I sound like a broken record, but, "im tired boss".

I was able to get through my workout, but it felt like going through the motions, and not a super productive session. This deload cant come soon enough!

Breakfast - Protein pancake
Morning Snack - Protein iced coffee
Lunch - Extra lean mince, sweet potato and spinach
Afternoon Snack - Protein pudding
Dinner - Soup and one piece of toast with butter
Dessert - Caramello koala (the small one, not the big one! :LOL:)

Even eating today was a chore. My coffee machine is getting a workout these last few days!

Assisted band pull ups (purple) x 6 (3 sets)
Machine close grip row 30kg x 8 (3 sets)
Machine underhand pull downs 25kg x 10 (3 sets)
Cable straight arm push down 9kg x 10 (3 sets)

Be careful sister. Dragging your arse to a perceived finish line is when injuries happen because form starts to get sloppy. None of us wants to see that happen, especially since you have been doing so fantastically 🩡

Though I didn't use it properly seeing as I already did so many steps.

You have managed this really well. You will feel amazing after you deload and be sooooo ready for the next block of training. Loving the log sister. 🩡
 
You’re in a really good spot to start the build phase being so lean. This is good because you can probably draw it out to 4-6 months before doing a quick tidy-up/ mini cut (so long as you are sensible with the extra calories, haha). It’ll be faster initially, but 150-200g weekly average weight gain is a good amount to aim for. Excited for this next phase 😁

Don't be afraid to take a de-load week immediately. I would have started it when you did your rest day. It doesn't have to be planned.

Usually for me poor sleep is the sign. If I get three nights in a row where I wake in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep then I de-load straight away. Usually this is every 8 weeks or so. I still do the same exercises but drop the weight by 10% or so.

Another important thing is to take a full week off weights at least once per year.

Its definately the leanest i've ever been. If i didn't have the loose skin around my stomach i've have abs. :cry:

You’re in a really good spot to start the build phase being so lean. This is good because you can probably draw it out to 4-6 months before doing a quick tidy-up/ mini cut (so long as you are sensible with the extra calories, haha). It’ll be faster initially, but 150-200g weekly average weight gain is a good amount to aim for. Excited for this next phase 😁

Deload is exactly what was required physically and mentally it seems. I personally always find that the mental deload is as beneficial if not more so. We are all so goal focused, when we are in a training block or on cycle, that we forget how tiring mentally it is to be "on" for 12-16 weeks straight. Enjoy sister 🩡

My skin has looked really good lately, and I haven’t had any issues with muscle or joint pain either.

The bpc and tb in the klow is definitely helpful.

The pip is pretty bad. Some days it’s worse than others. The worst part is the random itchiness you get from injections.

The only reservation I have with the Anavar is as @Alice_In_Ironland has mentioned is that it can mess with the period.

I’m going to start the bulk on just the hgh and Reta (and Klow obviously) and see how I can progress on that. If I stall, and or body composition really falls apart, I can deploy the Anavar as a boost, if I need it.

10 tabs for me would last ages anyway, as they are 10mg tabs and I would only need 2.5mg on training days.

Yeah. So there is a little chamber in the top, that you load a 3ml vial in, thats super skinny. You recon the pep like you would normally and then transfer it to the vial and load the vial into the pen. Once the vial is spent you can put a new one in.

What i didnt like about the insulin needles is that after you jab them into the vial, they are already blunted, so once you then jab it into yourself, its not the sharpest it could be.

With the pen, it uses these screw on needle tips, so they are super sharp and easy to dispose of.

The only downside is that you have to buy the tips, as most needle exchanges dont stock them.

Obviously have to plug @RRRaus and @Prymal as they both stock the pens and provide me with the best equipment to ensure a smooth jabbing experience. Use my code "Sheshredz00" to get 0% off your order :ROFLMAO:

I have never used the pens but I will say they look pretty 😍. Every single time I have a deload and actually relax I really can feel why I needed to wind back. The KLOW injection bothered me today. Today was lower stomach for the loose skin. I could just feel that dull ache all day. And I know tomorrow that spot will itch like crazy. Really not sure if these KLOW injections are worth it. The only reservation I have with the Anavar is as @Alice_In_Ironland has mentioned is that it can mess with the period.
At higher doses than 2.5mg preworkout it could yes. You should be alright if it's only pre workout. HRT for women is usually around 7.5mg/week (at least for HarleyGirl it is) so 3 of those quarter tabs a week should be fine.

I still get it too it's like a travel companion for me that I've come to know and love. Like the annoying best friend from grade school that you can't unfriend and you never know when it will pop up and annoy you. I've been doing it daily and it's working, I'm also noticing my hair is getting (or appears) thicker so try and keep at it. If it's what's going to make you quit the KLOW altogether then abandon ship on lower belly fat and keep the KLOW in for your bulk. It will be your first bulk going a bit heavier with high calories so the KLOW might be crucial for you.

Im LOVING these peptide pens! Its such a fancy way to get your jabs in.

You love the PIP! It makes you a true sister of EVO and your logging of your battle with it is honourable and I’m with you for the ride. My lower stomach loose skin has given up and finally admitted defeat and I’m now used to it over almost all areas unless I pick a brand new spot then it takes a few days and I have my travel companion PIP with me for the road.

She’s super excited. She has sooo many clothes that she kept hoping to be able to fit into one day. When I met her I was like OMG you should be on a Housewives episode with all this clothing bling it’s a walk in closet a mile long. She says I don’t fit into any of them. When I used to driiiiiink I tried that… meh. Bit if you drink an entire name-brand liquid pedialyte before you go to sleep you will feel fine in the morning. Bet me anythingπŸ™‚.

Another think that works if you didn’t do that is an IV for hydration. It really works.

Hahaha I used to get pretty athletic when I drank too. My friends would always get me started, telling the whole bar I could do one arm pull-ups and stuff. Challenging big dudes for me doing all kinds of things hahaha. I arm wrestled every single winner at a water ski tournament until like 3am. 2 pull ups is 1% of women or better! And your arms show itπŸ’ͺ

Today was a pretty relaxing day. I was able to catchup on some of my reading, and kept active by getting some use of my walking pad. Its been such a good investment, i could see how using one with a standing desk would be a good way to get in steps during the day, if you have a sit down job.

Breakfast - White coffee
Morning Snack - One piece fruit toast and protein shake
Lunch - Toasted Ham and cheese sandwich
Afternoon Snack - Protein bar
Dinner - Homemade Cheeseburger
Dessert - Few small bites of some pastries

Made my own smashburger for dinner. You can make a really healthy burger with lean beef, low fat cheese and low sugar sauces. Goes to show that you can still eat fun foods and hit your goals.

Like i mentioned before, i got alot of use out of my walking pad, which allowed me to get in my 8k steps. I am really looking forward to lifting weights again. My first workout will be pilates this weekend, which i planned on doing on my deload anyway.

Definately feeling alot better mentally, by having this time off. I am much more refreshed, my body feels better and im feeling very motivated again. I can't recommend a deload enough to anyway who might be feeling a bit run down.

Healthy smash burgers sounds like my kind of meal!! What kind of buns did you use?
