Yep. This because in small towns we are not used to such things and people are sitting ducks for criminals (the mallard is our city mascotte btw, and in dialect, if you tell "mallard" to a person, it means literally "idiot" / being a mallard if you have been swindled)
I have been to many places, including for example LA, and I see people are used to dial with anti social behaviours and stuff like that, we are so naive instead. Anyhow, life quality here in my town is still very high and so are salaries compared to rent and grocery prices, which is not so common in Italy; after all I consider myself very lucky.
 
@simonme you are looking like a million bucks in that towel. Abs are popping nicely, and you look lean and mean. Keep it up.
They do pop because of crossfit training; it's hard to be in caloric surplus as much as it's hard to build muscles with this discipline. That's the reason why I reduced training volume, increased calories and added gym training. Over training with caloric deficit often leads to injuries so I'm trying to tackle things with a different approach this year. But I can tell, HIIT is very helpful for vascular purposes and blood circulation which is crucial in my cycle.
 
@Simoneme sorry about your traffic encounter man. We have a lot of road rage as well where I live and over the years I've learned the best thing to do is just walk away. unless someone is threatening your life its just not worth it and will never get you anywhere.
you are 100% right. Sometimes I still behave in a childish way, like the good old days when I was 20. But back then it was safer and easier than nowadays.

quick story last weekend went fishing with my gf. we were on the beach fishing when a dude shows up with 2 of his buddies and sets up right next to us. one of his buddies crosses me and i let it go it happens. but then after his buddy crosses 2 of my lines AGAIN cause he sucks at casting, then a 3rd time i get mad but again i keep my cool. my gf is giving a look towards him like she wants to slice him but i tell her to relax. he doesn't say anything to me embarassed so instead of me making a big deal out of it and getting into a fight with him i tell my gf lets just move down the beach to an open spot. so we pack up all our stuff and carry it further down the beach to an open area. she is screaming "why do we have to move when we were here first!" i'm like 'baby don't worry about it, karma is telling us to move"

we move about 125 yards down the beach and set up everything all over again. 30 minutes later I catch the biggest pompano of my life. and then right after she catches a nice fish too. nobody else caught anything on the whole beach except us! so sometimes karma and fate work in your favor. if he hadn't crossed me 3x like that we would have never moved and probably not caught a fish cause everyone who was in that spot never caught anything the whole day.. plus now i found a new honey hole to fish at that i would have never found! so being chill and calm and diplomatic paid off for me.. if i had stood my ground and gotten into a fight with him and told him he had to leave then i would have accomplished nothing that day except been aggravated

I googled Pompano fish, well it was the first fish I saw wen I dived from the beach garden on Maldive island: literally a bank of 100 silver one just beneath the surface, very close to me. I couldn't believe my eyes since you couldn't notice them from outside, they do camouflage very well :)

So, been back from a funny we, been on away match with friends, 1800 km on a tour bus leaving of sat 8 pm, and back on sunday at 3 Am.

training on monday was kinda smooth:

team of 2
AMRAP 33 min, 1 round each
1 power clean 80 kg
2 bar muscle up
4 deadlift kg 80

totalized 40 rounds (the strongest did 65 with 90 kg)

then hit the gym early this morning
Incline Dumbbell Fly
pullover
fly cable
Arnold press
dumbbells fly
Supersets:
french press + hammer curl
curl + Pushdown

Before I forget, saturday morning I was involved in a "traffic argument" while I was riding my bike.
I told this guy to be careful with the car because he was about to run me over, and he replied, ‘If I get out of the car, I’ll kill you!’” with a Italian southern accent that made me really pissed off

Then I parked my bike, took off the sunglasses and he jumped off the car, leaving his family parked in the middle of the roundabout.

I put my hands behind my back to show that I didn’t want to start the argument. He pressed his head against me and gave me a light slap, and I couldn’t do anything but respond, open-handed. I sent his glasses flying about 15 meters, and he almost fell. He came at me again, I pushed him, and he fell completely, tumbling into a row of rental bikes. I asked him if he wanted more, he said yes, so I got into a boxing stance (I used to do boxing and Muay Thai), and this time I was ready to hit with a closed fist. Fortunately, he understood and left.

I don't think I'll do it again, except in a stadium context. Anyway, after such a long time since it last happened, I'm still quite capable of defending myself

Long story short: I learned that, in addition to overtraining, you need to be careful not to get too angry during a cycle because you really become very strong . And most important, nowadays, people can be armed.

Cycle is bolde deca and testo.
Sometimes I feel cold / tired.
Is This due to e2 low?
Ematocrite?
Do you have any tip?
Water 1 gallon x day
I will test later at least in the next 2 weeks (this is the fourth)
Nothing unmanageable Anyhow :)

In the meanwhile I got injuried at right shoulder.
Could be subcapsularis, lets see.
I was warming up the bench and then shit!
Got a injection immediately to tame the pain, will do some tens now.
Preapare myself for 2 weeks of leg day (poor knees...)
Ive already called the fisico, hope she will schedule a meeting soon.
reducing volume, reduce crossfit, but my body days no. Being on cycle now sucks, at least it will help in minimizing gain loss
How would you deal with this?

Hey mate, that sucks about the shoulder injury. Can you still train back. Oftentimes people end up with shoulder injuries due to too much pressing etc and not enough back work. You should also look into shoulder stability exercises like external rotations for the rotator cuff muscles etc.

i would just do light cardio and light legs and get bpc/tb500 ed can you get the peptides?

This means, an insulin syringe 1 ml, and pull 5 unity for 250 mg.

Will this help?

Pinning Subcutaneus next to the site or on the belly?
I pin my delts all the time. If you have short syringes you don't even need to worry about pinching the skin. I use a 5/16" (8mm) insulin syringe and pin right in my shoulder when I injury it

Well, I still have some pain but it's stable. I mean, I don't feel weak, I can plank, I can lay on the floor and get up with no problem. If I push from deep (with the elbow raised back ), it hurts a bit but nothing deadly at the moment. Sometimes I have some pain at the byceps, so I believe also the long head is involved somehow. Fisio said to try on monday with light weight and see how I react, both push and pull. She said to wait and the inflammation to be reduced, and then maybe we can have an eco if it still hurts. Anyhow no surgery, maybe some cortisone pin or acid to lubricate (like my knees....). Let's see. What I can do is workout controlled, no compensation (aka no crossfit at the moment). Actually the purpose of my cycle was bulk, so avoiding crossfit somehow will help to reach the goal I believe. I only hope that I won't forget my gymnastic / calisthenic / oly skills :D
Obviously I won't tell her I will help myself with peps :D
 
@LevButlerov I have a thought: I should have some MK-677 and ostarine lying around.
I heard it helps with tendon healing, can I give it a try or will it mess with the cycle?
Which dose in case?

Calcio storico you mean :) No bro, I'm not even close to such strenght / fighting skills / madness typical of those people. I have an acquaintance who used to be both an hooli back in the 80's and a calciante (player) , now he is training young generation of calcio storico. It's an unbelievable sport which only lately come into the spotlight due to the spectacular fights and actions. Cables - 3x10 kg 25
inclined db bench 3x10 kg 18
arnold press kg 3x10 kg 10
db shoulder flys 3x10 kg 5
triceps pull down with ropes 3x10 kg 27

Then: Fat burner
1 to 10 to 1 reps of
deadlift kg 80
burpees over the bar

Overall good, minimum ache.
Wednesday I will try some dips because really want to get back with muscle ups, it's the only true abdomen training that works for me :)

burpees are no joke. years ago i had to do a bunch when i played football and threw up lol. its tough for sure @Simoneme

Calcio storico you mean :) No bro, I'm not even close to such strenght / fighting skills / madness typical of those people. I have an acquaintance who used to be both an hooli back in the 80's and a calciante (player) , now he is training young generation of calcio storico. It's an unbelievable sport which only lately come into the spotlight due to the spectacular fights and actions. Importing guys seems like cheating. I only watched the Netflix documentary and some stuff on YouTube but based on what I saw there's a lot of local pride tied to that sport. Doesn't seem like a sport where you can bring in outsiders cuz you're fighting for the pride of your neighborhood right?

yep, the challenge indeed is among neighborhoods, each one has is own team. It came from a medieval game played during 1500 when Charles V invaded Florence and the local people dared his troopers to this game. And they still use the mediaval rules written in arcaic italian, like "the trumpet plays and players must show in the plaza..." and so on.
Well , most of the hooli are not so prepared since we are old school brawlers / boozers and the players are now professional fighters (mma / octagon) so actually most of the hooli don't train for such fights let's say.

Yea watching that documentary some of those guys were clearly top tier amateur level fighters. Makes sense now that you explained it that way. Hooligans are more just for the fun of this and those guys are taking it very seriously. I get it.

You guys have such an incredible culture over there in Italy. I really wanna get back there one day for a while and just explore the country. One of my life's missions is to ride a Panigale through the Italian Alps. One motorcycle youtuber said the police will pull you over and give you tips on how to ride faster lol

Yesterday I did the first Crossfit class in 10 days

workout with a girl who was moving the barbell pretty fast.

Workout was

partitioned any way
150 power snatches 50kg
150 burpees over the bar
150 push jerks 50kg
We splitted the reps in 2 (75 snatches - 75 burpees - 75 press, 5 snateches each set to 75 reps, 10 burpees each set till 75, 10 press each set till 75 and repeat)
closed in 32 min.

Happy to say, no pain at all, even if I feel some minor pinch if I go too deep with the burpees.

The cycle literally kicked in, the barbell was flying to the roof, no fatigue at all.
I'm really treading carefully because I don't want to abuse of excessive strenght, but the feeling is amazing.

And I'm still able to do muscle ups! I tested this without hand grips so the effort is different with bare hands and the catch is lower so sometimes it pinches a bit, but I believe that with grips I will be able to catch higher and avoid excessive dip.

This morning I hit the gym with some chest workout ( 28 kg dbs), some crosses (eccentric concentric), some light back squat (20reps per set, 1 rep full rom and 1 rep with half rom to keep the muscle working), some lat pulls, and so on.

I'm managing to change the crossfit approach, since this sport forces you in full ROM till complete lockout and this is is really stressing at time so I'm working out with a "gym" approach.

I'm eating around 4k calories per day, vitamins and 1 gallon water, overall very happy!

Looking forward to receive peps for the complete healing but hell yes I can do it!

The key is listen to your body, and don't go head down.
More, I learned that we have to tackle things with different approaches to prevent body adaption which often leads to a dead end
And don't seek for PR or lifting higher and higher to impress, because compensating could lead to injuries.
That's the reason why I scaled from full crossfit week to 2/ 3 workout + gym
And even if I feel stronger than ever, I just ride that, working out with less effort in a better form and don't loading much more than before.
I'm not a pro BB neither an oly lifter hence it's useless to force heavy weights if we don't have the speed and the tecnique required, just ride what you can, eat, sleep and grow properly :)

That CrossFit workout looks pretty tough. I'm not the biggest fan of it but I think it's ok as long as your form is good and you be careful with recovery (ie don't overtrain).
 
I’m no fan of CrossFit either but you do have a rig, you might have to be the best physique I have seen from a CrossFitter
This elite guy showed at the crossfit games 1.70 cm x 95 kg, he is a goat not me :)
Anyhow they are full on gear 100% not possible to naturally bulk 95 kg with such high intensity sport :)

Been in Australia 2 times, Adelaide Perth Melbourne Sydney Cairns Brisbane... Yess women are really libertines down there & you can pick the color / race you prefer :) But I have to say they are more used to the surfer body shape, sportive guy. Here in Italy we are more kind of fatty bastards :)

My wife has Italian immigrants 3rd generation relatives in Adelaide, we pay visit as often as we can. Next time will be in 2028 probably, according to Italian calendari/public holiday, but we will travel around. Already been to uluru, next time we will include Darwin for sure.
