BP a little up this morning, not sure why. Weight is a new PR breaking 210 for the first time ever. Not even sure how cuz even come close to nailing my macros yesterday and all my food was clean and healthy. Always thought a cheat meal would be the one to push me over the top.

I'm noticing my sleep quality is falling off these last 3 nights and recovery has started slumping. Sleep quality never drops with me so it could be a early indicator of what could come if I stayed on the Tren much longer. Think I'm ending this cycle at the perfect time.

I was feeling pretty tired yesterday and had a bit of inflammation on my right knee. It likes to flare up from to time. I decided to skip my leg movements and not risk an injury. It's hard to tell where my limits are right now cuz the Tren can help me push through anything. A bad day in the gym means just hitting my numbers from the week before. But mainly I've been hitting my progression targets week to week even if I feel generally burnt out.

Oh hell ya bro. NPP was exactly what I'd imagined steroids would be if you catch my drift. Instantly added 5 reps to all my lifts which was insane. Think I'm a hyper responder too.

My cycle at the end was 300 test, primo, NPP, and 25mg of anavar pre workout only
That's what I'm hoping for! Looking at around 400 test and 200 EQ (depending on E2) and 200 NPP.

Sounds like a great plan. I'm thinking of doing something similar but I'm tossing around the idea of Dbol instead of NPP just for the first month or so.

Another poor night's sleep. Starting to think maybe it has something to do with the SLU? The slump coincides with the bump tom750mcg. Took a day off SLU today and I'm going to start taking it first thing in the morning instead now.

I was pretty tired going into training yesterday but I've been curious where my bench 1RM is now so I went for it anyway. His a new PR at 185lbs and it moved so easy. Got greedy and went for 300lbs and got stuck halfway. Then when I snatched the weight up to get it back ok the hooks I felt something funny in my right lat and called it. For sure I got another 5 or 10lbs in the tank for next to around but I'm happy with 285. 3 plate bench before the end of 2026 is the new goal.

Dug deep and hit some rep PRs yesterday too. Finishing this training block off with a bang. Feeling cooked but the gains keep coming.

Finally got my permanent tooth put in today. $6500 and 5 months later it's finally all over. No more embarrassing moments where I forget to put my fake tooth in.

It's another mitochondrial support peptide similar to mot-c. Hoping for a bit of a boost in energy from because I've had this general feeling of exhaustion lately. Obviously I know why but I'm hoping to cheat the system a bit lol

Got hit with a $2200 vet bill tonight now too. Just annual checkups, shots, and preventives for my 2 dogs. Nothing insurance will cover. Expensive times lol

Yesterday was supposed to be a rest day but we had a late night vet appointment for the dogs annual wellness checks today. Had to suck it up and power through one more training day to stay on schedule..

My session went well all things considered. My last 2 weeks my app has been trying to drop volume by 1 set on 2 of my back movements and I've just been adding them back in, but last night I went with it.

Thankfully I got some decent sleep last night. I think maybe the SLU was the problem. Took it first thing in the morning today and I'll see how it goes tonight. Pretty damn tired so there's no reason I shouldn't sleep well.

Thankfully we have the Easter long weekend and Friday is the holiday. So I'm gonna take back to back rest days and push hard for the final 3 days of my cycle this weekend. This holiday Friday couldn't have come at a more perfect time

Honestly can't say I've even felt any impact from the SLU at all yet. That's why I hadn't even considered it might be the thing effecting my sleep. I still come home from work feeling really exhausted with no gas left in the tank until I start training. No real changes to report.

My initial thoughts was some trensomnia showing up for the first time ever. But then when I was looking through my notes I realized the issue started right when I first upped my dose to 750mcg and it made me think. I took my dose first thing in the morning yesterday and my sleep was fine.

Still don't know anything for certain yet but there's a good chance it was the SLU and dosing first thing in the AM might help. We'll see over the coming days

Yesterday was supposed to be a rest day but we had a late night vet appointment for the dogs annual wellness checks today. Had to suck it up and power through one more training day to stay on schedule..

My session went well all things considered. My last 2 weeks my app has been trying to drop volume by 1 set on 2 of my back movements and I've just been adding them back in, but last night I went with it.

Thankfully I got some decent sleep last night. I think maybe the SLU was the problem. Took it first thing in the morning today and I'll see how it goes tonight. Pretty damn tired so there's no reason I shouldn't sleep well.

BP a little up this morning, not sure why. Weight is a new PR breaking 210 for the first time ever. Not even sure how cuz even come close to nailing my macros yesterday and all my food was clean and healthy. Always thought a cheat meal would be the one to push me over the top.

I'm noticing my sleep quality is falling off these last 3 nights and recovery has started slumping. Sleep quality never drops with me so it could be a early indicator of what could come if I stayed on the Tren much longer. Think I'm ending this cycle at the perfect time.

I was feeling pretty tired yesterday and had a bit of inflammation on my right knee. It likes to flare up from to time. I decided to skip my leg movements and not risk an injury. It's hard to tell where my limits are right now cuz the Tren can help me push through anything. A bad day in the gym means just hitting my numbers from the week before. But mainly I've been hitting my progression targets week to week even if I feel generally burnt out.

@BeMe you can always just try 300lbs on a decline bench like i did it still counts and is still 300lbs 😂 i dont care what anyone says i still did it lol, hmmm what was the pervious dose of slu ? are you doing injections ? im about to start an oral tablet version of slu going to aim for 2-3mg a day going to split up dose am and pm 500mcg x2 am 500mcg x2 am start with that and see how it goes for me.

As mots activates the ampk sensor and increases the bodies ability to produce atp and utilise it more efficiently. Potentially reducing metabolic stress in the process.

In all of this though if sleep is off, compounds will only work so well for so long before inevitably recovery isnt able to support output.

Hows else is everything over your side of the world bro? You and the mrs well?

Thanks bro. All reps with perfect form too. No jerking or using my legs to cheat the weight up. Hold a deep stretch and really squeeze the contractions and drive my elbows into my hips. Amazing lat pumps to start the workout

Thanks bro nice to meet you. For the workout I'm using the RP hypertrophy app. For all my health metrics that's my Whoop strap. Then for the meal tracking that's the Macro Factor app. The Google Fit app can gather all the data from all the individual apps into one. I love tracking as you can tell lol

I'm at 750mcg a day up from 500. SLU is crazy expensive so I'm trying to find a minimum effective dose by titrating up every few days.

Are you sure it's gonna be tablets? From what I've heard and read SLU requires enteric capsules to be effective. The tablets and injectibles are supposed to be kind of a waste of the SLU.

Yea time is irrelevant when it comes to us bro. Facts

Yea I haven't been on the SLU that long, just over a week. Not even taking all that much. Titrating up slowly to find a minimum effective dose. The only change I felt so far was the sleep being off. Switching the dose from lunch to breakfast seems to have helped a bunch now.

Mot-c is next on the list to try. I was curious to figure out which one I respond better too. But on paper SLU seemed better so I wanted to give it a go first.

All good on this side of the world. Still grinding on this bulk for a couple more days then time to switch into bridge phase before the summer cycle. Tired of all this bulking...the eating is killn me lol

For some reason I always feel a bit off with my workouts coming off of back to back rest days. It's like my body gets lazy and forgets how to really push hard or something. It's weird, but I consistently underperform if I take more than a day off training.

Training was good but not great. Got off to a bit of a slowish start but as the session progressed things improved. Triceps felt like they were going to explode they were so pumped. Hit some good numbers on my crappy unilateral chest press too. I think the time off might have been good for my chest atleast.

Only 2 days left on this bulk cycle and I gotta say I'm pretty happy for it to be over. Dunno how guys can eat like this for so long in an offseason. I definitely prefer eating high protein and staying leaner while I gain weight. All these carbs fill me up too much and worrying about missing meals all the time is a chore.

Dinner last night was teriyaki flank steak. I ate a double portion of rice.

Ya bro it's brutal. I feel like my stomach has expanded so much during this bulk lol. I can slam protein down all day long and feel fine but carbs are just tough to pack in. If it wasn't for the Tren I woulda backed off these carbs too but I wanted to see this thing thru to the end just to see how it goes. Good learning experience at the end of the day but it's been tough.

Yea no clue why my BP was up today. Sleep stress was high too. Felt like I slept and recovered well but my whoop strap disagrees lol

Ya carbs are definitely a must for packing on the weight for sure. But my first cycle I went high protein for 16 weeks and put on just as much weight and stayed leaner. Maybe just newbie cycle gains? Or just easier to go from 170-190lbs than 190-210lbs probably eh

I'm still eating a lot of fruit and veggies to get my micronutrients in and stay healthy on the Tren. If I bulked again I'd wanna try it with a less harsh compound and I could drop the fruit and veg and rely more on supplementation to keep me in a good place while bulking.

Second last day on cycle and trying to make the most of it. My body is pretty exhausted and in dire need of a deload but everytime I train I can still manage to dig deep and hit my targets for the most part. Progression has been pretty steady all cycle which is great considering this is week 11 of hard training with no deload.

Sleep and BP were better today and weight has definitely stabilized at 210lbs now. Apart from a high platelet count my cycle has been very healthy and productive. One final hard push then taper off and deload Monday.

Today was 211lbs but it's been pretty much 210 for the last week and a bit. In the afternoons pre-training I've been as high as 216 when I'm bloated from all the food and carbs lol. I'm really curious to see where I land in a few weeks when I lean out a bit again

It's funny cuz I warned my wife about what might happen and told her to tell me if I act different at all and I'll back off. Everytime I asked she said I seemed even nicer on Tren lol. I didn't get any of the bad sides people deal with either. Sleep was good, no night sweats, went semi hypo a couple times early on when I was figuring out my carb timing but other than that it was all good.

The only bummer was I never got that crazy androgenic bump that probably leads to the fuses being blown lol. Training gains were just smooth and steady all cycle rather than a crazy intense jump. It did help me push a lot harder then I should've tho because it's been a while since I deloaded, and work has been crazy, but I always made decent progression in the gym no matter how tired I was.

Personally though I don't think it's the compound for me. The risk to reward ratio long term just doesn't work for me. I stayed healthy this cycle but I'm sure that wouldn't last forever. I actually got more performance gains from NPP so I'd rather run that if anything. It's been a fun learning experience though

Well now that the cycle is done it's time to taper off the Tren and bring the carbs back down to a more sustainable level. Plan is to go 30mg Tren for 2 days, then 20 for 2 days, then 10 for 2 days then off. Carbs I'll be dropping for to 550g and I'm going to sorta play it by ear this week. As I drop the carbs I plan to bring the protein back up from 300g to 400g again. Then TRT for a few weeks and then time for some Winny.

Well I never did much of that. Pretty good chance of getting a gun pulled on you in most of the places I find myself. I sure have been in a bunch of fights just not with randos, but somehow I’ve gotten away from all of that for a good while now and I like it.

I can be pretty anxious and mistrusting and I haaaaate that feeling. I’ve heard that type of thinking reiterated over and over again describing tren. That and the promiscuity, I’m good on that. It’s all fun and everything But I’m way too old and don’t enjoy it. I’d be disgusted with myself. Not to say that I won’t turn down a fling if nothing else is going on, but I’ll never get past that if I don’t put it in the past.

Yeah its good to see everyone helping one another when they can. It's a bit intimidating with so much experience between all the veterans. Ill just have to sit back and know my place for a while and just take it all in haha. I haven't trained much in the last 12 months because my shoulder is fucked. I dislocated it playing footy 20yrs ago and its really giving me some grief now. Im just waiting for some BPC and TB to be delivered and hope the hell that works. It'll be good to get back into training mate thats for sure. I was gonna do a log on here when I joined Evo back in 2024 but never got around to it, and then my shoulder started playing up and have since been to gym a handful of times in 12 months. Looking forward to getting back into it anyway mate, and be good to get to know you blokes a bit better and absorb some of that experience on here and maybe I might do a cycle the right way for once haha. In saying that, I like to think ive done my fair share of homework on PED's over the years and never just jumped in not knowing what I was doing. Ive done peds for about 7-8yrs now and started off slowly. Got my bloods done atleast twice a year and was eating good. I made some pretty good dry muscle over the years. I got up to 103kgs(bulking)once and I never thought I would ever get to that. I was taking CJC1295 and GHRP6 that cycle, so I reckon that shit might work. I usually sit around 95kgs and not feel like shit and heavy on my feet. Im in construction doing bathroom renovations and its pretty labour intensive stripping bathrooms and lugging mud upstairs and tiles. I can still get around better than some of these young roosters on site haha. Shit sorry mate, I just noticed Im writing a novel haha. I better stop chewing ya ear off. Another poor night's sleep. Starting to think maybe it has something to do with the SLU? The slump coincides with the bump tom750mcg. Took a day off SLU today and I'm going to start taking it first thing in the morning instead now.

I was pretty tired going into training yesterday but I've been curious where my bench 1RM is now so I went for it anyway. His a new PR at 185lbs and it moved so easy. Got greedy and went for 300lbs and got stuck halfway. Then when I snatched the weight up to get it back ok the hooks I felt something funny in my right lat and called it. For sure I got another 5 or 10lbs in the tank for next to around but I'm happy with 285. 3 plate bench before the end of 2026 is the new goal.

Dug deep and hit some rep PRs yesterday too. Finishing this training block off with a bang. Feeling cooked but the gains keep coming.

Finally got my permanent tooth put in today. $6500 and 5 months later it's finally all over. No more embarrassing moments where I forget to put my fake tooth in.

You've probably heard of it before but have you tried taking Melatonin BeMe to help with sleeping? I take 10mg a night and it knocks me out in about 15min. After about 10min of taking it I'll yawn, as soon as I yawn I know im off to La La Land in about 5min. Its like clock work. You can take up to 20mg. I find if I take 20mg it knocks me out good and proper for 2-3 hours but then Im restless. After using it and trying different mg doses I eventually worked out that 10mg is my sweet spot. You can buy them in 3mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg from what I come across. I watched a doc on Frank Zane and I was surprised he said he used to take them as well to help with his sleeping. In some people the Pineal Gland doesn’t secrete enough natural Melatonin when its supposed to at night so they need to supplement it to correct the levels to which your mind and body needs to start the initial sleep process and just as important, when its time to wake up daily cycle. Apparently your natural Melatonin starts to decline just like your Testosterone at 40yrs old. When I go to bed I just want to pass out straight away and if I take 10mg of Melatonin Im guaranteed to be asleep in 15min, and thats probably watching TV in bed too. That's just my experience and people will only need a certain dosage so start with 3 or 5mg and work it out from there. I think its worth a try if anyone out there is struggling to sleep, and its got to be safer than taking prescribed sleeping meds. 👍

Yea I hit a bunch of PRs too. It's been great but I'd prefer making leaner long term gains if I have the option. I'd rather run compounds with a lower risk profile too. Worked well this time but I'd be worried as I get older and run gear for longer it could catch up with me at some point. If I got some crazy androgenic response and just became a monster in the gym I'd be down to make the trade off maybe every couple years but I don't think it's for me. Anadrol on the other hand might be right up my alley lol

Nothing wrong with a good read bro. Yea lugging boxes of tile upstairs is a bitch of a jobs. Not as bad as trying to get the green board through a narrow stairwell tho right lol. I'm in the trades to so I get you when it comes to burning yourself out on the tools before you even get to train. Gear can help with that LOL

I feel you on the shoulder too. Dislocated mine bunch of times and has the surgery about 20 years ago. I avoid anything overhead to protect mine. Also, the second it starts acting up just listen and stop doing what you're doing. The shoulder is literally the most complicated joint in our bodies so it can get messed up so many ways. I've had good success with BPC and TB when mine gets bitchy. 350mcg AM and again PM for the BPC and 2mg every other day for the TB. It's expensive but it works

First day on the taper. Undershot my carbs and protein a bit. My wife tried to murder us and made Cajun style chicken breasts but overdid it on the chili pepper or cayenne. It was brutally painful to eat lol.

Deload training was quick and easy. Suppose that's my design I was tempted to try and go for another 1RM session on bench and attempt 300 again but my smarter side won out after some back and forth.

Got a really busy couple of weeks coming up at work so this deload timing is pretty perfect. Long days on the tools will get me some good cardio which will help she'd the unwanted weight too. Gonna be rebuilding a storey house so lots of stairs all day.

I’m thinking of trying out whoop. I see they have 3 levels, which one are you currently running? Any pros or cons to the others? Also, I see they have a band, do you need that for the sleep? That’s the only reason I could see wearing it, I wear the Apple Watch. Really would like to track my sleep better so I thought I’d hit you up on your thoughts.

You legit look like a physique competitor in that avatar bro. Usually we get fat over the winter but that busy work schedule really did you a lot of good. Even if it is just good lighting or whatever it can't be that far off from the truth. 80% of what you got there is still fukn amazing

Yes and no. My body is thankful for the break for sure but my brain really still wants to go haha. I skipped my last deload and just kept training cuz I knew the Tren would carry me so this time around I have a good enough reason to keep me honest and just stick to the program

I have the whoop mg with all the features. I'm a tracking dork so I had to have it all lol. I had the last generation whoop as well. Love them.

When you say band do you mean like the arm band thing? It comes with the basic wrist band. I usually get 1 extra so I can wash one and swap to the other.

For the arm band I always get one of those too for when I'm training with straps or cuffs.

Whoops a bit pricey but it's amazing the real-time data you get and how well it's all organized. Super comfortable to sleep in too. That's why I bought in at first as well.

I've heard the polar strap is really good too and no subscription fees. Might be worth watching a couple comparison videos before taking the dive. Polar has always been famous for having the best sensors.

The new whoop has so many cool new features like AFib detection, BP measurements which is still in beta, bloodwork tracking and ai advice on how to improve it. They actually just rolled out a new training program feature where it will build you training splits and you can track within the app. I'm gonna give that a go next training block.

Hey mate, yeah my shoulder is not good hey. Definitely struggling at work or at anything really. I think because I stopped training and couldn't get onto any test, the muscles around the rotor cuff have weakened a bit and just aren't strong enough to hold everything together. It's gonna take some perseverance, but I need to do it right and hopefully wont have to go under the knife. Appreciate those dosages mate, valuable info. Yeah it seems like it might turn out to cost a few bucks going on the dosages you have to take. If it works BeMe I will be stocked mate haha and ill mortgage the house to keep it up with the pain Ive been in the last 12 months haha. The Peps were apparently supposed to turn up yesterday or today. The original order didnt make it so that sucked and put things back.a bit. But old mate has sent another batch, out of good faith, which is awesome and told him I really appreciated it. So I hope this shit turns up. I've asked multiple times for the tracking number to see where we lost it, he keeps avoidingit for some reason. Maybe they dont hand them out, they just check it themselves, not sure. I get it there's the risk of it not turning up, but it just feels like I'm getting a bit of a run around from this bloke. Which is weird man because Ive got it off him before, only once though, but hey it turned up, that's why I went back to them. There supposed to be a trusted source too so I im not sure whats going on. Anyway, it HAS to turn up this week haha. First day on the taper. Undershot my carbs and protein a bit. My wife tried to murder us and made Cajun style chicken breasts but overdid it on the chili pepper or cayenne. It was brutally painful to eat lol.

Deload training was quick and easy. Suppose that's my design I was tempted to try and go for another 1RM session on bench and attempt 300 again but my smarter side won out after some back and forth.

Got a really busy couple of weeks coming up at work so this deload timing is pretty perfect. Long days on the tools will get me some good cardio which will help she'd the unwanted weight too. Gonna be rebuilding a storey house so lots of stairs all day.

Hey mate, yeah my shoulder is not good hey. Definitely struggling at work or at anything really. I think because I stopped training and couldn't get onto any test, the muscles around the rotor cuff have weakened a bit and just aren't strong enough to hold everything together. It's gonna take some perseverance, but I need to do it right and hopefully wont have to go under the knife. Appreciate those dosages mate, valuable info. Yeah it seems like it might turn out to cost a few bucks going on the dosages you have to take. If it works BeMe I will be stocked mate haha and ill mortgage the house to keep it up with the pain Ive been in the last 12 months haha. The Peps were apparently supposed to turn up yesterday or today. The original order didnt make it so that sucked and put things back.a bit. But old mate has sent another batch, out of good faith, which is awesome and told him I really appreciated it. So I hope this shit turns up. I've asked multiple times for the tracking number to see where we lost it, he keeps avoidingit for some reason. Maybe they dont hand them out, they just check it themselves, not sure. I get it there's the risk of it not turning up, but it just feels like I'm getting a bit of a run around from this bloke. Which is weird man because Ive got it off him before, only once though, but hey it turned up, that's why I went back to them. There supposed to be a trusted source too so I im not sure whats going on. Anyway, it HAS to turn up this week haha. Its $800 worth of shit too and Its been over 4 weeks and I still havent received anything. Which is killing me because I just want to sort my shoulder out and get back into training. I dont give a shit about the money anymore, ill get it from someone else. I just dont want anymore downtime on my shoulder recovery. I think Ive been very patient with this bloke too but its just becoming a bit of a joke now I think. So we'll see what happens this week or at the latest early next week. Thanks again buddy.👍

But you're totally right about weakness setting in from not training. The peps won't be a cure all but you sound like you know what to do. If you search up a good physio routine for shoulder rehab that will be great in combination with the peptides. The peps will help alleviate the pain and the physio will get your strength back in the needed places to support your shoulder. Then you can start training and it will all be a distant memory bro!

Ah deload has been easy cuz work has been nuts lol. This definitely does not feel like a deload week. My legs are cooked. I'm building a 3 storey house so 4 flights of stairs up and down all day. Working longer days to try and get it done quick too so I'm exhausted. My deload work actually felt heavy today lol

Reminds me of the time a guy tried to snatch my aunt’s purse. She’s a big ol Swedish/American girl. I’ll bet that thing weighed 40 pounds. She got it back hahaha

Yes, great advice mate. I think I might just go and see a physio, which I shouldve done by now. He can pin point the source of the problem and also give me the correct exercises. I dont want to damage the shoulder anymore than it is, and its not healing and the pain is getting less tolerable that's for sure.
I am very happy to say the Pep's turned up mate, so im stoked with that. Ive been scammed a couple of times over the years so the anxiety of them not turning up never gets any easier haha. Im pretty excited now mate that I can finally start the healing process and see if these Peptides are gonna work. I would love to regain full range of motion in that shoulder again, It's been limited for some time.

Will definitely post some updates on my shoulder recovery anyway. Hopefully what im about to endure on this road to recovery works. I couldn't be more happier to share my experience and what I've learnt from using these Peptides, especially if someone else can gain from it with a similar injury. Best of luck bro. Hope it all goes to plan and you're back on track soon. You'll need atleast a month of consistent use with the peps to feel some improvement for an injury like that.

Had a tough time keeping up with my logging this week. As of Wednesday I started wiring up a house and I have a few more that are ready to go so I need to push and knock these out fast. Working long days to stay on schedule.

The house is 3 storeys plus a basement so it's been a lot of stairs all day. Pushing the cardio hard on the deload week. Skipped leg training because my legs are completely cooked.

Didnt have time to train until Friday night so I combined 2 deload days together and knocked em out. Just no free time this week. Working so much during the day and falling behind on my night time admin work. Considering it's a deload week I thought my recovery would be good but it's been slumped below average all week and weekend. Atleast my legs feel rested and ready to climb stairs all day again tomorrow.

Brother you are the worst at resting and deloading. You are literally non-stop and all go, pace starts at flat out and gets worse from there.
At least your meals are just awesome 🤣🩵

Yea it's not good. I keep hoping things are gonna slow down a bit but the work keeps rushing in. So much so that I've actually decided to raise our rates cuz if the demand is this high we're probably under selling ourselves.

My wife gets all the praise for the meals. I always eat what I'm served and I'm very grateful for her

Feels like it. Spent my entire Saturday at my 4 year old nieces bday party. Man you parents of young kids are hardcore. Those kids were wild lol. Keeping up with them is hard work. They went 5 hours non stop. They ate some food and then they chilled, but ice cream cake fueled them back up and they were even crazier than before. Dunno how you guys do it

Haha yea the Tren is completely out as of today.

This week we're gonna go just as hard at work and I'm starting my new training split. I'm going to ease into it though, and keep the volume a bit lower week 1. New splits only 4 days too which should give me more time for recovery. Trying a PPL arms split for the first time.
