of beef with 75 grams of potatoes.
Will cook chicken in tomato and yogurt when home for dinner.

Today is Tuesday, I will pin one ozempic today.
the beef and potatoes are a hearty meal @zucchini 30 minutes of treadmill is not bad at all. Certainly better than sitting on the couch doing nothing.

@zucchini the seated machine press looks fantastic. 200 lbs and doing 12 repetitions is no joke. That's a good workout.

Good chest day even if tired, presses still hit strong and pec dec volume good.

@zucchini You shouldn't be disgusted by this sort of meal unless you're drenching it in lots of butter and oil and stuff like that, but it should be pretty good just the beef and the potatoes.
Yeah not really disgusted tbh, I guess ozempic kicks in and it feels like I am forcing myself. It was good thou, good tasting and good fuel!
Very nice job on the beef and potatoes. Be careful cooking the food in tomatoes. That might be what's upsetting your stomach. And the yogurt could be as well if you don't tolerate dairy very well. @zucchini
No it's none of that tbh, it was the ozempic. I am extremely well with all the foods. my digestive system is super and I have no allergies thank god!

yes sir! I have fallen in love with them lately, trying to work around barbell presses for the sake of my shoulder, I think I am doing good! See today's legs workout, you might like it too.

Went for some jujitsu today, at noon, after about 3 months or so. It was tiring and super fun. I did good. Got gassed so couldn't pass all the guards but was good. Tomorrow will be kickboxing.

Leg extensions: 2x10 150lbs 1x10 165lbs
Hack squats: 3x12 160lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x10 360lbs

Make sure you get a protein shake in your system on ozempic you want to keep the protein as high as possible not to lose muscle @zucchini

The only think I have is some black berries :( and if I don't eat them, they will rott. only 120 grams thou.

This here is 350ml of milk with 2 scoops of protein with those 120 gram black berries:

Go with blackberries no issues :D

I will take one protein shake to work. and have my protein snack as well. then once I come home, maybe another protein shake + some chicken that I cooked in tomatoes and yogurt.

I had my protein snack in the morning, appetite was still dead. My legs were already cooked from yesterday but i went for kickboxing today at noon, thought it'd be an easy workout but man the pad work and partner drills, continous kicks and what not kicked my ass. Was about to puke 3 times. However made it thru. 1 hour of full on cardio, movement, push and pull, power strikes!!
Came back and had my protein shake. And alot of water through out the day later on.

Could have taken off the weights but didn't want to. Came for Back training, as i believe less is better than none.
My workout attire was still drenched in sweat when i took em out 4 hours after kickboxing at the weight room.

Lying barbell rows: 3x12 70lbs on the bar.
Chest supported Iso lateral row: 3x12 180lbs
Cable rows: 165lbs 3x10
Dumbbell rows: 80lbs 3x10 each side

Needless to say there was no cardio at the weight room today.

Have to take my brother out today, so will probably eat out too. Suggestions for food would be nice.

That’s a monster combo day, kickboxing then full back volume, your recovery will need some protein tonight. :D
Go with grilled meat or fish, a good carb like rice or potatoes, and some veg, skip fried or sauced foods so digestion stays clean after that double session.

All in all a filling and a good meal I would say!

Gonna get some sleep now, and then tomorrow, Friday work day and a solid shoulder day which I have planned!

Jujitsu was kick ass. Drills and practice for 25 mins which was already tiring and i was gassed but then i sparred for 4 rounds, 5 mins round each. I was extremely gassed and couldn't submit anyone, especially these young wrestlers, all they do is pressure but i held my own.

Came back to work and had my air fried chicken, followed by after work Arms today:

Machine Preacher curls: 3x10 110lbs

Tricep pushdowns: 3x10 170lbs
High pully tricep cable ext: 3x10 140lbs

Yeah it's like a case, that upper layer is some thick dark chocolate that's bitter and inside it's just all protein powder.
Appetite is okay, fading off. today is another day for my next injection of ozempic. and looks like this would be the last injection I have in stock.

I needed some carbs in me to recover from yesterday so I had boiled rice, chicken i cooked in tomato sauce + yogurt for breakfast.

Didnt go kickboxing today, needed to heal from the fatigue of jujitsu sparring from yesterday. Came to lift instead.

Mid-day Chest Tuesday:

Seated machine chest press: 2x12 200lbs 1x12 210lbs (i think I'll go with 210lbs from next week)
Flat barbell presses: 1x10 2x9 185lbs (feels very weird going back to the barbell)
Iso lateral chest presses: 3x10 180lbs on the machine.
Pec dec: 3x12 200lbs (this felt good, last rep on 2nd set and last 2 on last were partials)
Cable flyes (from the bottom): 3x12 35lbs each side.

Post cardio: 25 mins Stair master. 78 floors total.

@zucchini good job on the midday chest on a Tuesday. I sort of like working out in the middle of the day. I'll fast all morning, do my cardio and then I'll get in my weight training and then I'll have the rest of the day to finish work.

bros hit that chest like a champion. My kind of workout for sure. I got a lot of love for really hitting the crap out of the pectoral muscle. @zucchini

Yeah, I guess on ozempic, after a good hard workout day, body kindda crashes and asks for more nutrition and carbs to get the energy back.
@zucchini good job on the midday chest on a Tuesday. I sort of like working out in the middle of the day. I'll fast all morning, do my cardio and then I'll get in my weight training and then I'll have the rest of the day to finish work.

No I got them from back home, no need for a doctor's prescription there. Brought them with me here. Super cheap there, 1mg injection is like $7 cad.
If I have to get more, I need to find a doctor here in the city so I can ask them to prescribe it for me. I will work on that.



Weight still flush steady at 92kg. I honestly have NO Idea why it didn't drop a bit last week even thou I was eating good protein, had nothing bad at al,l no sugar, no fried food, no pizza, no bread, only "Bad" thing I had was those 2 slices of cheese with my keto rolls that too was only once.
The only sauces I had were 1 or 2 table spoon of them only 1 days in the past 7, those too were all sugar free.
Been keeping my cardio up.
Even went extra brutal cardio with Kickboxing and jujitsu, infact, have another jujitsu session today.

What could be going on here. I really think I need to break this 90kgs barrier just like I broke the 100kgs one and then I'd be golden. Really want to hit 85kgs before the year ends man....

rice, chicken in sauce sounds pretty nice. @zucchini as long as the sauce doesn't irritate the stomach. keep up the good work !

Always good to get in. A good Tuesday workout seems to be one of the slower days of the week since everyone trains on a Monday. @zucchini

All in all a very good workout. Even thou the last lying leg curl, my left hip/lower back was already not complying, i tried to push as much as i could but kept the weight n reps low.

I cant pose to save my life either man, keep working on it you will get there, you have some good size, just keep hitting the weights with consistency and cardio and youll kill it

It is hard to pose when you havent been taught brother i think all of us get a little awkward haha have a look at some posing tutorials on youtube brother, start practising and you will be a weapon at it for when your peeled to the bone 🤜🏼🤛🏼🔥🔥
