Rest day today - 1 hr Incline treadmill (Speed 4.5 incline 6.5) 411 cals burnt) - decided id do 1 hour just to get my steps in on my lazy rest day.

Tomorrow we smash some upper/triceps

Prs are still being made from session to session on nearly everything, still feeling pumped and strong, no fatigue and recovery is good. Cant ask for much more :)

oh and i got a new hat that i thought was pretty cool keep my neck from burning.

i had a bad steak at a work lunch the other day and had been feeling not good since. I feel much better today though, wont be able to get my cals in but will eat dry foods like dry toast and biscuits.

Thanks bro yeah the goal is now to stay really lean and tight, were gonna push the weight up 300g max per week so a controlled bulk so we dont get fat. Hoping to maintain slight abs and gain much more size

Looks like it was a cool tattoo at one point. That's a pretty cool story. I'd be tempted to leave it just as a fun memory and conversation starter.

I have a pretty shitty Dragon on my back. Got it from my boys cousin when I was 16. Blowouts everywhere, missing scales, total amateur work. I was gonna cover it but then I thought naw it's part of my life story. Just leave it for the memories

Compound movements ive kept the first working set to be 4-8 reps and the second working set 12-15 as to which ill use my first set as a unit of measure of progression.
(4-8 reps is a weight where i still maintain proper execution and form)

Isolation movements are kept in the 12-15 range, sometimes will go as high as 25 as long as cardio doesnt become the limiting factor when it comes to reaching mechanical failure.

No issues on compound movements but isolations are higher reps due to the fact im training around a golfers elbow (right forearm)

Started Mots-C this morning @ 1mg daily pre workout, made me feel like i took 10 showers and got a fresh fade at the barbershop, fresh energetic and ready to rip into the weights.

Awesome bro, yeah make my own caps. Got some slow release caps from ebay and a digital jewellery scale, pour powder into the bowl and tare it that way. Comes with a mini scooper too. Put some good music on and you can cap a few months worth in half an hr :)

i split my caps 25mg for the morning fasted cardio and 25mg for pre training if that helps

If you can write a little on the thoughts on what's in your stack
Slupp332, ss31, mot c, methylene blue all are part of a mitochondrial stack im experiementing with whilst in a surplus, all around since starting i feel more energy throughout the day and at the gym its extremely noticeable. As i push up food this will help me maintain great insulin sensitivity.

test and eq my ratio that keeps my e2 in reference range lower dose npp not sure yet as have only just started will be only for 8 weeks not pushing any higher than this i suppose it will add further strength + lubrication of joint benefits. Alot of my lifts are heavy compounds in the 4-8 rep range)

HGH at 5iu has been great for my sleep and recovery, id be using more but its expensive stuff for me atm.

1mg Retatrutide same as the other peps, insulin sensitiviry benefits also its great effects on lipids.

Novorapid as the carbs are getting pushed higher utilising the nutrient partitioning of it. Makes me feel full as a house, carbs are going into the muscle, an all day pumped feeling. Could definitely go with out it but its a choice i made to use it in this 9 weeks push phase before i start prep for comp.

Hunger at 0, feeling very full at the end of each day. Fasted weight since the cal bump 3 days ago has been between 75.8-76.1kg.

Feeling full feeling strong and making every rep count.

this build phase im really focused on bringing these legs and vtaper up for the classic flow i will present on stage in september. Pretty happy with everything else but we still hammer everything else all with the same intent.

Have hired a posing coach who will be with me on my journey, once a week every weekend until comp.

Weight has held 75.8kg the last 2 weeks on same calories/macros, composition im impressed with. Makes me wonder how shredded i really looked like 8kg ago 😂

Your abs really outstanding :D you are really ripped @justapotato I hope you keep this up and even during the little one birth you can push out the training
