Ahh the good ole work around it protocol lol. Sometime I'm very familiar with. I'm actually running the same protocol with my forearm and elbow right now LOL@BeMe it isn’t better but it isn’t stopping me either. There is a little more stretching that is going into most workouts. Nothing too intense that would cause strength issues. Just more warmups and a little static stretching between sets.
