Approved Log 2026 TRT Training Cycle Log

Just a bunch of yard work and moving equipment around and some maintenance today.

Biceps are sore in the best way. No tendinitis

Didn’t hit my carb goal and now it’s late and… I just don’t want rice hahaha. Or honey or fruit or anything like that. I’ll get it tomorrow I’m sure since I’ll be lifting.

I think I’ll move the weight extra up on some lifts and still keep the reps around 10-12.
@toddthelineman sounds like an interesting day. I did some yard work as well. I noticed on days I do yard work I can not train my legs that day. I get too exhausted. I'm getting old.

The chuck roast definitely sounds good with some onions and some carrots. Seems like you're very old school with your meals. @toddthelineman

Most of my bloodwork is in. Waiting on HSCRP and Apo b.

These bloods were taken Tuesday morning.
I was not properly fasted as I ate a pound of ground pork at 9pm the night before and bloods were taken at 7:20am

My last pin was 150mg test e the previous Monday morning. So a full eight days.

I’m overdue to donate blood, but I was not dehydrated as far as I could tell.
Perhaps switching from eating so much red meat to more chicken and fish would help with my thick blood? Donating blood has been a very temporary fix and I struggle to find time to schedule a donation. Of course as of right now that’s a priority.

Also my e2 is high-ish as usual but I feel great. However if I’m going to increase testosterone I’ll need to do something about that. I have Primo, EQ, and aromasin.

Pretty good set of bloods bro. Some easy fixes in there and nothing that needs drastic attention. 🩵

I didn’t get a bunch of extra stuff. My thyroid stuff never really changes and no reason to think it has. PSA has always been good, no symptoms. Super weird there’s no cholesterol numbers? I never ordered them extra before. Anyway I highly doubt they are anything surprising.

Geez mate looking big and lean in that photo!

That beef brisket looks good too!
I’m kind of an optical illusion. Also I just supersetted my whole workout and am eating more carbs than I normally do by a lot. With a shirt on I look like a very medium sized athletic guy. But hey, I’m not complaining! I find it kind of hilarious and sometimes a little embarrassing when people point me out in person.

How tall are you mate?

I get it for sure though. I'm the same if I wear long clothes. Just probably look 'athletic' at best. A nice fitting t-shirt and I look alright I guess. Hoping I can change that over the next few years and finally be lean and also considered big when clothed.

I’m 5’11” like 181cm.

I was looking through your log. Holy shit dude! You see a lot of fellas that make amazing fat to fit transformations, but rail thin to X men physique? So rare! You have really put in some serious work and dedication I am amazed!

Thanks mate. Just started a lean gain cycle so hoping to step it up now.

I’m just about going to have to make a whole rice cooker a day hahaha. Is that what people really do? Idk how I’m going to get there today. Drink a bottle of syrup or something hahaha
full rice cooker for the win ;D

1. 9pm-12:30am 1:00am-5:30am 8 hours
2.
Weight:

187# today. I’m experiencing drastic fluctuations that are visibly from water retention. Today my abs are completely smoothed over.

Food:

Goals:
Carbs: 500
Protein: 300
Fat: 110
Calories: 4200

1. Black coffee
2. Five eggs, cup of cheese, 250g rice
3. Black coffee
4. 8oz chicken, 250g rice, 100g carrots and onions
5. Builder bar x4
6. Haribos watermelons
Training:

Goal is 3x per week, but for sure it will only be twice sometimes. If I have an especially hard work day after a good workout I could be completely wrecked for a week. Sucks bad, but unavoidable sometimes.

PEDs:

1. Current: 150mg/wk Test E once a week. Planning to go up to 300mg split twice a week soon. And 150mg EQ
2. 1.8iu HGH nightly. This is sterostim. I’m going to try out a UGL offering soon and possibly run more.
3. KLOW-haven’t started yet. Waiting on the delivery. Likely run 2mg/day as my training and activity increases.

Not sure if I messed something up but my app says I ate a lot and I’m basically starving in bed right now. I didn’t do much physically today. Housework, wrenched on some stuff, drove five hours. Chicken makes me hangry

Carbs going up you're pushing it :D @toddthelineman if you're starving eat or drink a shake with some honey :D

187# today. I’m experiencing drastic fluctuations that are visibly from water retention. Today my abs are completely smoothed over.

What's the cause?
I am guessing it’s from high carbs. That would be the thing that changed and I know from experimenting that eating very few or zero carbs will flush out any extra water in my body and I’m lean enough that it really makes me look different. It’s not a problem other than my pants are tight haha.
It goes something like this:
no or very low carbs, look super ripped.

High carbs, muscles get really pumped that day, I look much bigger, maybe sometimes look less defined.
Then the next day, I look much smoother

Crazy day yesterday. Spent the whole day in an auction yard shaking down a new bucket truck that I won… for $1400!

The listing said “inoperable, no response from key”. So I won it cheap and drive six hours to see if I could avoid a $3000 shipping bill.

Well every body, sometimes you win! I brought some good batteries and when I went to change them I noticed this GIANT BATTERY SWITCH was in the way. So I turned it on and started the truck hahaha.

Then the boom didn’t work, I assume that’s the real reason Verizon sent the truck to the auction. At this point I was pretty invested and the security getting in and out of the yard was intense so I was stuck there. I tracked down the wiring and eventually bypassed the master switch and boom! Fully operational bucket truck for maybe 1/20th what it’s worth.

I’m getting a tire put on it this morning and having a nearby-ish friend get dropped off to drive my pickup back while I drive the new truck.

So that’s a looong way of saying I barely ate yesterday and missed my workout.

Then! I get a call for a line getting ripped down in Iowa, but I’m in Ohio, so I spent all night, intermittently, talking a worker through how to get it back up safely (it crosses a road and then goes through back yards. A truck ripped it down). I think he’s still not done. Started at 9pm🤦‍♂️

@toddthelineman you're showing how to balance a tough physical job with training at the same time. It's not easy at all.

Bros, you looking fantastic on this. I like the 4,200 calories and I like the eggs that you are eating in the watermelon too. Sounds good. we used to eat tons of watermelon from granny's farm in alabama @toddthelineman

That's some alpha layout right there. @toddthelineman I like the black coffee and I like the chicken with carrots and onions. That's an alpha meal.

@toddthelineman wow those are some big trucks that you posted there on your pictures. Do you own those trucks or are they something that you lease or you borrow for the day?

I just won that one at an auction. I have one bigger, one same boom and rigging but on a ford, and one smaller gmc. Something always wrong with them even when they’re new, but the new ones are $250k+ and you can’t work on them except for the most simple fixes. All computers with proprietary software. And the boom computers talk to the truck computer so when the truck gets worked on half the time the boom stops working. Nightmare.

So I buy these old trucks and work them and then sell them for whatever I can get or gut the parts and scrap them.

This one was a super lucky score. It’s got some more issues that I’ll sort out before it makes its debut, but if I needed it for a job right now I could definitely use it. It’ll be the best truck I’ve got most likely. Truck and boom even have recent inspections. The logbook from Verizon is still on the dashboard hahaha

Looks like a good pickup mate. What would that be worth running?
So it’s a very specific truck, that’s made to “moving operations“ meaning that you can drive it while someone is in the basket moving around and pulling cable. It also has. A real carrier/winder mounted to the back they can pick up a 6000 pound reel of cable, and it can pull with pretty incredible force. And it has another real carrier mounted behind the cab for a smaller one. And those carriers have like disc brakes on them there’s other winches and really fancy things. So it’s like a really specialized truck. So if the industry is really booming, they can be almost impossible to even get. And most of the new ones have years long, waiting list to buy. They are built to order.

I’m pretty sure I could flip this in a week for about 25 grand. And with some cosmetic work and a little mechanical work, maybe 40. And if I get it fully refurbished and certified, and I’m willing to wait a little bit. Probably even more. But I’m just gonna work it maybe rotate another truck out of service so I can fix it up.

you must be a multi-millionaire if you're able to spend that much money on trucks and maintenance.

I never thought of that!
bros for real. That's why there's the funny story about why you should wash your watermelon because the people picking them are always pissing.

Wrecked today. No appetite. Got home at 1am drive through bad storms almost the whole way.

Ate like a trucker yesterday because I was on the road a day longer than I expected and just wanted to get home.

Ate a late breakfast and a couple cookies and coffee and studied wiring diagrams

Might force myself to eat some more before I get some sleep

Holy shit. Couldn't you scrap that thing for almost $1400 lol. What a steal. Winning LOL

Guess Verizon had problems with trucks getting stolen so they wire in kill switches?

Getting the bucket going on the cheap is another big win. Sounds like a good day

More I think. It’s like 19000 pounds hahaha

Dead batteries and fires I think. These trucks always have problems. I’m getting a torched one towed to my buddy’s shop right now to canabalize parts from. I’ve had two burn up when I was an employee, and two of them that I’m using right now have intermittent draws that I can’t find, so if you don’t kill the switch you’ll randomly have dead batteries. I wish one in particular would burn up hahaha. But when it works it’s great!

I was walking on air man. Needed a win.

Wow that's a big win. You can't even buy a shitty Honda civic for $1400 these days lol

Intermittent electrical issues are always the toughest to trace down. Every tried pulling individual fuses to see if you can narrow down the problem circuit?

With the way those buckets are designed it's easy for wires to get chaffed or just damaged from exposure. Anything that involves articulation is tough on wiring harnesses

Works good when you can duplicate it hahaha.

This one that I just got, I actually was buying it for parts because I have a great running ford with the same boom etc. but it has a bad PTO (which turns the generator) and missing extension motor.

You’d be interested to know, these aren’t hydraulic booms. They’re AC! The old ones I used to work out of ran on three phase generators, but I guess these newer ones aren’t three phase as far as I can tell. I have barely looked at it.

I see them for sale in Canada all the time. A lot of machinery mechanics will pull the cover off the control panel, then out it back and tell you to kick rocks hahaha. But they’re pretty simple! Just a lot of wires. You could get a blank check working on one of these. Guy I know just spent $11k fixing one. The boom has holes in it. You can find shorts by running it in a dark building

well you have to come up with a lot of money. You're telling me you're gambling all your money every time you do this?
Well not all of it. I’ve got my basics covered, my bills and payroll and such. But I’ve only been in business for not quite three years. And it wasn’t that long ago that I had literally nothing to lose. About 12 years ago, I think. My earning potential in this business is pretty high, that’s true. But so is the risk. Two years ago I got burned for $101,000. I was able to recover about $63000 but I’m still recovering. That was by an 8 billion dollar company and I got an attorney who was really excited at first, but after getting deep into the fine print of the contract it was looking like a pretty hard fight to win. I definitely have gambled all of my money buying equipment I needed to be able to complete projects. Win some lose some. More than once now I’ve been on my last leg, but a long as I can move forward that’s what I’ll do. All it takes is one good project, a good few months with no major failures, and a few good people in place and I’ll be in a really good position. Lots of hard lessons, but I am learning

That's a funny way to track down shorts.

That's crazy that the old ones are all electronic. 3 phase too which is nuts. Must be some kinda rotophaser involved to make it 3 phase. Explains why they can be so finicky cuz rotophasers are notorious for acting funny every now and again and when motors are really sensitive to voltage changes. Voltage drops, connections and wires burn up.

Sounds like you're pretty lucky you're so handy and can fix these things yourself

$100,000 getting cheated is a lot of money. People have been killed over much less than that.

I can’t say I’m adjusting to the high carb thing so well. I’ll stick it out. But it’s a lot less satisfying. I get hungry like when it’s time to eat I almost feel sick.

I think I will raise the protein, but I have lowered my fat significantly and I’m thinking that’s what I’m adjusting to the most. It’s ok, my digestion is decent. I’m holding on to a lot more water than I usually do, and my blood pressure is getting pretty high. Gonna have to medicate it. Should hit the mail box soon. Was supposed to be today.

Just hangry sick. Not quite shaky hands, but just very hungry. Comes on fast. I think I’ll need to pay more attention to when I eat. When I eat high fat I don’t get urgently hungry like that. I can wait to eat. It fit my lifestyle well because I get busy randomly and I don’t want to stop until I’m done. Even today was just all office work, but I needed to get it all done before I’m back in the salt mines for the week.

@toddthelineman I like how you threw in the one cup of coffee. Can't miss that at all. I haven't seen sun salutations on here in a long time. Those are something I'm looking forward to once fishing season is over and I get back to the yoga room.

Yeah I’m trying to get coffee down to a minimum especially with summer coming.

Sun salutations are a pretty minimal effort, good for a quick ten minute start to the day to loosen up from sitting or repetitive movements and lifting. When I do long yoga sessions I get pretty fatigued and I’m never able to get everything done that I want to so it’s on the back burner

Looking really good on this very nice diet. @toddthelineman I remember you saying before you're sticking to more carnivore but do you just avoid fruits and vegetables entirely?

I was pretty upset man. You’d think it was some miserly billionaire that did it, but not at all. It was low level managers lying to me and lying to their superiors to cover their asses. I got two project directors fired and the third one left the market within five weeks once he realized that all the work I had been doing was not actually approved. I had hired more people, bought more equipment, did all that work, and then the payments started coming up short. And they had always been short and wrong but they had “reasons” and assured me that they would be paid. But once my book keeper had it all organized into spread sheets, and I had a colleague get me in contact with the head of accounts payable for the entire corporation. And he didn’t recognize the invoices. I paid all my guys, it was every penny I had. Two stayed to help me finish what he had to do so I could argue for my pay. I think your supplement list needs to be talked about more. I see a lot of people doing the baby aspirin thing these days but also doing Cialis. Is there a reason you're not doing the Cialis and you like to buy baby aspirin better? @toddthelineman

Yeeeeaaah, Cialis is cool. It helps my blood pressure. Back when it was easy to buy stuff like that really cheap overseas. I had quite a bit of it. But now it’s not so cheap, not so easy to get. I had some UGL Cialis and it didn’t work at all. And.Rx Cialis gives me a lot of 11/10 boners. Not as bad as Viagra, that stuff give me rock hard, very noticeable boners for no reason at all for like two days.

I agree. It’s extremely common. And it hinders business and has a real effect on the economy. A huge one.
The prior responsible for my loss didn’t even get a dime, and their joins aren’t even all that great. But it’s the best job they can get.
Honestly those guys shouldn’t even be able to see the money. When I confronted them in a meeting they were indignant about the money I had earned. They know nothing about running a utility construction business. The expenses can be stomach dropping

I’ve heard that too. Any time you concentrate something you run the risk of concentrating the toxins as well. Plants pull heavy metals out of the ground just the same as they pull minerals. It’s a really big silent problem.

So I meal prepped a whole cooler, and forgot to eat all day long. Got some food in on the way home, went to bed, started to log and realized I had only eaten like 1500 calories 😮‍💨.

I was busy and angry all day ugh

Yeeeeaaah, Cialis is cool. It helps my blood pressure. Back when it was easy to buy stuff like that really cheap overseas. I had quite a bit of it. But now it’s not so cheap, not so easy to get. I had some UGL Cialis and it didn’t work at all. And.Rx Cialis gives me a lot of 11/10 boners. Not as bad as Viagra, that stuff give me rock hard, very noticeable boners for no reason at all for like two days.
I'm surprised none of the brands that you see on here have Cialis that work for you. I wonder why they didn't work.

The expenses can be stomach dropping
the justice system is very weird. If you get a traffic ticket and you hire a lawyer and go fight it, you'll likely end up paying your lawyer a lot of money and end up getting the ticket tossed. If you just pay the ticket, you'll get it on your record. It's sort of like that: white-collar criminals are wealthy so they're able to use that domino effect of wealth to do what they want in business. It wasn't like that before. We went through a period where you couldn't do that stuff but it seems like since the 70s it's gotten worse and worse, especially in the 80s.

Bros, you should have saw the cycles I was using back in the day. Would blow your mind.
Well they clearly worked for you hahaha. I don’t make the time to even lift enough to take advantage of a big cycle, and I’d likely hurt myself, so I’m cool like this. I’m cranking up the test to 300 as of today. That’ll be great for now, might add something else later but possibly not.

I’ve heard that too. Any time you concentrate something you run the risk of concentrating the toxins as well. Plants pull heavy metals out of the ground just the same as they pull minerals. It’s a really big silent problem.
That's one way to look at it sure.

Killer on the meal bro!

I’m in the process of working in the day and moving equipment at night. Some to home to get repair and maintenance, some is going to the next job

The meal prep is a bit further than I’ve gone before. Never quite sure where I’m going to be so I’m bringing it with me all in a yeti. Just gotta remember to actually eat it or else I have to gorge myself before I sleep hahahaha. I just gotta get the timing right. Lots of eating and driving.

That's sucks on the sleep issue. I'm a bit similar. I fall asleep so easily at night but then fairly regularly wake after about 5.5-6 hours and often struggle to get back to sleep.

Also sucks on the work front with the 15 hour day!

Prepped meals look good though!
