Week 10 - Sunday Update
Happy Easter! I hope everyones enjoying their long weekend! You all should remember that calories dont count on easter!
I think I'm starting to come down with something again so I'm making sure to take my supps and rest. Even squeezed in a cheeky midday nap Sunday.

Friday - untracked
I estimate I hit at least 140g protein but probably went a few hundred calories over. Not going to worry about it because;
1. I'm in a growth phase
2. It was worth enjoying the time and food with loved ones

Exercise
Friday - lower.
Normally my rest day but making up for Mondays missed session.
Saturday - gardening!
Way more physical than I expected! No Pilates this morning so I did a Wednesday evening class instead - forgot to log it earlier
Sunday - push.
Swapped around chest and shoulders to do shoulders first and push the volume there. Then meant I wasn't as strong for my chest press but I can't have it all!

Been nice to enjoy quality time with loved ones and catch up on some rest and quiet time too.
But I'm also the type to need to feel productive so it's a weird feeling to have downtime and not be rushing to do the next thing.
