Lately I've been thinking about quitting Crossfit for a while, I need to preserve my poor knees and improve overall life quality.
For example, If I have to stand up for 7/8 hours, the following day my leg will hurt a lot, hence I'm trying to find a way in order to workout without stressing my knees / joint.

I saw a Gym close to my home which has both olympic / calistenic and multifunctional stuff, so I will give this a shot in January.

This will be paired with the upcoming deca / boldenone cycle.

Below a scheme I build (with AI help) in order to preserve / improve muscular mass, while mantain gymnastic and olympic skills

it's basically all 3-4*10 with supersets, pump sessions and skill focus

Wow, 5 kg! That's awesome gains, but ouch on the joints! I totally get the clean eating struggle; it's a mission trying to track everything with a busy schedule. Good call on the fisio check-up, hope that diclofenac helps! And definitely open a thread about the gyno check-up, I'm curious to see what the doc says. Maybe post a pic of the gyno now?

I'm not a fan of CrossFit. It's a little beta for my taste, but I know some CrossFit people have really jacked physiques, so I do respect it somewhat. @Simoneme

That is some cool stuff right there in the jungle gym. I love that you can train barefoot on sand like that. It's very primitive and it's a really cool looking area to work out. @Simoneme

totalized 40 rounds (the strongest did 65 with 90 kg)

then hit the gym early this morning

Before I forget, saturday morning I was involved in a "traffic argument" while I was riding my bike.
I told this guy to be careful with the car because he was about to run me over, and he replied, ‘If I get out of the car, I’ll kill you!’” with a Italian southern accent that made me really pissed off

Then I parked my bike, took off the sunglasses and he jumped off the car, leaving his family parked in the middle of the roundabout.

I put my hands behind my back to show that I didn’t want to start the argument. He pressed his head against me and gave me a light slap, and I couldn’t do anything but respond, open-handed. I sent his glasses flying about 15 meters, and he almost fell. He came at me again, I pushed him, and he fell completely, tumbling into a row of rental bikes. I asked him if he wanted more, he said yes, so I got into a boxing stance (I used to do boxing and Muay Thai), and this time I was ready to hit with a closed fist. Fortunately, he understood and left.

I don't think I'll do it again, except in a stadium context. Anyway, after such a long time since it last happened, I'm still quite capable of defending myself

Long story short: I learned that, in addition to overtraining, you need to be careful not to get too angry during a cycle because you really become very strong . And most important, nowadays, people can be armed.

As far as I can see, rage is increasing here. Both for social envy and working stress.
Most of the people are angry each other because "oh look, why other people are rich and I'm such a jerk with a dead end job?"
That's not my case for sure, anyhow yes it's pretty normal. In some towns knifes / belts / bottles are part of the game as well.
I wouldn't reccomend anyhow such behaviour, getting stabbed for a missed right of way isn't worth the risk.
