Approved Log Fat loss Journal - Andromix and Retatrutite

*Log Update*

I figured i would continue on this current log thread since I'm about to do basically a repeat of it.

Goal is to recomp and lean down some more.

Current weight this morning was 225.5 (just got off a 3 day cruise vacation). I've been closer to 220 for a couple weeks. The last week I've been taking Mk677 which has increased my appetite and I'm assuming I have some water retention from (Stopped taking it yesterday). Because I dont think I've eaten in that much of a surplus. So we'll see how quickly it gets back to 220lbs.

Diet will be similar to what I was doing last time. Shooting for 200-250 protein per day. Will try to keep carbs closer to workout time.

Training:
Planning to do a mixture of strength and hypertrophy training. 5x5 style again with accesories. Will shoot for at least 10,000 steps per day.

Supplements for cycle:
N2guard
DSIP for sleep aid at 250mcg
Cardarine 10mg
Tadalfil 5mg
Multivitamin
Fiber supplement
Reta or Tirzepatide 5mg per week split dose
Omega 3 supplements
Im sure I'm forgetting some stuff here.

Gear for cycle: From UGFreak with their 40% off deal 💰

1. Dragon Pharma Cut Long 300. 100mg/ml of each. Test e, tren e, mast e. at 0.6ml EOD.
2.Turinabol 40mg a day
3. I had 2.5ml of the andromix left over that I'm injecting 0.5ml eod with the Cut long here at the beginning to use it up and Kickstart it
4. Anastrozole on hand. Will probably take 1mg per week.

@floridaman1984 Great numbers......keep up the good work........

Did my 4th shot this morning. Finally worked up the nerve for the faster dart method in my right delt. It went good, didn't bury the needle all at once but getting it started is always the worst part anyways.

This was the last of my leftover andromix that ive been adding in. I did get in some Beligas test p / tren a mix yesterday from domestic supply. I was going to do 1 more week of adding the tren a with the long esters. Does that sound about right @LevButlerov @HarleyGuy? First time using tren e so I wasnt sure how long it took to get fully built up, was assuming 2 weeks.

Atta boy! I knew you could do it.

And ... for enanthate saturation you're looking at about 6 weeks for total saturation. I don't see a need to continue the TrenA alongside the TrenE in order to piggyback the enanthate ester since your TrenE will peak for you in a few days with a half life of about 1.5 weeks. You can titrate the TrenA dose down to zero over the next few days if you really want from the date of your first TrenE pin.

This issue of avoiding peaks and keeping saturation steady is exactly why I'm microdosing at the moment and will be microdosing ED as will be seen in my 2026 log starting after the Christmas holidays.

I hope I was able to extract the info you needed from what I think was your question?

Yeah that covers it. Ill back it down over the next couple days and be just on the tren e cut mix then. Its only been at 25mg EOD anyways. Thanks @HarleyGuy.

Other than the tren what else are you switching from prop to enanthate with?

test and mast also.

I’ve been injecting 0.6ml of the DP Long 300 and 0.5ml the Andromix 150. Alongside each other.

So I’ve already got test e, mast e, and tren e in my system for a week now. 4 injections worth.
Ahhh ok. Then just dump the acetate and prop esters at this point and switch to enanthate. No need to piggyback those two together.

@HarleyGuy you can tell the long esters are heavier. I drew in the short esters first (lighter color) then they ended up rising to the top.
Looks yummy... that's just different carrier oils competing with different viscosity, likely grapeseed vs. sesame.

Definitely getting leaner if you notice you still have some excess fat around your chest. That's one of the last areas men will hold. @floridaman1984 once that goes away, then the next place is going to be around the stomach.
Yeah it's going to be stubborn it seems like. Plus the skin being on the looser side. But I just feel fortunate it's not any worse after losing 80lbs in the last 13 months or so.

@floridaman1984 I think with the tools at your disposal now, you're capable of dropping under 200 pounds and getting super lean. That would be cool to see.
It seems like once I reached the 220lb mark I've just been maintaining. I'll dip down to 217 then back up to 225.

Which i know is more diet / food than anything. Just going to have to suck it up on that part and make progress.

Had to cut my workout short. Flying back to work this morning.

Nice weight. Deadlift is the mother of all compound movements I'd start with that next time when you're fresh and hungry, the adrenaline from it will fuel the rest of your pull training.

It is diet for sure and water weight from day to day. It could literally be if you haven't had your morning piss yet either. A good sign is when you weigh in the morning close to what you weighed before bed. Keep the diet clean and just trust the process this is going really well!

I lost exactly 80lbs in 8 months (as seen in my log) and I still am struggling with the lower chest fat and lower stomach excess skin. Let's give it one year and see.

Yeah that's exactly what I was thinking on the skin. Give my body 1 year to adjust to its new size. Then maybe look into ways to help it.

Already take collagen every day also.

I was wondering this too. I take 20g collagen ED and sometimes 40g when I forgot I already took my 20g LOL. Guys like us need that it's an underrated supplement.

Will be a good test over the Christmas holiday. Luckily for me, I didn't get invited anywhere. I don't really talk to my daughter anymore.

Sorry to hear that, man. My daughter has been upset with me ever since my wife's accident.

Yep, it doesn't get any easier from here. The first 80 pounds was great, now you got to really dial things in to get another 10-15 pounds.

Man your transformation is incredible. Happened really fast too. I bet you were pretty jacked before right?
In my 20’s I just had a good “working man’s” build. I didn’t do dedicated weight training. Just hard labor on the drilling rigs. I was pretty solid. Especially with the poor diet and all the drinking back then. Amazing what you can get away with in your 20’s lol. Looking back I wish I would’ve ate right and hit the gym.

Trying to make up for it now though.

Looked like you have some good muscle memory getting so jacked so fast. Could just be really great genetics. The amount of change you've made so quickly is extraordinary. If you did this much this quick imagine a year from now, and then 2 years. If you just keep doing what you're doing you're gonna be one of those freaky jacked dudes that little kids just stare at

Just lots of walking and stairs at work.
That does go a long way, believe it or not. When I used to work at the theme parks as an engineer, I used to do a lot of walking. Those places are not small, even parking and walking to work took me a while. @floridaman1984

@floridaman1984 I honestly have been impressed with you man. I wasn't so sure about you. I'm always skeptical when a new member comes on here, but wow, you have exceeded my expectations. These workouts are definitely hardcore and consistent.
Thanks for recognition. Once I get into a groove and make it a part of my lifestyle I can stay committed and consistent pretty easy. I enjoy the working out now honestly and look forward to it.

Plus the advice, support, help, and motivation from all the established members here like yourself has been great.

The proper eating is still the hardest part but has gotten easier over the last year.

Definitely, you're getting on a little bit of a roll here. I bet you a year from now, you'll look back and be blown away.

Bro you are the real deal! Your transformation has officially engaged for launch. Your arms and abs are the most obvious and I don 't even see another hole left on that belt to make it tighter. You know you're doing well when you need a new belt and to buy new clothes!

Now all you gotta do with this transformation is get rid of the upper body hair and you'll take another 1-2% BF off your look. Amazing log and dedication to your goals brother!

4 week update Scale weight this morning 232 lbs. it’s been real hectic at work. But I’ve still been able to eat pretty clean and get most of my working out done. I leave for home tomorrow night, so hopefully will be able to turn it up a notch at home. Still happy with the progress so far.
