@BeMe it isn’t better but it isn’t stopping me either. There is a little more stretching that is going into most workouts. Nothing too intense that would cause strength issues. Just more warmups and a little static stretching between sets.
Ahh the good ole work around it protocol lol. Sometime I'm very familiar with. I'm actually running the same protocol with my forearm and elbow right now LOL

That one sounds like one of those injuries that will take a lot of time to heal so no option but to keep training around it imo.

Glad to hear your finding ways to improve the situation though and hopefully you guys are keeping warm before training now.

Chest is doing better. I’ll get a little tightness and a pulling feeling but the pain is gone and I do some static stretching and seems to work it out okay.

I did the massage gun for a little over a week every evening
If you have the budget buy an infrared lamp like $50 on amazon i think add the lamp and gun daily to different parts for long term recovery @TAGII
