I love kimchi on anything. Lately i've been eating alot of eggs. Its sometimes just a good snack. Scramble some eggs with some kimchi and its super fulling and yummy!

I had eggs, sweet potato and kimchi for dinner :p

Modafinil is a funny one for me. I keep some always because I get nighttime emergency calls for work, and I also have days where I might want to wake up really early, drive hundreds of miles, work hard all day, and then possibly drive to another state. Pretty common behavior in my industry. I have two friends who died from falling asleep at the wheel and have had numerous close calls. I don’t risk it ever anymore. I will pull over and sleep anywhere if I have to, but I didn’t know my limits when I was younger

Modafinil is slightly unpleasant to me, and it lasts too long. If I don’t take before 5:00am I probably won’t take it at all. And when I do, I break the tablet in fours and I never take it twice in a day.

If you have your day planned well and you take Modafinil you will get everything you planned on doing done with plenty to spare. If you are taking it for artificial motivation without a plan, you’ll get so much nothing done hahahaha.

My dad is prescribed it because he has narcolepsy. He can’t drive a car safely without it, not even close.

I don’t like taking it when I’m already sleep deprived, it makes me cranky.

I personally find it hard to abuse. I bought a few packs of Modafinil and armodafinil and they lasted me two years.

It's barely even a stimulant.
A low grade preworkout or Clenbuterol would trump it by far on the stimulant front.
I could easily fall asleep on it myself if I'm just laying around, but if I'm up & running & doing things like you said it makes doing things pretty effortless.
I find that after a day or two of continual use this effect wears off.
I had it prescribed for day time fatigue & turn around from nightshifts.
Heck I've even got it prescribed super easy on tele health.
It's really very weak in the scheme of things a couple of caffeine pills would give you a better buzz!
I was actually quite shocked when @Wheelhouse87 said it was banned & only allowed for sale by Tiered Aussie vendors.
Modafinil is classified as a schedule 4 drug, low risk potential the same as Hgh, Arimidex, Clenbuterol, Viagra, Cialis, antibiotics, blood pressure meds etc
Which non Tiered vendors are all allowed to sell.
Out of curiosity,
I'm not exactly sure why Modafinil has been banned specifically?
If anyone else could help shed some light on this it would be much appreciated!

I asked the same question. Apparently other people have a different opinion of it and they believe that some people do abuse it, which is believable. But people will abuse anything.

I suspect it’s more complicated than that. It doesn’t seem to be quite as available as some other things. I could think of a certain drug that’s very problematic that could be cheaply and easily sold as Modafinil and that would be bad. There have been vendors throughout our little world that sell recs openly or secretly. And faked products have been a problem since the very beginning.

I think that would work just fine for you. You’re never going to get “too big” with your genetics and this lifestyle and your clean eating. There surely is a point where you won’t want to keep increasing calories, but it’s pretty far off I’ll bet.

Everything that you say here is correct mate. I reached out for answers on this aswell & also did a deep dive into it & found that although Modafinil isn't abused commonly as a strong stimulant like caffeine, Dexamphetamine, Ritalin, cocain etc it is abused by students & I would think gamers & the like also as an off label way to help increase learning, alertness & awakefulness & perhaps game play also at an increased & extended rate by increasing & extending the amount of time & efficiency in that they could spend usually in doing these activities.

What I also did find is that Modafinil when used in doses far beyond what is recommended in pharmaceutical doses can apparently lead to addiction, dependency, anxiety, insomnia, and dangerous skin rashes, although it's use in excess has by far less dangerous potential if misused than something like alcohol or caffeine which can both be fatal in severe cases for instance.

In my own experience with Modafinil & bodybuilding in my 35 years so far experience with it,
I've taken it while preparing for the Ifbb Australian National Championships at a dose of 50mg before my doing my fasted cardio & to assist with my weight training & cardio again later on those days alongside with up to 200mcg of Clenbuterol (after very slowly titrating up to this dose over a period of many weeks) alongside with an immediate dose of 200mg of caffeine & up to another 600mg of caffeine taken & spread throughout the day.
This helped me to amplify my efforts & to help ensure that my physical & mental outputs were at near to as best they could be after calories had been depraved for prolonged periods of time & my energy reserves were very low from having a low percentage of bodyfat taking it's toll on me.

In my experience also Modafinil in doses of 200mg-400mg is also used by bodybuilding to decrease feelings of hunger which can then lead to an 18% to 38% decrease in total daily caloric intake.

Throughout the years I've also seen it used in bodybuilders Offseason cycles alongside with use of cocain, Amphetamines, Clenbuterol & caffeine to give them energy & to help aid in keeping bodyfat levels low while bulking.

Precontest I've seen Modafinil used alongside with cardarine, nicotine, T3/T4, Clenbuterol, Caffeine, Dmma etc which would qualify as abuse potential I'm sure.

I literally said (outloud) but under my breath "wow" when I saw your pics from Thursday. I'm loving the shebulkz phase you look stronger and healthier and I'm totally okay with your bulk going indefinitely. And what's that I see some quad bulk? Nice touch teasing us with hot cross buns too I love those but never touch them :p. And you're keeping in the creatine and collagen still after all these months, love it!

For the KLOW blend, I use 3ml of water for the vial, so that 10IU a day will last an even 30 days. This means that my KLOW shot contains 333mcg of BPC and TB500.

With the additional 250 of each from the seperate shot, im getting 583mcg of each a day Hopefully this speeds up recovery! It'll be one less thing to stress about :D

The hot crossed bun is a British thing I think, being a British colony it’s popular here.

It’s a little bun and the dough has spices and dried fruit (some have chocolate). You toast it with some butter and eat the whole bag 😄

Definitely coming down with something. Not completely knocked down but will try keep on top of it. I'm keeping up the @RGSX sleep supp daily to prioritise rest. :sick:

I've also been taking the @RGSX Nootropic around a week now. I increased to the two caps in the last couple of days. When asking myself what I've noticed I realised I sat down for around 3 hours doing Lego!! Not my usual afternoon activity so I think it's definitely made a difference in focus. :LOL:

The additional wolverine stack has also absolutely blown me away! My hip has improved so much in such little time. I still went to the physio for treatment so those things combined will hopefully getting me back to normal soon. 💪

Definitely coming down with something. Not completely knocked down but will try keep on top of it. I'm keeping up the @RGSX sleep supp daily to prioritise rest. :sick:

I've also been taking the @RGSX Nootropic around a week now. I increased to the two caps in the last couple of days. When asking myself what I've noticed I realised I sat down for around 3 hours doing Lego!! Not my usual afternoon activity so I think it's definitely made a difference in focus. :LOL:

The additional wolverine stack has also absolutely blown me away! My hip has improved so much in such little time. I still went to the physio for treatment so those things combined will hopefully getting me back to normal soon. 💪

If you have Vitamin C, D, and elderberry it's been shown to tackle colds and give your immune system that extra kick in high doses.

Pullups are hard. One of those things you just don’t want to do. I’m pretty good at them and I still don’t want to do them hahaha. But hard things are often the most rewarding and worth while. I worked so hard for so long to do ring-muscle ups. Never did get one! But I know I can do it! Frustrating.

Have you tried training just the negative? Use a box or something and just slowly control the descent of the pull-up motion?

I happy to get a small increase in weight while still staying pretty lean. My calories going up and up feels like reverse dieting. Im giving my body the fuel it needs to grow.

Feels great to be on this end of the fitness journey, instead of the aggressive caloric restriction phase!

I lunges and BSS seem to be easier for us, without so much weight in our hopper bodies, compared to you guys.

All our beef in australia is grass fed. We dont have any corn fed beef in australia.

This session was outside and I somehow got stuck in a wind tunnel and the whole session I was FREEZING cold.

Felt a bit disappointing, like I struggled with the weights. I finished the overall workout feeling like I had more in the tank and could've pushed myself more.

Not my best performance, but we have these days every now and then.

I took my update photos, and noticed i didnt cover my lower stomach.

Something you'll notice is that i have some loose skin around my lower stomach. I've always had it, and no matter how lean i get its still there. If i didnt have it, im confident i'd have visible abs (or close to it).

I've thought about a tummy tuck, but the recovery seems brutal and the time off doesnt sound fun.

Plus, i would much rather spend the money on home renovations or a holiday. Im all ears for suggestions on how to tighten it up!

KLOW80 - 10iu per Day
10iu, but I’m not sure what concentration you diluted it at. Curious about your actual mg dose. I started Klow recently, diluted 8ml water into 80mg Klow, and was using 10iu twice a day, now 20iu(2mg).

I wasn’t sure what the dose should be on this one, I based it from the bpc amount. I’m using it sort of ahead of time, in case of injury, and hopefully giving my skin a little help. I start looking aged when I get lean

Couple crazy ideas: more gh. When I used it long term my skin looked amazing. When I loose weight rapidly I sometimes get a little fold over my naval, but it goes away once I hold the lean weight for a while or if I fluff back up a little.
Not sure what your mg KLOW dose is, but it may help.

Also, it’s not bad at all. Time may see it go away but a tummy tuck might be extreme for that little bit.

As you continue to recomp it’s possible that you’ll fill in a little with lean mass and that would help.

Of interest: when I was a strict carnivore, after like a year, my skin did crazy impossible things I had a huge mole on my left shoulder blade, bigger than a nickel, smaller than a quarter. It was thick and had hair everything. Gross! Well it just dried up and flaked off one day. Now it’s just a smooth birthmark. It never came back it’s been many years. And my skin was tight and smooth. I had reverse aged significantly.
I believe this was the autophagy effect of fasting, as I didn’t eat much during the day and zero carbs is not exactly fasting but fasting is exactly zero carbs, so there’s something to that. Notably: you can’t fast for four years, but I did eat zero net carbs for four years. I’m not saying you should do that!

Perhaps at some point you’ll reach a point of muscularity that you want to maintain but not increase and you can incorporate fasting for the numerous benefits and see some autophagy as well. You’d probably be eating a more than you have been at that point anyway. It would be good I think
 
Everything that you say here is correct mate. I reached out for answers on this aswell & also did a deep dive into it & found that although Modafinil isn't abused commonly as a strong stimulant like caffeine, Dexamphetamine, Ritalin, cocain etc it is abused by students & I would think gamers & the like also as an off label way to help increase learning, alertness & awakefulness & perhaps game play also at an increased & extended rate by increasing & extending the amount of time & efficiency in that they could spend usually in doing these activities.

What I also did find is that Modafinil when used in doses far beyond what is recommended in pharmaceutical doses can apparently lead to addiction, dependency, anxiety, insomnia, and dangerous skin rashes, although it's use in excess has by far less dangerous potential if misused than something like alcohol or caffeine which can both be fatal in severe cases for instance.

In my own experience with Modafinil & bodybuilding in my 35 years so far experience with it,
I've taken it while preparing for the Ifbb Australian National Championships at a dose of 50mg before my doing my fasted cardio & to assist with my weight training & cardio again later on those days alongside with up to 200mcg of Clenbuterol (after very slowly titrating up to this dose over a period of many weeks) alongside with an immediate dose of 200mg of caffeine & up to another 600mg of caffeine taken & spread throughout the day.
This helped me to amplify my efforts & to help ensure that my physical & mental outputs were at near to as best they could be after calories had been depraved for prolonged periods of time & my energy reserves were very low from having a low percentage of bodyfat taking it's toll on me.

In my experience also Modafinil in doses of 200mg-400mg is also used by bodybuilding to decrease feelings of hunger which can then lead to an 18% to 38% decrease in total daily caloric intake.

Throughout the years I've also seen it used in bodybuilders Offseason cycles alongside with use of cocain, Amphetamines, Clenbuterol & caffeine to give them energy & to help aid in keeping bodyfat levels low while bulking.

Precontest I've seen Modafinil used alongside with cardarine, nicotine, T3/T4, Clenbuterol, Caffeine, Dmma etc which would qualify as abuse potential I'm sure.
Modafinil, does nothing for some. No matter what the dose. Like myself

Out of sorts weeks happen every now and then sister, just gotta roll with it and not let it bleed over into another week.
You look fantastic and your fixation on your lower ab area is not really warranted. The rest of your has developed to level Awesome. Back is wider, shoulders and arms have great definition and your midsection is as tight as a drum. Even your quads have a bit more sweep to them. Going good sister 🩵

I believe it! I took 50mg last week, and I got a lot done! And I barely ate all day. Too busy, didn’t even think about it until late at night.

I think it’s pretty good stuff. A really good tool. I could never see myself abusing it or even using it regularly because it’s not a pleasant feeling. It just works.

I really like it, i think its a game changer for skin health!

I did giggle when i saw so many different types of viagra and cialis. I always assumed there was one pill for each.

I saw something called NAD+ and its apparently good for anti-aging. Im all ears if anyone has experience with it!

Feeling the bulk the last couple of days. Sluggish from all the food and really hoping I'm pushing it enough in the gym to turn those extra calories into muscle. 😣

Trucking along with a bit of a boring update. I've sort of hit the part of this bulk in which i feel like i might need a deload or a rest. Its been 12 weeks so far of food, weights, food and more weights.

Im getting bigger and stronger, but im a little drained. Last time i had a deload i almost went nuts missing the gym, but it might be time for one.

Definitely time for a deload sister. Wanting to park it half way through a session is a sure sign your body needs a break. It has been 3 months so even a short deload to help push through to the end of the cycle will be of significant benefit. 🩵

📝Week 12 - Tuesday Update📝

Trucking along with a bit of a boring update. I've sort of hit the part of this bulk in which i feel like i might need a deload or a rest. Its been 12 weeks so far of food, weights, food and more weights.

Im getting bigger and stronger, but im a little drained. Last time i had a deload i almost went nuts missing the gym, but it might be time for one.

Food has been the hard thing lately. This is the most food i've eaten EVER. It feels so bizzare to be eating so much, after a lifetime of trying to eat like a bird. :LOL:

Yeah. The collagen proteins are the easiest ones to make protein coffees with, so i go through it pretty easily each day.
Definitely time for a deload sister. Wanting to park it half way through a session is a sure sign your body needs a break. It has been 3 months so even a short deload to help push through to the end of the cycle will be of significant benefit. 🩵
It seems like a logical move. The more i think about deload weeks, the more it makes sense. Your body cannot blast 100% all the time.

Its a big weight for me. I'm definately feeling much stronger than usual, and i might be entering a new "prime". I would have to think about what my previous best lifts were and how they compare now.

Great update sister. The pressures that society and especially now social media, places on women is awful. It has conditioned generations of girls to strive for certain weights and looks that are so ingrained that subconsciously they are constant trying to achieve them. I commend you for not only acknowledging this difficulty but actively trying to make a change in it. 🩵

What was insane is that it takes effect in two days. I didn’t believe it until two days in and I had a perfectly frozen head 🥶

I think im at my current stomach capacity for food. Being smaller in frame, i think i probably have smaller organs. So even though my calories aren't that high, its alot of food for me.

The reta does lower appetite, but its mostly for the health benefits. I could try lowering the reta, but i feel it helps with my insulin sensitivity with the HGH. :unsure:

Had an early session planned today but after a few wake ups overnight I woke feeling too heavy and rested longer. I was able to train later which is better for my energy levels but doesn't always work for me to take off in the middle of the day. :cool:
