I’m currently logging on EF my first ever actual cut: dropped 8kg’s in 4 weeks: started 116kg and heading towards 90kg as my goal - if you want more of my story head over there I’ll post a link I’ve done a massive right up that I can’t be fucked doing again.

I was always over weight growing up: medications due to my respiratory problems had me eating like a horse, emotional eater too as I internalised.
I was’t the fat kid who hated himself - probably the Greek in me - I was born a Romeo so my charisma and confidence has always been high. Reverse Shallow Hal if you will.

love strength training: never done a program or stepped into a powerlifting/strongman gym - always trained by myself but i’m a massive nerd so I deep dived and figured things out in my own - I’m also pretty stubborn.
Natty PR’s: B120kg, D180kg, S160kg.
I’ve had about 5 cycles over the last 4 years:
Current PR’s. B160kg, D220kg, Sq 190kg

I don’t use straps, sleeves, belts. All natty as far as accessories. Anyway first time in my life I want to get lean and be healthier so here I am on a journey to 90kg.

I’ll be logging for Mr. @Buck Pharmaceuticals - you all seem to label him as gorilla - I’m new to this forum and its stories but my hands in the air to test the boss man out for you all.

I’ve never done PRIMO before - I’ll do more general knowledge seeking of what I can expect - I personally love masteron so never bothered with PRIMO.

Bloods will be done around week 6.
Mr. Buck is sending me the goodies today as comms have finished 🫡 I’ll do a touch down and will be injecting the day it gets here.

The discipline and consistency isn’t shown with my body fat % but I train 3-4 days a week and have for the last 6 years straight. It’s been a goal and lifestyle shift towards a more health focus. You’ll see quite quickly over the next couple of weeks/months what I’ll do when my minds on something 🫡 under this big boy is a little demon body for sure.

Never tracked or touched a diet in my life - definitely my weak point as far as getting correct nutrients in.
Currently because I'm on reta - you can't eat shit foods whilst on it. 90% home cooked meals that are stacked with protien and carbs.

Supplements: magnesium at night.
I was on a bunch of supplements for years. since going through 2 break ups and both I travelled interstate with - not necesarrily for.
Being the man - I took on the debt accumilited from both relationships so - buying vitamins just isn't in the cards for me - kind of why I'm putting my hand up for maybe one of the most skepitcal Intro's i've seen across many forums haha.

I walk my 3 dogs daily. averaging atm around 7k steps (not enough I know).

Diet mostly:
0 snacks.
Pepsi max should I want some bubbly.
4-5 litres of water a day easily.
I'd say roughly around 150g of protien - not enough I know. not a clue on carbs and fats.

On reta atm. 8kg down in 4 weeks. I'm logging on EF brother.
HBA1C is taken me out of pre-diabetic. Lipid profiles have gotten better.
thats what started this whole get lean/healthier in the first place haha.

jano results for Bucks test is 220. So I'm running 440mg TEST a week.
Primo: 300mg - nil jano atm.

#Feeling:
Feeling horny and like somethings working, It's a quite a difficult place to say as usually energy picks up.
But I had 2 iron infusions over the last fortnight - and was prescribe more Iron then usual - Which creates possibly a low Phosphate state - So I've been lethargic and tired - I had a nap yesterday which is quite rare for me in the middle of the day. - I took bloods today and will most likely have results Monday to have that Phosphate confirmed.

I have been more horny then usual as well. had a wank before my nap, when I woke up I called the Mrs over for a good time as well. I can definitly feel it the *brewing* effect of getting saturated again with Anabolics - Slight taste in the breathe, lungs have that certain feeling.

Mind you I'm still on Reta - This is transformation Log - Dropping to 90kg. Running a nice cyle with tren at the end to boost that Muscular look - going for a transfomation.

6 weeks later CURRENT WEIGHT: 106.5kg.

Been eating healthier this week. Made Greek Chicken lemon soup - 1.5kg chicken thighs chucked in.
Banana's for breakfast although it's difficult as i feel like vomiting in the mornings when I eat (always been this way)
Green apple every day.
about 2 mint slices every day - I'll be not be buying anything else - I can go without them I just chose too like a knob head.

Try swapping banana to a simple carb liquid perhaps, juice, carb powder ect..

Good idea, I actually have been eating raspberries, strawberries and black berries for a snack with greek yoghurt at work before lunch. trying to get the fibre in for the gut health while on reta.

Bro it's alittle insane I think the scale vs the fat recomp isn't telling the same story - I have laned out so fucken much since I started I look like i've dropped 12kg's or something.

Bro it's alittle insane I think the scale vs the fat recomp isn't telling the same story - I have laned out so fucken much since I started I look like i've dropped 12kg's or something.
What's the reason for not tracking meals? Do you eat mostly the same things each day?

I pinned Tuesday and Thursday for my weekly total to start the cycle off.
jano results for Bucks test is 220. So I'm running 440mg TEST a week.
Primo: 300mg - nil jano atm.

#Feeling:
Feeling horny and like somethings working, It's a quite a difficult place to say as usually energy picks up.
But I had 2 iron infusions over the last fortnight - and was prescribe more Iron then usual - Which creates possibly a low Phosphate state - So I've been lethargic and tired - I had a nap yesterday which is quite rare for me in the middle of the day. - I took bloods today and will most likely have results Monday to have that Phosphate confirmed.

I have been more horny then usual as well. had a wank before my nap, when I woke up I called the Mrs over for a good time as well. I can definitly feel it the *brewing* effect of getting saturated again with Anabolics - Slight taste in the breathe, lungs have that certain feeling.

Mind you I'm still on Reta - This is transformation Log - Dropping to 90kg. Running a nice cyle with tren at the end to boost that Muscular look - going for a transfomation.

Been eating healthier this week. Made Greek Chicken lemon soup - 1.5kg chicken thighs chucked in.
Banana's for breakfast although it's difficult as i feel like vomiting in the mornings when I eat (always been this way)
Green apple every day.
about 2 mint slices every day - I'll be not be buying anything else - I can go without them I just chose too like a knob head.

I having been always a larger body fat % - aromatise easier. I'm keeping an eye on this space as this is the smallest I've been in over 15 years. I have taken aromasin and nolvadex twice - spaced out over 3 days - this is an organic feeling choice as I know myself very well.
I'm gonna watch the Primo and see how that carries me through over the next couple weeks with the Aromatising feelings - Bloods at week 6.​

Think of me as someone who’s never wanted to count my food: I never wanted to be lean. Never cared for macro’s and scales etc.

This type of lifestyle perception is new to me - I never had a problem as I’d eat like a strongman as I would eat like a warhorse and I focused on strength. Switching up this is my first time I’ve wanted to if that makes sense - when you live for strength, you love being a big bellied man. And when you can eat what you want, you don’t tend to count your food 🤣.

I’m adjusting and as my frame is getting smaller so is my knowledge and perception for this frame of mind - I know these lifting forums are mostly body builder/lean chasing guys. Long story short Its never been necessary for me haha

Dropped set into 100kg for 6 reps.
Tricep cable pushedowns - close grip Fullstack +5kg's 3 sets til failure. - roughly 5-6 reps.

FOOD/Diet: I'm not weighing my food and don't plan to for sometime.
I have downloaded and paid a full years worth of My Fitness Pal @LevButlerov @waggat - so over the next month I'll be able to start calculating better and start sharing what i'm up to with macro's abit closer then general "I eat this".

Beef Stew: 1.5kg chuck roast, potatoes carrots celery, rice. absolutely amazing. i'm eating this as meal prep this week. Lunch and Dinner.
Breakfast and snacks between: Banana, Raspeberries, black berries with Greek yoghurt as snack time. Green Apple everyday.
Carbs is so important when taking Reta for those that haven't touched it - any sides you might run into are usually fixed with carbs.
Up the Fibre and water intake as well - you want your bowels to be lubed up as much as you can boys.
I don't have any issues with stool but I know of alot of people who are constipated or dumping - stay away from processed sugars and eat fibre and you'll be good to go.

Still lazer focused. Despite setbacks with personal life I'm all over my shit very well. attending my responsibilities and duties quite easily.

- Mentally I'm in somewhat of a stoic void as of yesterday, as I made the call yesterday. My emotions when they do seep through are like lightning cracking me out of nowhere, I know over the next couple days I'll harden even more. It'll all come out like when I lost my last boy to heaven - had him for 17 years and i didn't know how to feel sadness my whole life until him, I know how to grieve and cry now - so i'm assuming this time would be easier then losing my boy Adonis - had him from 14 - 29. He as my son, my uncle and my Dad in many ways.

Roids:
Test and Primo is sliding in like Butter - first time running Primo and it's mitigating the sides very well - being a big boy I aromatize quite easily.
I even waited a day from dropping some AI's when I felt my typical response to High estrogen:
Primo I feel brought it back emotionally anyway to a nice balanced state.
Primo Test and Reta is Phenominal, the test although underdoses is perfect for my cycle as I wanted to run 400 test - I'm running 440 as it's nice and easy with the Ratio per ML calculations.
Primo 300 - Felt this working after my second dose. I've ran multiple cycles now, with Mast, Decca, Tren, Superdrol Anavar.
First time on Primo - and It's probably the smoothest take off I've ever felt - Saying that I've never done a cycle on Reta but my instincts and gut feeling is feeling something different with PRIMO - I'd say it's legit from everything I've ever looked up about it.
I'm keen to see what that HPLC test will come back as.

Reta: 4mg is still my sweet spot, I do find I'm getting hungrier then 2 weeks ago but I like that as I want the benefit of getting more food in
For me it's going to be quite difficult coming of of this I think the absolute mental clarity I hold is unreal. The energy output I have (although strength takes a beating and so does my endurance whilst doing heavy sessions is pretty much halved - the pay off is unreal outside of the gym.
I'll be taking bloods in about 5 weeks as well and I'll do my previous bloods prior to starting Reta with @ZenithHealth.

Because I have 0 low blood sugar spikes anymore.
My sleeping has improved TREMENDOUSLY, My lady says I don't snore and when I do it's only positional.
Prior to this Reta cycle 6-7 weeks ago - If I didn't have my sleep apnea mask I was full stopped breathing in my sleep.
When my partner would sleep over she'd get up and go sleep on the couch sometimes.
My energy levels are great.

Awesome progress so far! Im the same way regarding weighing foods, im sure it holds me back somewhat, but im just not the type of man that can get that obsessive about food. I have a hard enough time keeping track of everytging else, weighing food would drive me mental (plus my wife can cook, so thats my excuse...cant go monk mode with a wife lol)

My PR on Bench is 160kg. and 15kg's ago I was benching 140 for 5 sets of 5 so hitting 120 for 2 x 2 is killing me haha.
I forgot to add I did Incline Machine press with free weights - 3 sets of 60kg 5-8 reps.

Reta: 4mg is still my sweet spot, I do find I'm getting hungrier then 2 weeks ago but I like that as I want the benefit of getting more food in
For me it's going to be quite difficult coming of of this I think the absolute mental clarity I hold is unreal. The energy output I have (although strength takes a beating and so does my endurance whilst doing heavy sessions is pretty much halved - the pay off is unreal outside of the gym.
I'll be taking bloods in about 5 weeks as well and I'll do my previous bloods prior to starting Reta with @ZenithHealth.

Because I have 0 low blood sugar spikes anymore.
My sleeping has improved TREMENDOUSLY, My lady says I don't snore and when I do it's only positional.
Prior to this Reta cycle 6-7 weeks ago - If I didn't have my sleep apnea mask I was full stopped breathing in my sleep.
When my partner would sleep over she'd get up and go sleep on the couch sometimes.
My energy levels are great.

Test E 440mg, Primo 300mg. Just finished 2 weeks of this magical elixir.
NIL PIP, I feel great and amazing on it. The test as underdosed on his last batch which works out fine for me 1ml is 220mg.
The body takes it extremely well, the way it digest the liquid - after a few days I have 0 lumpage going - I can't say by day 4 with most other cycles I wouldn't have the smallest bump even.

I had a mate who wanted some Tren A from Buck. He's fucken loving it, he's messaged me twice now about it for a yarn - he does power lifting cunts current PR on deadlift is 350kg - He's gonna try beat it in a few weeks at a meet - I'll let you know how he goes.
He had to buy some Valium to get to sleep (his only side effect is the insomnia on Tren) and he's only taking 25mg per shot 3 times a week. He's only injected twice and his coach today had to tell him to Pull back cause he was roaring for another 330kg pull today.

Foods been lost the past couple days with Marlee and all, Most of the week until Wednesday was eating that Beef stew: Macro focus is carbs Protein and Fibre. the last 3 days, Haven't cooked - uber eats and chocolate tbh.

Letting all the emotions out on the weights today.
Working sets: I don't know how I did all that in this Deficiet and the last couple days of poor and very little food.
Deadlifts: 200kg 1R. 180kg 4R, 160kg 10reps.
Strict overhead BB press: 60kg 15R, 80, 6 reps, 90kg 2 reps.
Dumbell Biceps curls: 20kg 3 sets of 8R.
Legpress CALVE raises: 440kg 5 reps, each rep static holding til failure. 380kg 20 reps. 300kg Burner drop sets taking off 4 plates at a time.

- Made it til the Calve raises and had to piss off from the gym cause I started tearing up.

Oh yeah, I finally started changing up my workouts: as I can't be lifting balls to walls strength like I have the past 2 years.

Doing more volume focus and I'm looking for my weak points. ATM they're Hamstrings and Glutes, so adding hip thrusts in twice a week now, and Hamstring curls at least once a weak.

Keep an eye out in 2 weeks for those progress pics. I have didn't realise how big my erectors were. :cool:

Yeah I went to the shops today to start getting back to it, it’s a public holiday in AUS (not sure if you’re over here) shops are shut but I’ll be doing meal prep tomorro again. Might even put some macros in the log just for your perusal boss 🫡😎

Start tracking Macro's a little here. Still getting use to it only started this week. I've posted an Image below of current day. It's definitely highlighting where I'm going wrong - alot of sneaky fats are in there which I'll be now more concious of
- I haven't even added the oil I have meal prepped with either which is shocking. from the weekend when I attempted to follow I realised I was well under eating my Protein was sitting around 120g a day.
- My energy in the gym has grown remarkably and waking up with more energy since adding an extra 70 or so grams of protein in. Over the next couple weeks you'll get a more accurate picture as I get use to Macro counting too.

Taking control over my food more has always been my weakest point - can't say i'll sit there counting out with scales or ever will. But I am buying certain things where I don't have to - for example 4 servings of noodles 250grams. I'll use 3 of the serving size (which has already been broken up in the packet easily for convience) and input the equation into MFP. ATM just working in simply into this new way of eating I'll be gaining more control in the future.

#GYM - Overall update of body.
This weeks been a good week, feeling stronger then usual. I have changed frequency in pinning from 2 days per week to 3 days per week with the Anabolics.
Legs are starting to appear more and more each week :p I'm oddly believing I'm putting on more muscle? or somehow having a beautiful process of not losing any muscle and obliterating the excess body fat
- Scales aren't moving at all the last 3 weeks but that's not an issue with my current results. - next week I'll post full body images but I've attached the Leg pump from last night cause it's nasty as fuck.

OILS:
These oils are insanely smooth I can't commend @Buck Pharmaceuticals enough - I'm pinning in my Lats which usually give me some PIP and Absolutely nothing, Nil Pip, just pure bliss. well done brother.

It's still a decent weight for sure for elevated heels- but I'm struggling with how weak I am psychologically atm
- I was putting 20kg Bumper plates down and doing elevated heel squats 140kg for ten+reps and sets a few months back haha, t
his weightloss is killer for strength.
Can't have both when in a massive cut phase though so trying to adjust with the staying in the volume ranges instead of trying to go heavy.

Appreciate the support though Brother. I don't think I would of started tracking the food - not for awhile at least - if you didn't say a few things earlier haha and it's opening my eye's again to how much I'm not putting in with the diet.

The last 1-2 weeks specifically I've been leaning into my food intake alot more - I've gone organic again for food thought - due to time constraints and poor priority on my behalf. meaning: I haven't tracked calories at all this week I just had too many moving parts for me to give a shit - Sorry @LevButlerov

190kg for a single. drop setted twice down into 6 reps 160. 140kg into 11 reps - hit the god mode on that last set.

I keep pushing for strength training, I’m still lagging mentally of switching up my weights into a more hypertrophy range.

Hitting 120kg for 10+ reps is behind me while I’m body recomping and losing weight and dropping calories. I’m gonna aim for bench not pushing past 100kg anymore - wish me luck the strong man in me is dying with the ego around my strength.

Spent more time talking shit in the gym tonight, usually I’m avoiding eye contact and just training. But didn’t mind it, met a young plumber who’s training hard in his own element, gave him some tips - felt good.

It's the 5"6 genes I got haha, stocky Wog. I had to build my back up over the last 2 years cause my Chest was so dominant.

My arms are now like a Lee Priest (obviously no where near) just how short and big they are it's abit unreal haha.

I keep pushing for strength training, I’m still lagging mentally of switching up my weights into a more hypertrophy range.

Hitting 120kg for 10+ reps is behind me while I’m body recomping and losing weight and dropping calories. I’m gonna aim for bench not pushing past 100kg anymore - wish me luck the strong man in me is dying with the ego around my strength.

Spent more time talking shit in the gym tonight, usually I’m avoiding eye contact and just training. But didn’t mind it, met a young plumber who’s training hard in his own element, gave him some tips - felt good.

Usually I do 4 exercises - and I'm changing up from strength to hypertrophy -, this was just a day for talking shit mostly, Felt too good I was a chatty fella haha.

Me personally, I find with incline smith machine I don't use my tri's much, feel it way more if my tri's are toasted thats why I only had 20kg plates on either side, I was just feeling it. I could go up to 100kg at the end of a workout doing incline on the smith for reps and sets but I was purely just feeling the movement with it on this day 👌


I just added this week Monday KLOW to my R) Elbow as well, been abusing it for too long so I'm taking it easy lately on pushing movements as well. - like my triceps are pretty Strong - Only chucking 5kg on the full stack for reps I can go up to an extra 20kg with the stack and pump out reps and sets so this was a pretty easy day, I feel next week if I can get the food in over the next 5 days, you'll see a far greater chest day for sure brother.

Vs NOW on cycle. Great improvements.

HBA1C: Previous to this year and focusing on this health: within the last 4-5 years I have yoyo-d between 5.8 and 6.2.
Currently at 5.3 - I no longer have any low blood sugar episodes - I can't describe to you how much better I feel. I should have done some of this years ago but the old ego had no problems with being a big boy.

If you can't be assed scrolling to my intro: I loved being a big boy, I had no issues whatsoever seeing a big gut in the mirror because I lifted heavy ass weights and haven't been under 100kg since I was 17 (I'm 5"6", 167cm)

I got breathing issues, Born this way: Moderate asthma all year round, Growth in my airway, at Birth was flown to Adelaide to have a lung operations (I'm from Darwin) lungs were smaller than they should have been at birth.
Been on corticosteroids all my life (this has massively contributed to my eating habits) Been a ravenous kid my whole life.

Anyway MASSIVE WIN FOR BUCK AND ZENITH TEAM!!

@Buck Pharmaceuticals - The Boss himself - sitting on 440 Test E and Primo 300mg per week - absolutely lovely. I've only taken about 3 Aromasin's all cycle so far as I was building - I aromatase moderately I would describe. I haven't taken any in the last month - Absolutely smooth sailing with the primo ratio

I usually get bloods through my GP as I'm a Health Practioner I get to work work with my GP, I did this through IMED so won't have too much history sadly

I been watching my LIPID profile and HBA1C - You'll see on the Lipid profile last year I was excessively high (on cycle too)
Vs NOW on cycle. Great improvements.

HBA1C: Previous to this year and focusing on this health: within the last 4-5 years I have yoyo-d between 5.8 and 6.2.
Currently at 5.3 - I no longer have any low blood sugar episodes - I can't describe to you how much better I feel. I should have done some of this years ago but the old ego had no problems with being a big boy.

If you can't be assed scrolling to my intro: I loved being a big boy, I had no issues whatsoever seeing a big gut in the mirror because I lifted heavy ass weights and haven't been under 100kg since I was 17 (I'm 5"6", 167cm)

I got breathing issues, Born this way: Moderate asthma all year round, Growth in my airway, at Birth was flown to Adelaide to have a lung operations (I'm from Darwin) lungs were smaller than they should have been at birth.
Been on corticosteroids all my life (this has massively contributed to my eating habits) Been a ravenous kid my whole life.

Anyway MASSIVE WIN FOR BUCK AND ZENITH TEAM!!

This health faze and blood work is one of those things that are just proving to myself this new lifestyle choice is good for me. My breathing is Insanely good now, I can run for more than 50m without feeling my pulse smashing my brain trying to get oxygen haha!

Yeah had that tested on my last blood test at work - I’ll post them Monday, was only a few months back and it’s normal as well pretty sure 👌🏻
