Quickest delivery time ✈

πŸ’₯Solid Back session this morning with my Coach. Continuing to load my posterior again after the injury setback. Still not back to previous working weight but getting in very solid reps.

πŸ’₯Deadlifts 3x8-10
πŸ’₯T-bar Rows 3x8-10
πŸ’₯Bent Over Barbell Row 3x8-10
πŸ’₯Lat Pull down 2x8-10
πŸ’₯One Arm Dumbbell Row 2x8-10

😴Swap over to Nightshift tonight so off to bed
When on nights i keep my routine the same. So Day shift means 4am training and Nightshift means 4pm with the exception of shift change day. I use that as my in person session with my Coach. πŸ‹

Quick bowl of Cream of Rice and Protein post training πŸ‘Œ

Going to get bloods early next week and will get results up in the log for the GH blood work too.
Will get a new peptide recomp protocol sorted this week too with the help of a couple of legends @Thoranosaurus_flex @CladHQ @

Thank you Lev are they allowed to have the same content? Nutrition, training routines, bloodwork etc but obviously separating the anabolics to peptides between logs? So if I posted bloodwork on evo on Tuesday am I also allowed to show it EF say wedneday?

Just want to make following the rules in place as I plan to out everything into these logs and I'd hate to lose them by not understanding correctly

Logs have to be different no copy and paste otherwise it only counts on one forum for q2 by my understanding. Or loggers only count towards one forum even if they post on all 3.

labs as well can only have 50% of their boys with more then one sponsor according to rumors. So if you have 20 loggers 10 can have 2 sponsors.

As I'm saying there just rumours best off waiting to see when the q2 requirements get dropped.

Another rumor I heard was if a peptide main vendor extends into oils even if they just do your peps you can have one or the other (because most labs do peps) and if the pep guys do oils they may be classified the same. Again just a rumour

It’s when you start adding in preservatives, sweetners, emulsifiers, gums, etc. that things begin to get messy.
