Veteran Log Testosterone Deca Tren HGH Cardarine Cycle Log

cardarine will help your cardio even when sick so stay on it @BeMe
proviron more related to nandrolones/npp than trenbolone
20mgs proviron risky why?
I meant the cardarine at 20mg for too long being a bit risky.

The Proviron I've been running at 50mg and I dropped it down to 25mg.

Do you have any recent bloodwork bro? I'd like to see how well the Aromasin is working against the Test/ Deca. High BP, alongside the illness, could also be related to e2.
Nothing recent. I had bloodwork scheduled this coming week but since I'm off the Tren temporarily and sick I rescheduled it. First available was Feb 14.

The illness I caught from everyone around me. My entire family got sick, people I work with too. I'm the last one to get this nasty flu thats been going around right now. Anytime I tell someone I'm sick they go on about how sick they were a couple weeks ago.

Before getting sick I wasn't feeling any high e2 symptoms. I added the aromasin in because I was experiencing some before and since adding the asin the symptoms all went away.

Yeah it smashed my family and I as well. The sickness went around the house for WEEKS. I got bloods done while it was still lingering and it clearly affected them. Better to wait for sure.

BP can be improved through diet and electrolyte manipulation as well though - can you link me to a post in your log where you break down your food?

Are you doing any cardio at the moment?

Ya I figured it would be a waste of bloodwork to go in sick and off cycle.

Been slacking on cardio lately but I typically get my 10k steps at work. I'm in the trades

I eat the same meals every single day with the exception of dinner lol. I just eat for fuel.

Current macros when I'm healthy and training are
300P, around 100F, 400-500C depending on my output

All food is orgranic, free range, antibiotic free for the most part.

I drink the Pedialyte advanced formula every morning with breakfast.

Typical day
Meal 1
Lactose Free Greek yogurt, whey, blueberries, oats

Meal 2
Peanut butter on Ezekiel bread, blueberries, raspberries, hemp hearts, banana, cliff bar, core power shake

Meal 3
Chicken breast, raw broccoli, bell peppers, baby carrots, blueberries, whole wheat snack breads, hummus, rice cakes

Meal 4
Whatever my wife makes, I usually post a pic. Typically a protein, carbs, and veggies.

Supps list
Multivitamins
Metabolic synergy (Metabolic support)
Mineral multi
Glucosamine
Chondroitin

Nutrition is pretty good bro and the health supps are comprehensive. Do you know what your total Sodium: Potassium ratio on most days is? You'd be drinking plenty of water hey?

it is relative to what though? @BeMe to tren no, to whey protein yes :P
you can drop it to 10mgs but wont make much difference

yes but wont make a big difference in the 4-5 days you dropped it

Not positive, but looking at my macros tracker I'd say sodium to potassium is roughly 1:2

Ya I drink a ton of water. Typically close to 8L but on a low day 6L

Sorry, more specific again. I know there's some research showing a cancer/tumour risk with cardarine.

So isn't it recommended to use cardarine for short cycles and try to keep the dose lower?

check this article old but valid
https://www.evolutionary.org/gw-501516-cardarine-cancer
cardarine gw501516 has no tumor risk at normal doses
just like aspirin has no death risk with a baby aspirin, but take 20 and you're dead @BeMe

Just the usual overdosing rodents eh. Figures.

I thought the fact it the trials stopped at rodents meant they ran a proper trial and it wasn't safe for human testing.

That was a really good write up
yes when they overdosed them they stopped lol :P @BeMe

How are you tracking bro?
Still crook?
I figured it was sick but wasn't sure lol.

Ya bro still sick. It actually got a lot worse after I dropped the Tren. I think the Tren was keeping my energy levels up so day 2 with no Tren A I felt like dog shit, just dragging ass all day, low mood.

My wife was saying she's never seen me get sick like this once in the 16 years we've been together.

Day 5 with no Tren and day 6 without training. I've gotten so sick and weal training wouldn't even be possible even if I wanted too. Yesterday was actually the sickest I've been yet, today is a bit better. Hopefully I'm on the tail end of this flu at this point. Not sure what this is but I haven't gotten sick like this in as long as I can remember. I actually resorted to taking Tylenol cold and flu to get throught my workday yesterday and get some sleep.

The only positive is my BP has come down a lot. Guess that's cuz the Tren is outta my system. Day 2 off the Tren felt like my hormones crashed. Super lethargic, very low mood. It was pretty tough. Since then my illness has just gotten worse.

Going to keep the Tren out until I start feeling normal again. Miss feeling like myself. Nothing in life is more important than health.

Wow bro, I am so glad you backed off training. Make sure you look after yourself and get 100% better. Your statement above that "nothing in life is more important than health" is spot on. Otherwise why would we be on Evo in the first place brother 😁

Yea when you don't have your health it really reminds you how important it is. You know this better than anyone

No good mate, must be a pretty bad variant then. Swear it always happens on cycle.

Yea there's some really bad flu going around up here. A lot of people are telling me they were sick for 2 weeks. Pretty shitty timing that this came around while I was on Tren lol. Hopefully I'll be all better soon and just pick right back up where I left off

Timing is terrible. Correct protocol now is to double tren dosage to catch up right coach @LevButlerov

No time off work unfortunately. We're so busy. I've been coming home a little bit early each day. Only working the high priority stuff right now but the workload is backing up.

Keeping the macros steady has been tough. My appetite got nuked by this flu. I'm basically only hungry at breakfast and a little at lunch. Meals 3 and 4 I'm forcing myself to eat it all.

best is to keep rested as much as you can and get more chicken soup like heavy fatty broth in end day if you can @BeMe

Disapprove, need to rest up bro not work
That's life when you own your own company bro. Gotta lead by example and keep the customers happy. My job is 24/7.

I've worked through my worse than this bro.

I'm keeping my days as short as possible. Coming home an hour or 2 early and on hitting high priority stuff. Just sux that this week we've had a ton of no power calls that just have to get done.

Yep my wife made me some home made chicken and vegetable soup. She's viet and they love their soups so she's always saving bones to make broth. The chicken soup she made me is amazing. You can see the fat glistening on the top of the broth lol

@BeMe tren weakens your immune system significantly. It's so inflammatory in the body that it will break you down. I highly recommend that you be doing everything in your power to boost your immune system if you do decide to get back on it.

You are sick all the time because you live in a cold climate. @BeMe when you don't wear socks indoors enough and cover up.. or you go outside in your wet socks in the cold weather, of course you're going to catch a cold.

@BeMe yeah, I don't think people understand that part about work. When you have a business, you got to work on holidays. Christmas or Thanksgiving means nothing. Also, if you work in jobs like hospitality, you got to work those holidays. That's where you make the most money.

Much as I hate taking meds I absolutely saved me ass when I had Pneumonia when I took penicillin. Are you on any meds?
I've been taking Tylenol cold and flu on as needed. I'm the same way as you, I hate taking medicine. I prefer letting my body get the training and do the work itself if possible.

I've only used the meds a couple days. Managed to get through today without needing anything.

This is literally the first time I've gotten sick like this in over 16 years, except for after the COVID vaccine. I never get sick. My immune system is usually bulletproof but this flu is getting everyone up here. Sounds like the AUS bros are getting hit hard too.

I think it was just a perfect storm. Long work days, on Tren, and this super flu combined got me.

Any suggestions on what would boost an immune system @stevesmi ? I take all the typical vitamins and probiotics.

Bros, that's what my wife always says. In Japanese culture they take health very seriously. She is always telling me, "When I'm sick see how important it is to be healthy." @BeMe
Yea bro we're serious about our health. Have you seen my supplement list lol. That stuffs been beaten into my head since I was a kid. What foods to eat, gotta drinknole of green tea, take your vitamins haha

Bro I never get sick. This is a weird 1 off. Even COVID couldn't touch me and my wife had it twice.

But that's a pretty funny piece of advice lol. Up here we all wear socks inside. This isn't the South lol.

The piece of advice moms always give up here is don't go outside until your hair is completely dry after a shower or you'll catch cold.

Kinda like what you said

Yep you're bang on. I used to work as a waiter when I was younger and the holidays were always the big money days. People are extra generous during that time so you gotta be there.

With my work I could get a call right now and go out. Its 24/7. We're a small shop but we got big customers so we gotta offer a high level of service to compete against the big companies.

I think a lot of people have turned to Keto and have really found a liking to it. But others have tried it and they didn't like it so much. It just depends. @BeMe
Keto wouldn't work for me. I'm good on lowsih carbs but no carbs I could never do. A life without rice is no life for me lol. High fat makes me feel gross and low fat makes me feel weak and tired. I feel better when my fats are moderate.

on tren you are going to get sick. i'm usually good for 1 or 2 sleepless throwup nights while on it.

it does things inside your body that are rough.

best thing you can do is train at home while on tren i guess. if you go to a gym you are going to catch things. maybe go when its not too many people and wipe down the machines and wash your hands constantly. an airborne virus is gonna spread fast in a gym with the dirty air. and yes get your vax shots which i know you will hate. lots of fasting boosts immune system. you have your nutrition on point as far as i know. and get more sleep which i think you do an okay job of.

Yeah especially in your field when something needs to be fixed, it doesn't care that it's a holiday or not. Seems like septic tanks always get clogged for example on holidays haha.

if you're wet and then the wind blows on you, you'll get sick. My grandma used to always tell me that ha ha.

I only train at home bro. Never go to gyms. Brought the gym to me lol

I can't do vaccines. I always get a crazy reaction to them and get sick as a dog.

Fasting I'm good with, just not on cycle right

Must be one of those old wives tales that just makes it through the generations. I wouldn't have thought you guys even need to worry about that down there. Isn't it always hot there?

Fasting I'm good with, just not on cycle right
no fasting on tren. bad idea. fast regularly when you aren't on cycle especially tren. that boosts immune system via autophagy

I used to intermittent fast everyday for a few years. Now they call it time restricted eating.

Maybe I'll start fasting again every now and again. I always found if I stay busy I can just skip meals no problem

gotta recycle those white blood cells

a good idea to fast while you are sick too, allows your immune system more power

Must be one of those old wives tales that just makes it through the generations. I wouldn't have thought you guys even need to worry about that down there. Isn't it always hot there?
It's super hot from about May all the way to October, like mind-numbingly hot and humid every single day. 95 degrees and humid, with a heat index at 110 or 115 degrees. But when we get a strong cold front it can get really cold. Last night was a really cold night. It got down close to freezing. But then it will warm back up the next day.

Bro, septic tanks are the worst. I hate the smell. You never get used to it.
Yea I remember at our old cottage we'd have to get it pumped now and again and the smell was so bad outide you could smell it down the road

Wow I had no idea it could get that cold there. Must be a nice break from the heat for a bit guy like you

bros you need to probably get a better outlay to the tank or have it deeper

i thought you said you dealt drugs on the podcast. maybe i had you mixed up and that was harleyguy
Yea that was my previous career age 15 to 24.

Even tho I hustled I actually always had a job until around 21 when things just got to busy where I didn't have time for a job. Always liked working and it helped explain why I had money when my parents asked lol

Its been 4 days since I last posted up here in my log. Honestly it felt like it was getting tedious and negative constantly talking about how sick I am and how I can't do anything. Turned into a bummer of a log so I figured I'd stay out until I got some positive news to report.

Thursday I got the day off work cuz of a blizzard and staying home all day really helped. I worked outside in the cold all day yesterday and felt kinda wrecked when I got home from work, but better than before. Today I woke up feeling pretty much all better finally. The only lingering symptom is the occasional congestion and some minor shortness of breath.

Honestly I'm feeling like myself again for the first time in a week and half. Feels like with a good night's sleep tonight and more rest tomorrow I'll be back to full strength again.

Currently my mood is back up, libido is back, and appetite is way up again. Its been 9 days off cycle and 10 days since I last trained. Looks like this week could be the time I finally get back at it again.

The only real negative is my weight fell off a cliff these last few days. I was maintaining my macros and calories throughout the sickness, but I guess my body was burning a ton of extra energy fighting off this flu. Nothing I could do about it cuz I was already force feeding myself just trying to maintain macros.

No more scary healthy warning on my whoop strap and my recovery is almost peaked today. Looking close to my normal self again according to the metrics.

Glad to see you are feeling alot better bro. I totally get the not posting when you are unwell, that was why my own hiatus from Evo went from 2 weeks to 2 months. Would have brought everyone down reading "Well today I feel like shit....again" everyday for 2 months 😂. Keep well brother, good to see you back on track.

Ahh that was at the old place. It was a cottage with an old septic setup. The new place has a massive septic bed
bros, believe it or not, that's a great place to hide a body. Seen many stories from dudes who found bodies in there.

I hope you're right bro. All this time off was killer for me, but I didn't even have a choice this time around. Training wasnt even a option.

Today is a different story though. I could definitely train again now, but I'm gonna give it another day or two just to make sure I'm totally outta the woods and don't back slide.

Yea bro it all feels so negative. Even though it's what's actually happening just feels like a buzz kill for everyone else.

Coming back with some good news for a change feels great though. Must've felt extra good in your situation. My problems are so minor by comparison.

Awesome. No brother they are not. I caused a great deal of my own problems by not listening to anyone and thinking Ill be fine, unlike yourself who listened, acted and got better reasonably fast. Regardless, we are both A' ok now and moving on to far better things ✨

one of the things that people have to do in life is be disciplined with their money to protect it.
Yea tell that too a kid who's making as much money as a doctor LOL. Easy come easy go as they say. When you're making a lot of money at a young age and you like to party you can really spend a lot lol. I remember I figured out how much money I was spending a week just om restaurants and I could've easily financed a Ferrari with that money LOL. No joke. The amount of money in drugs I was using each week was easily another high end Ferrari.

It was a great learning lesson tho. Its probably why I'm so disciplined with saving and investing now. At this pace I can comfortably retire before by the time I'm 50. Everything happens for a reason as they say

Thanks bro. I'm really looking forward to it. It wasn't even the physical problems. Mentally I really haven't been myself in a week. Felt pretty depressed and quicker to anger. Its like a clouds been lifted off my brain now

Yea the result is the most important thing and we live and learn from the experience

Man I turned over so much money when I was a young weed dealer. It never did amount to anything in the end. It started out of desperation and ended up just lucky it didn’t end worse. Dumbest thing I ever did was get back into it as an adult. Made a stupid amount of money ridiculously fast because I was smarter financially, but still lost it all because I didn’t stop when I promised myself I would. Hard learner

I'm gonna give it 1 more day just to make sure I'm 100% then I'm gonna start training again on Tuesday.

Cardio was definitely part of the plan to try and get my lung capacity back. I've been hitting the sauna daily right now to try and help with that a bit.

I was thinking this week I'm going to run a deload training week. Keep everything light and low volume and feel things out as the week progresses.

Don't feel bad bro..I got caught twice before I stopped too lol
It’s weird for me. I never did it thinking I was going to get rich or anything. It wasn’t greed. I just didn’t see a better way at the time. Was there a better way? Surely. But that was the opportunity that was available to me. I never intended to make a career out of it. My regrets are for the people around me. That was what I took for granted.

sounds like the same issue pro athletes have. 50K dinner parties weekly will burn through cash fast

Bros, damn, you must make some good money as an electrician. Plumbing don't pay that much. My wife, she don't share money with me so I gotta pay my own way. @BeMe

Sometimes it takes a couple of strikeouts to finally learn your lesson. @BeMe I know I've learned my lesson hard dealing with women over the years. But it's good, at least we have the gym to free our minds.
