Definitely mobility work and foam rolling. A lot of people end up with lower back injuries. This is often caused by tight hips. I'd be screwed with doing this. Being tall and sitting at a desk all day means that if I don't do it everyday, I have constant back issues. For the first time in years I can now do SLDL's after doing this daily.

Dates are extremely underrated when it comes to nutrition.
Over the last few months I’ve found that adding 50mg of dates into 2 or 3 of my meals throughout the day has been a godsend for my digestion, with the added bonus of the tastiness they bring to the meals

As a callback to my last post for another giveaway recently I cannot stress the importance of stretching religiously before you smash out a session in the gym. I spent my first era in the gym just showing up and getting in and amongst it. This lead to multiple bouts of sore joints and tendons, convinced I had tennis elbow, creams for the pain and even considering certain peptides for joint health/repair. I started stretching before every workout as part of the routine and quite quickly all the problems I was seeing prior (soreness/being tense/irregular and changing performance in the gym) began to fade quite quickly. I'd be lying if I said it was instant but I can attest to it being cleared up and out of my head about it within 2-3 weeks. Seriously brothers, we treat our bodies like temples and a temple is only as strong as it's foundation and internals, all on the outside can only help so much.
Stretch, stretch, stretch bros! I almost cringe when I look back and think of the days I spent not doing this like a fool and actually look forward to it as the start of a workout.
