Had my 2nd TD earlier in the week from prymal. Heard mixed opinions on AOD-9604 (Not prymals quality, just in general), but after seeing the clearance prices he had on offer I thought itd be silly to not pick up a few and give it a run! 🤩

Grabbed a few vials. Quick communication and incredible shipping times as always. Unfortunately a BAC water I ordered was missing. No major stress but I let prymal know about it , and within an hour he confirmed he'd not only send it out immediately, but would throw in an extra for the inconvenience caused. ✅️Told him it wasn't necessary but he insisted he wanted to make it right. 🤝🤝

Received the replacements today, and was pleasantly surprised to find an extra AOD thrown in as well! 🤗🤗

Absolutely incredible service and safe to say the minor issue was well and truly corrected. Thank you kindly brother!

This is something I believe I must share, not just my own experience as an athlete using the products from @Prymal but that of someone close to me — my mum

My mum is close to 60 and recently had a terrible fall with fracture to the humerus and knee issues . So I had my brother order in the bpc 157 and put her on it 2mg a day before surgery and after surgery . When results came back after each review the doctor’s were commending saying how at her age the rate of recovery is unreal

I also had a mishap on the leg extension some time this year — dislocating my patella so there was some soft tissue injury. I did the same 2mg daily and within 4 days post injury swelling completely gone and pain is gone too . Just some guarding obviously as the brain has to learn to trust the joint but that comes in due time

I’ll add that prymal has also done a great job taking care of his team and the loggers . i think a successful business owner is one who takes care of their people and is a fantastic leader— so im grateful for prymal ! Thanks a lot mate @Prymal 🤝

For maintenance of joint health yes but I was trying to speed up healing a fresh injury so 2mg I did in the beginning phase of recovery

I've been riding an electric scooter to the train for work (it's fun (max speed 45kmh) and actually takes me less time than driving) - as my car is a V8 diesel and I don't feel like paying $450 to fill up a tank!
Last time I filled it diesel was still $1.60 and I still have 3/4 a tank!

I plan to take 1800mg a week, which is the clinical dose.

But for this first bottle it’s a matter of testing injection sites, volume and reactions.

Unsure if i even need to add them in. T3 and t4 are in check.its just the tsh thats out. Unsure if adding either of those would fix. But its on hand incase it will or if i need in future. Tsh is 4.2 so not too far out

Today I thought I'll do a little tutorial to show how easy it is to prepare a peptide pen, and why all of you who use peptides should probably consider peptide pens instead of wasting money on disposable insulin syringes. The peptide pen needle are also design to easily penetrate your skin, arguably much smoother than insulin syringes despite having the same ga penetration.

I'm running quite a stack of peptides as part of my log and I seriously don't have to fiddle around with syringes. Thanks to @Prymal for sponsoring this particular peptide pen to me.

First, prepare the following items:
1. Peptide Pen

- 3ml syringe,
- 23ga needle for drawing out liquid,
- 25ga needle for venting (can be any sensible size but not 18ga as it's too big and will wreck the self healing seal on the cartridge)
- Your peptide vial/s reconstituted
- alcohol wipe
- 3ml cartridge
- Pen tip

2. Disassemble the peptide pen and set to the side. The clear plastic is your cartridge holder. The piece on the left is your cap and the piece on the right is the body with the dosage dial and window

3. Reconstitute your peptide and set it to the side to let it fully dissolve into the BAC water.
I won't go into details on how to reconstitute the peptides but a couple of habits should be applied every time
- always add a bit of air into your peptide vial before you add BAC water. Your peptide is generally vacuum sealed and sometimes when you straight inject the BAC water, the negative pressure from drawing out your needle will cause the liquid to shoot out. You paid top dollar for your peptide, let's not waste a drop of it. I generally add 1ml air first.
- stay hygienic and clear the top of your peptide vial and even the BAC water vial with the alcohol wipe. It doesn't hurt to sterilise.

4. Grab your 3ml cartridge. Sterilise the top of your cartridge. Don't touch your peptide vial yet.

You need to first open a vent on the cartridge with a separate needle to allow air to flow OUT of the cartridge as you inject your peptide solution INTO the vial.
- Cap and unscrew your 23ga needle from the 3mL syringe and instead screw in your 25ga needle.
- Insert the 25ga needle into the cartridge at a SLIGHT ANGLE so you got room for the 23ga needle to follow later.
- Once the 25ga is in the cartridge, unscrew and leave it OPEN so now you got a vent for the air to flow out. Re-screw the 23ga needle back on the 3mL syringe again.
- Go ahead and draw your entire peptide liquid using your 23ga needle into the 3mL syringe, insert and deposit the peptide liquid into the 3ml cartridge.

See picture how it should look like with both needles in.

5. Some of you might notice that I have a cartridge barrel which I could have used but I won't here since most people won't have it.

Insert the now filled 3mL cartridge into the cartridge holder and screw it to main body.

You will see that there's still HEAPS of air inside the cartridge. CLIP IN the pen tip and uncap the top. This is your new air vent. Dial the pen to 15-20 units and push the plunger.

You will see a little internal rod mechanism start moving into the chamber and is now pushing the air out. Keep doing this until you get only a tiny bubble as shown here. At this point, start dialling only 2 units at a time and push. This might take a while so be patient.

Once you see a bit of liquid squirt out from the pen tip, it's finished. The peptide pen is ready for use.

3. Reconstitute your peptide and set it to the side to let it fully dissolve into the BAC water.
I won't go into details on how to reconstitute the peptides but a couple of habits should be applied every time
- always add a bit of air into your peptide vial before you add BAC water. Your peptide is generally vacuum sealed and sometimes when you straight inject the BAC water, the negative pressure from drawing out your needle will cause the liquid to shoot out. You paid top dollar for your peptide, let's not waste a drop of it. I generally add 1ml air first.

4. Grab your 3ml cartridge. Sterilise the top of your cartridge. Don't touch your peptide vial yet.

You need to first open a vent on the cartridge with a separate needle to allow air to flow OUT of the cartridge as you inject your peptide solution INTO the vial.
- Cap and unscrew your 23ga needle from the 3mL syringe and instead screw in your 25ga needle.
- Insert the 25ga needle into the cartridge at a SLIGHT ANGLE so you got room for the 23ga needle to follow later.
- Once the 25ga is in the cartridge, unscrew and leave it OPEN so now you got a vent for the air to flow out. Re-screw the 23ga needle back on the 3mL syringe again.
- Go ahead and draw your entire peptide liquid using your 23ga needle into the 3mL syringe, insert and deposit the peptide liquid into the 3ml cartridge.

5. Some of you might notice that I have a cartridge barrel which I could have used but I won't here since most people won't have it.

Insert the now filled 3mL cartridge into the cartridge holder and screw it to main body.

You will see that there's still HEAPS of air inside the cartridge. CLIP IN the pen tip and uncap the top. This is your new air vent. Dial the pen to 15-20 units and push the plunger.

You will see a little internal rod mechanism start moving into the chamber and is now pushing the air out. Keep doing this until you get only a tiny bubble as shown here. At this point, start dialling only 2 units at a time and push. This might take a while so be patient.

Once you see a bit of liquid squirt out from the pen tip, it's finished. The peptide pen is ready for use.
